The problem I see with that, is that many will do other businesses with 0 motivation, sadly its just that most of people like these kind of businesses. It´s happening even with the pubs having employees who don´t put too much effort to RP properly the job (I saw some cases), just imagine owning a business you don´t want just because it´s not the one you wanted. I´d love to see more variety of businesses, but between that people don´t want to get other ideas besides the same ones and then if there isn´t support visiting and roleplaying to these new businesses...at the end I don´t know what is the best solution to do that. I mean, basically is just what people want to have as businesses so... :(

In your case you have many cool concepts despite you own a club, because the maps, the food delivery etc are really cool concepts that help others to have RP, the problem I see is the last thing you say, more support to them and more passion, but of course we can´t force nobody to do that.

That is boring is just relative, simply that people just don´t like them. The problem is precisely that, think that something is just boring just because few ones dont like it, then the server should be only infested with clubs-pubs and strips with airsofts. There are many cool businesses that obviously people don´t like it but because they dont like it IRL, you have Lauire´s bookstore that has an interesting concept due you can requests books, take a coffee there and talk (people tend to go there, I don´t know how many). Then you have Harmony Hills Farm market, where you can find organic food stuff or donate objects for the charity or getting stuff for your pets. I also remember a Greek store from a nice guy, it was an small business but it had interesting thing. The same with the Armenian shop. I like diversity and having options to pick up, if yon Like being there stand up with a beer in a club while people are only whispering while the dancing anim is on during 1-2 hours? It´s kinda the same. I think it´s more related with what people want, most of the characters are kinda same successful and rich, that want just to do the kinda same RP. I like to support these small businesses. Or Airsoft where the employee just have do one /me explaining the rules and get the money and anything else? In real life I´ve never gone to a discotheque or a club basically because I don´t drink alcohol and its boring for me, but I would prefer instead a bookstore or something related, but my character drinks and sometimes (lately not so much because I dont like going daily to the clubs) go to pubs-clubs. So at the end is relative because it depends on what the another people like and personal preferences But thats the employees, not the owner, I´ve seen many employees doing really poor /me basically because they don´t have passion to doing that, they just are behind the money, not else. As I see, most of mentality players are just getting fast rich, fast cars (you can see most of them with cars that minimal are 100-300k super cars with normal jobs or even living on Motel) and having large penthouses. Then you will find a really few characters with very original concepts of RP, most of these characters aren´t rich, but reverse, because as another user said here, people are more focused on money than in creativity RP. But if then people create original things and people don´t like it, its not because its boring, its that people just dont like that kind of businesses. As I said, "being boring" is relative because what can be boring for you, it can be cool for me. By the way, this isnt an attack or any player or RP, is just how I see the situation.

The thing is that there aren´t anything else beyond clubs and pubs to do, just imagine having a character who doesn´t drink alcohol or basically that doesn´t like going to clubs to dance, literally wouldn´t have any RP because most of businesses are kinda the same.

Is not about finger point all, I don´t have a business, but I saw that many people just don´t want to go to to other kind of businesses that aren´t clubs-strips-pubs-airsoft basically because they just don´t want to RP beyond that, people don´t want to RP "normal life" because many of them just see as "the sims", so at the end you only have people doing the same things every night. I have even seen places where people just went there just to troll (I saw recently one coffee place that two customers just came and laughed of the owner just because didnt have any kind of coffee). Many people just like that kind of businesses, and also grind money, if these businesses didnt give money I bet all my money they wouldn´t open any. I tend to go to small businesses because for me are much more interesting and in many cases the RP is better.

The problem is that many people put money over of creativity. And at the end you only find the same things to do in the server again and again and again, where in many of them, as airsoft, you barely have to RP on your business.

What are your specs and settings in graphics section? How many FPS do you have normally in SP mode?

Dont play on windowed mode, I realized (you can check it) that the GPU temps ups 10 degrees in windowed mode.

I think there should be a kind of incentive, to motivate people who desire to have interesting concepts as businesses, being able to do it. Sadly, this will depend yes or yes on how people will interact with that business, if it doesn´t have visits or the interaction is poor, they will get unmotivated to keep with it.

The problem is that most of people don´t want to RP in these places, they will go yes, to check how is, but then, besides that, they will go back to the 8639863th opened club, or in the worst of the cases, some of them will try to troll them or ruin their reputation with bad reviews or provoking a fight there, etc.

In my case was an impact because sometimes the game was running like at 30 fps, once I disabled up to 70-90, then I limited the fps to 60.

I would have loved to have the different driver´s licenses not only the car one, but the bike one, commercial ones, etc. That you could have a /cmd where you can see your license with your photo, info and the vehicles you are allowed to drive (not an item). Also having to do different tests and the practice exam with each vehicle, having another character with you monitoring that you have the skills to pass the exam.

Don´t forget characters being super tall and when you research the real height of that country it doesnt fit at all with the height they put, you can see Latinos or Asians being taller than some Europeans that are tallest. We have a server full of Slender men. And yeah, nobody has fear, even if that person is taller than you, they are terminators.
