Why is it one or the other? The two aren't incompatible with each other. Roleplay should be realistic.

I don't tell anyone other than my closest friends, and I keep it pretty vague with them. I just say it's a game mode on GTA Online where you can play as a criminal or a cop and go around doing stuff. -

Yeah, it's more realistic. Tasers being used is pretty uncommon IRL and police instead opt for hands on or tackling.
