You’re pointing the blame at illegal roleplay, but have you considered that a lot of illegal RP is obviously unfair on the victims even when the roleplay is legitimate? Ie robbery, scamming, or shootings (Just as you’ve outlined). I’m not saying all reports are invalid, but victims are quick to seek sympathy for their loss regardless if its right or wrong, because it’s an inconvenient loss to them.

Out of Character Our faction is based heavily on the real life counterpart: Palmer Blocc Compton Crips. While Palmer Street does not exist in game, we portray the Almond Blocc Soldiers clique. This is due to the fact that the geography of the area we are setting up in is accurate to the real life geography of Almond Blocc Soldiers' (see here). We aim to capitalize on the unique opportunity of having a setting that is very comparable to our real life counterpart in order to create a highly immersive environment. We encourage anybody to come and join our Discord server. We have information there for anybody who is interested in joining our faction or roleplaying in the area with us, along with a number of guides. The larger long-term goal is to have a neighborhood that feels like one that is dominated by a street gang, with various residents in the area as well who may not necessarily be aligned with the gang (i.e., local business owners). I’d say that the majority of car thefts are done through the wanted vehicle parts script. How can you even say that when literally everybody parks their cars outside police stations, government buildings etc, just so they can’t get stolen due to it being a safe zone or whatever it’s called these days. I find it pretty silly how 21 year old gun wielding, martial arts champion, peachy bum n plum lips Brittney who works for Gruppe 69 as a tactical security officer parks her Comet outside their HQ so it won’t get stolen, when in fact a car can be stolen in a matter of seconds IRL. I can only speak for myself and my faction really, but we’re involved in the vehicle chopping scene, but more on the theft or carjacking side. We take time to scout the area, consider other ways to get the vehicle and play it smart before just running up and lockpicking and essentially just being dumb about it, as you’ve suggested.

No. The property economy is shagged at the moment because people want ridiculous amounts of money for houses in that area. Just because people have the money, doesn’t mean they have the right character for living in that area. It’s a joke, and there definitely needs to be some moderation over properties and who’s hands they end up in.
