I've been a LEO roleplayer for like a year!

You can put a warrant on them and get them later (meaning they are permanently marked until they're caught). The goal of policing roleplay isn't to punish criminals, it's to provide quality police roleplay.

NGL I agree with maybe a /me going into the chat saying x has entered 331 Hawick Avenue - Floor 3, Room 2 going into the chat when people enter an apartment building. Would be useful as you'd technically be following your pal up to his apartment rather than asking where you're going right next to him. I do see the LEO viewpoint too, as sometimes these things can be abused but it's OK overall. You don't need to win every pursuit or arrest every criminal.
