Two clothing suggestions regarding the GTA:O skins: 1) Duplicate the Accessories 1 category in order to allow wearing multiple accessories (such as a scarf and a bracelet). Perhaps clone it into the Accessories 2 category since that doesn’t seem to do anything. 2) More relevant to female skins, but adding to accessories stockings (20, 21 and 22 and 63 from the pants category) and leggings (27, 31, 51, 54, 55, 87, 97, 98 from the pants category some of these may just be very tight pants) there as well as in the pants category to enable the use of skirts and such with them. These would both just open customization up a bit. (The second point is mostly just because not being able to wear skirts and stockings together is maddening.)

I've seen fourteen-year-olds. I assume going younger than that is also fine, it'd just be harder to find realistic models of such. There's at least one gang that is heavily teenagers. As far as I know there's no limit.

I agree that changing the name to something depending on the mask would help a lot with clarity in an RP situation, particularly with multiple masked figures. (Relating to the bald/no-cover masks, I don't mind that so much because they go well with things from the clothing store that theoretically should be mask-like, such as some of the motorcycle helmets. Those could just be general 'Masked' or retain the IDs, maybe.)
