Server already has way too many rules. Wearing masks is completely an ic issue and if you enforce another rule to stop ppl from wearing masks, it'll only lead to them being targets of mg, knowing they have done something wrong (or they're about to do) and they're probably carrying firearms etc.. It literally makes 0 sense.
And if you try to solve this "problem" by introducing ic laws, it'll only lead to more bs coming from PD & SD. If they were bored before, they'd just pull ppl over for speeding or write tickets and tow uninsured vehicles, but now they'd have more fun going around hunting ppl wearing masks. This is not a solution and its extremely immersion breaking for illegal rpers.
If you think its unrealistic to see people wearing masks in gang infested areas, now you're gonna see nobody on the streets. Either one of your "solutions" will only lead to a meta of ppl rping inside interiors. How's that for your immersion?

Natasha here, my character was a witness to the events happening at the party on Sol Rooftop. I hope my point of view sheds some light on the situation.
On your accusation of violating rule#[19]: The interaction between Destiny and Kemarion wasn't anything out of the ordinary given the ambiance of the party. Not sure why you would even call it a lap dance. They were fully clothed the whole time and after a certain point forward, they were only whispering to each other. Your claim of "borderline" violating the rule [19] is solely based on your ooc culture and point of view. If you wanna interpret "that" dance as so much of a "Sexual Act" then by all means [19]: "Players who do not want to participate in sexual roleplay may freely remove themselves from the location where it is occurring".
So here's the scenario: There's a group of 7-8 people gathered in a corner, minding their business. And they're not your typical group of friends, hanging at a party. They're members of leaders and associates of a group, deeply involved in roleplaying in an illegal faction and for all you know (at least from their looks, given the stereotypes and everything) messing with them could end up very poorly for you.
Yet you started provoking the said group for reasons which are absolutely not clear. Is dancing at a party (who would've thought!) a solid reason for you to "start talkin' shit to them" as you put it in your original report?
So in summary here are the rules that you violated:
[4] Deathmatching: Uncalled for provocation, [2] Powergaming: Showing lack of fear
Seeing the poorly developed roleplay scenario you initiated, was Kemarion so wrong on calling out the trolling? Let the admin be the judge of that.

Explanation of the incident (250 word limit):
Starting the day, Katy received a call from Shay Ezra that his jewelry store was attack by a random party(ies). Arriving at the scene Katy noticed that the front glass was broken and there wasn't much else to go on with the little information that was provided in the information marker.
I do not wish this incident to be voided, and just reporting to make sure that there is good motivation and story involved in this. Also knowing that jewelry stores are a prime target for robberies, the front glass is made to be 'almost' unbreakable, certainly not with a stone or other small objects. So the other part of this report involves making sure that the proper tools were used and that the involved party explain their method to clear the accusation of Powergaming (with solid proof preferably).

Ok let me explain a bit more in case you haven't modded the game before. So you download the file and you get a .rar file and you can see there's a folder inside called "modified_mp_male".
Now you make sure you have the folder structure I told you: RAGEMP/user_resources/global/game_resources/dlcpacks
If you don't have any of the folders in this hierarchy, you have to make new folders and rename them so it would look exactly like that.
Now, drag and drop "modified_mp_male" inside the "dlcpacks" folder in your game.

I mean, I already said what I had to say, my reasoning is there. And I'm not quite sure why would SWAT be waiting for a car robbery gone wrong (for a situation that got voided). But then again in the end you make the call.

And one last thing from me, I forgot to mention that lying in the forums, (i.e. your business being open) is a clear violation of "common courtesy".

Overall Explanation (250 word limit) :
Throughout the years, I've met quite a few characters from both the SD & PD. Solid roleplayers, who have my utmost respect. However, there are a few characters who show up every now and then, with subpar roleplays and questionable behaviours.
To be brief, in this clip you'll see the POV of Addison Porter: Their character is making a U-turn and then they unfortunately get attacked. Obviously this is a life-or-death scenario, and every little thing matters if somebody is actively shooting you. What would you do in this situation? Would you fight for your life and at least try to perform any kind of basic maneuvers in the hope that you'll see another day or.. you'd stay still.. opening the chat and typing a few words. You already accepted your death, but you don't care as long as you hit that panic button you did your part. Its not the first time I've seen some members of the law disregarding their lives for some fancy panic button, but it is certainly unrealistic.
Accusation 1 (50 words): Powergaming: Not showing any will to survive, simply standing still, accepting death and choosing a panic button over their life.
