From what I can see on the video the Torrence has quite good start from a standstill and good high speed turning capability. I don't see the cop car slide around in any corner, can be that it was not pushed to it's absolute limits where the bears would start to show their teeth. Also if we are at the topic, if you have high fps (100+) the vehicles behave differently, have greater top speed and better handling in general. Is there a way to limit FPS from server side?

Lol, what makes you think it's a laptop? I'm running a desktop PC, high 50s on the graphics card under load. Mid 50s on the CPU under load.
