After coup de PD I mitigated here with the dogs

Managed to fix it by resetting shadowplay's temp folder

When I attempt to save a shadowplay on GTA:W in particular it says that 5 minutes are being saved however my recordings end up being between 2-20 seconds. GTA 5 is the only game this happens on and I'm stumped to what it could be. There's plenty space on my hard drive. Anyone got any suggestions?
