  1. HARD BLOW AGAINST RUSSIAN-SPEAKING MAFIA IN EUROPE CAUSES INCREASED PRESENCE IN U.S. Published: 01 September 2021 WRITTEN BY JOHNATHAN KLEINBERG On the 18th of June 2013, INTERPOL supported the arrest of 18 suspects, 13 of them ‘thieves in law’ (vor v zakone), from the Georgian Kutaisi clan. The Kutaisi clan, with an estimated 50 vory v zakone, is one of the most powerful Georgian organized crime groups. This is one of the most significant blows against clans controlled by this high-ranking elite of the world of Russian-speaking organized crime. This is the first time in Europe that such a considerable number (13) of thieves in law have been apprehended simultaneously. The arrest of the Kutaisi leader in Hungary is believed to represent a devastating blow to Russian-speaking organized criminals. As well as the leader, the rest of the clan’s hierarchy were arrested. The operation is ongoing and further arrests are expected. Key figures within the Kutaisi clan, Georgian Internal Affairs. During January 2013, the assassination of a Tbilisi clan leader located in Moscow created a power vacuum which lead to several violent attempts in which many members strengthened their positions. This has resulted in an increased presence of thieves in law in the United States. North American countries have become a shelter for them to avoid investigation and prosecution in their home jurisdictions. The ease of movement and excellent communications in the United States are an attractive environment for Eurasian mobsters to deploy and monitor their organized crime groups, re-invest criminal proceeds and hide from possible retaliation from opposing clans in the ongoing power struggle. Drive-by shooting of Tbilisi-clan enforcer, Lasha Saurishvili in Moscow. Under the guise of major leadership figures within the Georgian criminal clan 'Kutaisi', two prominent gangsters were allegedly instructed to relocate to the West coast to evade European authorities but also as a form of overseas expansion. INTERPOL spokesman believes that this major play "insures that not all of their eggs are in one basket," and that "the Kutaisi clan seek a stronghold on the west coast between the honeypot of EOC crime there." It's understood that these Georgian nationals maintain a strong line of communication with leading 'thief-in-law' figures in the former Soviet Union. Tasked with expanding the criminal network, the two notorious Kutaisi gangsters are said to be establishing 'circles of influence' amongst other Georgians already residing in Los Santos. Wire taps by INTERPOL revealed the identities of the two Georgians as Soso Tskitishvili and Koba Bezhuashvili, both men holding Georgian and Russian citizenship. Koba Bezhuashvilli aka 'Koba Kutaisi' photographed in Istanbul, Turkey, 2009. Special Agent Louis Tejada of the Eurasian Organized Crime Task Force states that groups like these are known to comprise a loosely aligned criminal network. These networks are in a continual state of transformations and are highly mobile. Opportunistic members form with one particular criminal procedure in mind. Once the scheme is completed, they disperse and re-form to commit other crimes. Allegiances may change to accommodate a current scheme or if it is of monetary advantage. 2. On May 2, I announced internally in the faction Discord that the faction would archive in the near future. This was the result of many simultaneous happenings, including Richard Castellani's CK and the waning motivation of faction leadership/numerous soldiers to continue pursuing the concept. For a time, this was delayed on paper to allow those who wish to continue the concept and/or their characters ample time to prepare. I have had a great time in the faction for about ten months, as have many others for as long as three years. Thanks to all of you who contributed to making Conti what it was, including all 276 pages of history and lore recorded on this thread. @Ohngesicht

  3. The fact that cops chase people down despite their own value of safety, have armor, literally have VOIP... and you're still complaining about illegal rpers getting into shootouts. Like bro, worst comes to worse you get CKd? You can just NC right, for free? And slot another robo-emotionless cop into the already majority of lackluster LEO characters (Bar some, who need to be commended more for actually roleplaying a person). It's honestly boring.

  5. So you have discovered this topic…welcome Now, some of you are probably wondering what this suggestion is about. If the title in itself isn’t clear enough, let me explain. So, I’ve been seeing quite a lot of responses in reports and let me tell you; some of these defenses and excuses are one of the worst I’ve seen. So for a proper solution, I give this idea in to allow players a chance to have someone defend them if they give them the proper information to carry it through. Perhaps the accusing side can have their own lawyer, even. Payments can be done via Panda Points if you please. That is all I have to say. Let me know your thoughts in the comments. I’ll be listening.

  6. May 10th, Davis Station There have been a lot of changes around Davis. Budget cuts. Reassignments. Resignations. ----- You could try and rationalize it a hundred different ways. It's all the same to you, in the end. You're still here by yourself. You're still missing your Great Value heroes. ----- Ostrowski is one of the only ones left that you know. Her, Marv, Castillo and that's about it. Donald's gone, Mendoza's gone, Ed's gone. You thought you'd work side-by-side forever, but, life got in the way of that. ----- Sarah's a strange bird, it's hard to tell what she's thinking because of it. She talked about recommending you and Brett to DD. You're not sure you're ready for an assignment like that. Yet there are so many shoes unfilled that maybe you'll have to. ----- There are so many things you wanted to do with the rest of them. So many things you still wanted to say. You feel like you're by yourself, now, in a sea of strangers. It's going to take your a minute to gather your bearings, then find yourself again. (( To my friends. ))

  7. the only thing ruining your experience is your expectation. this is a GTA platform used by thousands from across the world, all with varying goals and backgrounds. when GTA is a game built on the foundation of crime and the different approaches to crime are virtually endless (an rp server), violence is inevitable. thats why you see it and why it's prevalent. your expectations of how people are supposed to play the game are not the reality. the sooner you learn to deal with that or move on to something more up your alley, the sooner you'll actually start enjoying yourself again.

  10. OOC INFORMATION Decker Side aims to portray a predominantly Chinese-American tong gang mentored by a Tong figurehead, both operating in Little Seoul. Despite the fact it is majority Chinese, recruitment is open to other East Asians within reason. Aspiring characters should be working-class youth within their late teens or early twenties. We prioritise character and group development, and will be ensuring we promote and set a standard of high quality portrayal and roleplay. We reserve the right to Character Kill anyone who associates themself with the gang.

  11. Trust me that I can. And to make it clear, I'm not pointing at everyone who's roleplaying illegal characters, but at the most of them who can't do it good. And how? It's simple. Neither cat ear people nor those illegal characters have a story. They go do dyke stuff and that's about it - the momma I'm a criminal guys? Sell drugs, DM, then sell drugs again. It's losing the point of RP and starts being more RPG, like we're playing on an FiveM voice RP server. Most of these illegal roleplayers roleplay only when they have to. Most of them meet up ICly and don't RP shit but just write in IC chat, then cut it off by troll in /b or gossip about other factions. Most of them log in just to make a screenshot for faction's thread, like most of cops log in just to go on duty then log off. Most of all these people can't stay completely IC. Truth is, there was always only a handful of people who do stuff right in roleplay, the others are here just to be what they can't be in real life, and it'll be that way forever. We either work with that and create RP out of it or we don't play at all, because I really don't think management can do something about any of these issues. It's the community, not the management of this server. Gotta run now because I can smell illegal roleplayers coming here to quote my stuff with zero worth arguments acting like gangsters on forums of a video game. Safe!
