So I have 2 little questions: 1. If I drop an item somewhere and I go offline, will people still be able to pick it up even when I'm offline? 2. If I drop an item and there is a server restart, will the dropped item still be where I dropped it or will it have disappeared?

Hello, I had the same issue. I also tried different things and sometimes it helped, but it was only a temporary solution. Then I came across a video on youtube where they showed how to change your dns settings for ipv4 and ipv6. This was the only solution that has worked for me and it is still working. Yeah but then it spawns at the location where I bought the car. Isn't it possible to drive somwhere and decide that you want your car to spawn there? Anyways thanks for your reply. :)
