-1 Would make mapping painful, when you need to drive between properties when you need a reference to a prop you have used elsewhere.

I think there is dim issues that would cause trouble with this. You would load into the map location minus any furniture

UCP is connected to characters, but not every forum account is connected to a UCP

At the moment if you share a post via a page, the person's who post you have shared gets a notification, and that notification gives the name of the character that shared the post and not the page, it's to the point that you are not even aware they have shared it to a page. Instead, if you share a post to a page, I think it should show the page name instead.

I've played a Jazz singer in the past, it was good fun 🙂
