My suggestion should also be taken into consideration. It's also about not overcomplicating process for donators. People who donate specifically for slots should be able to use it on any character with ease without having to deal with extra steps in the UCP. Again; I'm fine with transferrable slots. But I know that the majority would be more eager to purchase slots when they can be accessed via all characters at any given time.

+1, just make the furniture slots set to account level, instead of character. It's the easiest solution.

I can agree with this last phrase. But what I'm trying to get across is, because it's removed due to its visuals.. Why not have a different solution instead of removing it completely? The visual can easily be decreased, I know this from experience. NOS is based on IRL nitrous injection, I don't see why it doesn't belong on an RP server that is, based on real life.

I've tested it myself and have not gained any speed above its top speed. Nervous himself has stated that the reason why the NOS was removed was because of it's appearance, not because of its function. I've also stated this in the original post.

So again, you haven't read the original post at all.. Like I've stated twice now, respectfully, there is no additional speed. And it's already implemented. Please before you respond read the original post so you know what we're discussing! 🙂

I agree that it looks a bit foolish, I also stated that in my original post, but take a moment to consider the counter arguments. I think it's more than just a matter of "oh looks funny so let's take it away".

Have you read the original post at all? The NOS doesn't grant additional speed, and besides that, the car is not fast by any means. NOS is already in the server, but it's disabled due to how it looks visually, not for any other reason. And for now it's only on this one-time exclusive charity event car, for which people have paid €150,- before it was removed.

Detailed Description Hi everyone, I'm starting this thread based on the NOS cosmetic (nitrous visual) that was introduced by a recently added unique car, the Dinka Nexus. The Dinka Nexus is advertised to come with NOS, as posted on the GTA5-mods website: About the NOS: As of current, the admin team of GTAW is being instructed to inform players that using NOS is not allowed due to its looks. Whilst the development team is looking into removing the modification option completely. The NOS doesn't affect the top speed (at all), it only gives a slight boost in acceleration which is super minimal, especially considering this will only be a one-time exclusive car. The car (even with NOS) is slower than most other sports cars, and much slower than ALL super cars. Meaning that this debate is not about the speed, it's about the visual. Nervous confirmed this on Discord by stating that it "looked a bit trollish and unrealistic". I agree with his point, but I think there are a lot of counter arguments that might validate the usage of NOS. I want to argue and stress that this item is highly exclusive and only temporarily obtainable through a rather costly donation in the charity event. Not everyone in the city will be driving around in this car with NOS. It's a gigantic piece of nostalgia. To me personally, it reminded me of the good old GTA SA(MP) days, where we would cruise around in an Infernus with NOS and have a great time. Although it does look a bit unrealistic, through the excitement I highly doubt that a lot of people (including RPQM) would frown upon this. I'm talking about the "realism versus fun" factor.. Of course in RP it is our goal to be as realistic as possible, and this is important, but so is the overall fun factor of playing on the server. The NOS mod may not be super realistic, but it adds an entertaining element to GTAW which makes it one-of-a-kind. I believe that balancing the game's realism with captivating, exciting features as such keeps the community engaged and can ensure the game remains enjoyable over a long period. As shown in the following photo, these cars are equipped with tons of different varieties of NOS by default. Having a car as such with these features.. Not being able to use it at all seems more borderline unrealistic to me.. I feel like any car enthousiast with a bit of NOS between their wheels would at least try it once. One of Nervous' remarks was that "we could see everyone using it around", I believe this to be true for a short period of time. But just like any other hype, eventually, the usage of this cosmetic would decrease drastically. Therefore I personally don't see it as an issue. If the cosmetic is the actual issue at hand, why can't we look into possibly decreasing the visual effect that renders it as "unrealistic" and therefore not a fit with the server. Last but not least; it is a charity event incentive, it is obtainable through the charity event. Players should be allowed to feel proud that they have contributed to a good cause and received something special in return. Allowing the tier 4 donators to use the NOS modification could serve as a unique reward, to acknowledge the generous contribution. I'm curious as to what everyone thinks. Please let's engage in a respectful dialogue below and list why you would vouch FOR, or AGAINST the NOS. Relevant Commands/Items Dinka Nexus, nitrous injection (airfilter modification)
