Exactly, I have seen a few people lose their house because the other player who owns it scriptly and applied for it (yet they applied for it as partners together) left or their was OOC and or IC conflict.

I’m working a single now, which means stretch-shifts, six to six, sometimes six to eight in the a.m., six days a week. It’s a hustle, but it keeps me busy. I can take in three to three-fifty a week, more with skims. I work the whole city, up, down, don’t make no difference to me – does to some. Some won’t take spooks – Hell, don’t make no difference to me. They’re all animals anyway. All the animals come out at night: Whores, skunk pussies, buggers, queens, fairies, dopers, junkies, sick, venal. Someday a real rain will come and wash all this scum off the streets.

I have had multiple friends on this server deal with this as well. Their characters partner up with someone, they apply for a house however the house is only owned by one player. So if the couple breaks up or one person goes inactive.. theres this whole chaotic mess you have to deal with leaving one player without a house. This is incredibly unfair. If a couple is applying, there should be joint ownership and joint applications listed. Houses are quite hard to apply for on this server and I understand. But for my character to have to apply for a new house because her husband disappeared ooc without any IC means of communication but suddenly comes back and gets the house back is ridiculous.

We never really spoke, but I always enjoyed hearing your positive messages. I’m so happy to hear you’re focusing on yourself and I wish you the best on all your endeavors.

I personally don't like that Facebrowser is used to harass characters and MG. Personally my character has been on the side of that often but that does happen IRL unfortunately.

I recently found out Hyphened names aren't allowed.. My character just got married and wants to keep both her last name and take her husbands last name as well. I have multiple name changes on my account. There should be some application to allow it because in my opinion that is not realistic, people in real life have double last names.

It is a slight thing, but it kind of bugs me.. I wish there was a way for you to purchase a LARGE item ie- a bottle of alcohol and have a certain amount of single servings in it. The same with drugs.. My char is a doctor and the thing that annoyed me the most was how my patients can't physically take their drugs along with there not being a certain count in it. I am also quite new to the drug making scene in RP, but I want to make a character that is a shaman or possibly have my doctor character lead a practice in psychedelic therapy. I want to guided them through psychedelic trips, because of this.. I think it would be really cool to add substances like Ayuhesca (it can be brewed) , DMT, Peyote.. Limits are endless.

One thing I would really want is more leisure activities or a focus on it. My character and her boyfriend recently bought a sailboat and it has been a blast. I would love if the Country Club opened and you could play Tennis, golf and there would be events there. Lately club roleplay has been such a spam fest for me. Here are some more: your actions having consequences. I love medical roleplay (My current character is a doctor) and having things like vaccines, STD, accidental pregnancy and addiction would be great and would bring sooooo much roleplay. If you're at a club during flu season for example... you have a chance of getting the flu.. and much more. More economic and financial service opportunities. Having legit mortgage companies, investment bankers that help with business or asset transactions or mergers Real Estate Agents - it kind of bugs me that you can easily just purchase a property and there is no one facilitating it..
