Mapping is the process of creating an interior, or in some cases adding on to parts of an exterior for an event. https://forum.gta.world/en/forum/1214-mapping/ Look through here, plenty of people showcase a variety of mapping styles & implementations. If you have no prior experience what so ever, then the short answer in my opinion is no. There are many finicky & repetitive aspects that take time to get used to & properly understand in order to be able to consistently produce quality mapping projects in my honest opinion. There is also the factor of furniture slots, which are how many objects you as a player are able to place, and by default that number is abysmally low at 50 - there are some cases where players have been able to produce small, bare bones & rather simple looking apartments within that 50 slot limit, but the reality is that you will need to purchase, via donation to the server on the UCP, either permanent furniture slots OR choose one of the donator packages which offer you an increased number of slots for the duration of said package.

+1, having paid the 156k price for one of the Sandking RV's I was quite disappointed to learn that the interior on it, while stylish and fitting of the model, doesn't have collisions for the most part and is quite awkward to get around inside of.

Doesn't change the fact insurance on most of these 'high end cars' OP is complaining can cost upwards of three or four thousand dollars a day. I have read the suggestion, I disagree with it and that is why I have made the points I have - insurance on some cars is already thousands of dollars a day ingame, I'm aware some people have far too much money but for those of us who only have the opportunity to play on weekends, holidays and for inconsistent amounts of time, the ability to insure my car for a specific amount of time without having to remortgage my home is a nice feature. Bold of you to assume I didn't read the suggestion, just because I didn't touch on every point OP made doesn't mean I didn't read through it - I simply made my decision of not wanting to support it based on the very little information provided in the original post.

They don't, actually. 3 days for my car costs me a whopping $88 plus about $10 in fees.. all in all less than a hundred bucks, compared to my regular monthly insurance rate of about $500 it's quite the discount. Also, you don't register a vehicle monthly - you register it in your name once you have purchased it. What OP is saying doesn't make sense & as mentioned above is not realistic, as no insurance agent is going to tell me 'no you can't insure your vehicle for the weekend, pay for a month or fuck off'

I can call my insurance agent right now in real life & cancel the insurance on my vehicle if I don't want to/have a need to drive it & just want it parked at my house, and guess what - if I wanna take it out for the weekend, I can give her another phone call & get myself a 3 day permit so that it's only insured for those three days! What should be done is an IC action to increase the penalty of driving without insurance, as IRL any accident where you're uninsured leaves you financially responsible for the large majority of your own & the other involved parties costs. But no, forcing me to pay for a months of insurance when I only want to use my car for the weekend is not the solution. -1

Yea because IRL I walk to the airport and am magically teleported across the country at warp speed after I pay for my flight. -1, this was suggested & shut down already.

You can't actually, the camera still orientates as if your character was standing up - I've literally just tested this in game, the ability to move the camera the same as you can adjust your character in animations now would be a huge plus.
