  1. Update 2.9.0 Additions by @Strobe Dynamic Weapon Names (STAFF) Dynamic Weapon Damage Configuration Additions by @valelele Finally deployed the new House Robbery! Added frequencies 91202, 91203, 28748 for GOV. Added six radio animations under /anim radiochat[2-6]. Added a new option to set a custom hair tie through /sethaircustom and /hairtie custom[1-5]. Allowed /wa holster to be used by all. A new custom sound system has been added that will allow us in the near future to add any sound for any kind of action/environment (sms/calls etc). For now, two new realistic sounds have been added for the /panic and /hq commands. Ragemp_2022.06.24_-_03.03.30.08.DVR_Trim.mp3 Added a new manager UI for Blackjack & Poker games. It can be accessed by right-clicking on cards in UI inventory -> Use cards. Added /setbusinessgarage, /nearestgarage and /lastseen for Admins. All markers and labels will be hidden once the F7 button is pressed. (Smart TPs / Information Labels / Infomarkers etc) Added two door lock types for properties. Each property will now have a standard level, but Moderate or Advanced can be purchased from a Hardware Store. This will have an effect on the Robbery system. The level will be displayed under /pinfo or /pmanager. Added /selfie Deployed the new character selection. Added an option in /settings to upload a valid image for your character. By default it uses a blank avatar or a MDC mugshot image. Using this setting allows you to choose what picture of your character you see upon authenticating. @mullet Couple new animations. (crossedarms, phoneconvo, malehandsonhips, interview) - Couple new lowrider animations, that you can use by doing an anim and then clicking F to get into the car (resthanddriverlow, resthanddriverhigh, resthandpassenger) /pchars ID for admins show player's other characters /seeitems for admins also show equipped weapons so managing events might be quicker now. @St3fan[NL] Added Paleto Post Office Able to drag items from a container within a property/vehicle (only with the new UI) /kickshift for admins and managers to kick people off shift in case they abuse/AFK/are not supposed to be taking cash. Changes by @valelele The number of textures in the mask shop has been increased from 5 to 10, and a message will be displayed if the texture is invalid. Now a mask can be bought with the money in the bank. Now /fonline will display number of members on duty too. Now /removegps will also delete personal car blips, if there are more than one, so you don't have to hop into each one. Now /sendlocation will send a marker on the map. The panic command will now display your rank, name, callsign (if available), and chat location. /doorme and /doordo will have auto-grammar now. /id will display the player's ping. Allowed FD to take the helmet from the locker/faction vehicle and access to /pbreakin. Items from /mtake to /mequipment directly. Now Bulldozer could be attached on Flatbed. Factions will now be able to have dynamic logos that can be set directly from the game by an administrator for the character selection menu. Door locks/Alarms can also be used directly from the Inventory UI by right clicking and Install lock/alarm. Fixes by @valelele The faction and company garages have been fixed, now they will be accessible without any problem from nearby. Fixed the issue where the mask was not being taken off with /maskname if it was present on the face. Fixed some issues related to CORONER frequencies. Fixed /rob on yourself. Fixed the issue when the mask stayed on the face when changing it at a mask store. Fixed when the cursor didn't hide after closing the player list (O). Fixed the roadblock access from X wheel when a faction has the necessary flag. Fixed selling Craft Liquour via /sellalcohol. Fixed /vacation, it will now be possible to access the command if the year of the first vacancy is different from the year of the current one. Fixed antitheft for company vehicles. Fixed panic removal for CORONERS. Fixed /muteradio when no messages were received even if the slots were activated. Fixed when some modded vehicles could not be detached from the flatbed. Fixed viewing emergency call information when the phone number was missing. Fixed an abort to picklock a vehicle.

After finishing our investigation, and further discussing our options internally, we have decided to not transition the faction leadership to anyone, we will be shutting down the concept for the time being. The characters formerly within this faction are allowed to be further roleplayed, but not within an organized Motorcycle Club capacity.

  4. The Chinatown Collective aims to portray a realistic approach to a unique Chinese criminal organization based in Los Santos' Chinatown. Above everything, we emphasize character development & authentic roleplay to occur within & outside the organization. Coming into the faction, your expectations should be that everything must be treated strictly in-game. At any time, your character may be insulted, assaulted, or even killed. Joining will be vetted through IC interaction outside of the faction script before being set-off to recruitment & factional progression in-game to make sure we stay true to the concept and keep a high standard of roleplay & portrayal. Your character can be denied for a multitude of reasons, so it's best you reach out to leadership first before making a character that's attempting to join the organization. General things we look for are male Chinese impoverished youth, though exceptions are sometimes accepted as well.   7. Detailed Description Maybe it is the lovely weather, and not high priority sure, but I honestly believe this would add more immersion then people think. We have Dolphin, Stingray, Killer whales and Humpback whale models already in the game. We have sharks already scripted to spawn when you sail or swim in certain areas. I am suggesting the exact same script as for sharks are added to other sea life, but set them to none hostile. You can even limit them to certain areas of the map, maybe make it so sharks wont spawn there, but there is a % chance you will encounter one or more of a dolphin or stingray if you swim in a certain cove or at one of the coral reefs. It shouldn't affect lag and the server wouldn't notice the script as the creatures would only spawn when in the presence of a diving/swimming/boating character. Relevant Commands/Items None. Script and model already exist. How will it benefit the server? - It would hugely impact ocean rp, it would give another reason for people to dive and interact with the sea more. - More reason to bring the boat out, if there is a chance you can see a humpback whale or a dolphin, that's pretty cool. - More exploring and much needed life to the ocean like the animals up in the mountains. - It gives all the businesses focusing on skydiving and cliff jumping another thing to offer people, you can take them to areas to dive with a high chance to seeing stingrays and dolphins. - Tug boats can offer whale spotting. - Will hopefully drive more roleplay to sea focused businesses, Life guards, Fire department and Park Rangers.   11. I mean they already ban name changes for the duration of the court case for that very reason, so I don't see why it should be any different during the jail sentence. The victim at least gets a temporary reprieve. I suppose the issue then comes to the quality of life in jail for those who actually do enjoy jail RP. The first thing you will see these people complain about is being forced to role play in jail and that its an OOC punishment to be forced to play in jail. These are the first people, if forced, who will troll or AFK or type the same shit in jail because they just don't want to be there. This ruins the experience for people who actually enjoy jail. So, its a double-edged sword. Force people to go RP the jail time (online or offline) and end up with a bunch of trolls unless management is willing to take a hard line and punish them harshly for doing so? Leave it as is and you end up with people who have NO concept of fear of going to jail because they can just NC and start over. As you said, it's a mentality problem. A lot of criminals want all the benefits but none of the drawbacks. I wish I could pull that card when I'm getting robbed or my business is being set on fire. "I don't enjoy this RP or that RP, so I shouldn't have to deal with it because it's not fun". I'd get laughed out of the server with that attitude. Not sure why the mentality seems to be (often, not always) that they can just commit all these crimes and not expect to take part in any of the IC consequences for it. Everyone else has to, so why is this any different?
