At the end of the day, this is a video game. Who would rather ride a bus instead of drive their own car to get where they need to go? I understand why public transportation is feasible in real life, but in GTA 5 it's just not the case. Especially when it's so easy to own a vehicle and pay for the insurance.

I've inquired about this and every person has given me a different answer. Some day it's only required when people are around, others say it's required all around. I'd like to see staff clarify this at the least. It would save the truckers some headache for sure.

I do agree that mods such as sounds should be opt-in only, even if it is only emergency vehicle sirens. I don't really think there's much of a purpose for us to all have a matching siren.

Even though I think it would be awesome to see something like this, I believe we should focus on getting the county more active (I understand LFM and server management has been working towards this) before we attempt something like this.

Yeah I couldn't think of anything I'd want less than this, especially during peak times when 900 players are online. The AI in GTA 5 is pointless, as I've experienced from playing fiveM. It would cause way more headache than it's worth.

highway patrol agencies like the CHP do not respond to domestic disturbances and unknown trouble calls irl, especially not in a metro city where the area is covered by sheriff's and pd. at most they respond to emergency calls for service in reference to truck drivers / traffic collisions. why would we need HP on scene of a domestic violence call in Rockford Hills?

It would definitely be cool to see, however I just don't see much need for it. Both the SD & PD have traffic divisions, and most of their members choose to only respond to traffic related incidents. I don't think Highway Patrol should be responding to city or county related 911s unless specifically requested by PD/SD. I feel this faction will only be stepping on toes.

Best faction I was ever in was SHAFT, hands down. Man I miss those days.
