The Eastside Low Bottom Gangster Crips — The East Side 4-Pacc Gangster Crips are primarily an African-American street gang that identifies themselves as the 4238 Gangster Crips, located on the east side of Los Angeles California in the Low Bottoms. The 4-Pacc Gangster crips consist of three different gangs Known as the 4238 Gangster Crips which is a reference to the 4-Pacc gangster crip alliance, between the 42 Gangster Crips, 43 Gangster Crips along with the 48 Gangster Crips. The 4-pacc Gangster Crips fall under the Gangster Crips and fall under the Trays. The 42 Gangster Crips also known as the 4-Deuce Gangster Crips are one of the largest subsets of the allying themselves under the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips. The 4-Pacc gangster crips are known to stay around 42nd Street, between Vernon Ave and Martin Luther King Blvd, McKinley Ave, between 43rd Street and 43rd street. The 4-Tray Gangster Crips are known to hang out in Gilbert Lindsay Park. The 4-Pacc Gangster Crips also stretch all the way around Central Ave between 48th street and 48th place. The 4-Pacc Gangster Crips are known for their outstanding rivalry with the Avalon Gangster Crips, although the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips stick together the 48 Gangster Crips are the farthest from the 42 Gangsters and the 43 Gangster Crips, the 48 Gangster Crips are the second biggest subset under the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips along with the 43 Gangster Crips with the 42 Gangster Crips having smaller numbers in members. The 43 Gangster Crips were said to be one of the most reputable out of the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips with them also falling under the Movin’ Coast to Coast alliance which is an alliance with the east coast crips, this alliance has caused a fallout with the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips and many other movin’ gangs on the west and east side of Los Angeles California. The War In The Low Bottoms — On April 13, 2015, two younger black African Americans by the name of Herman Ownes and Patrick Keaton sadly passed away to a tragic death after being gunned down on the 1110th block of East 52nd inside of the central Alameda neighborhood of Los Angeles California. Two members falling under the 4-Pacc Crips Participated in this hit going by the name of Alex White and Darrion Williams, both of the individuals were later arrested for the murder of Herman Ownes and Patrick Keaton, while the murder was happening a few witnesses from the scene were there to tell the detectives what they had seen and White was later brung in for questioning, once White was brung in for questioning by the detectives he admitted that he was an affiliate of the 48 Gangster Crips. White later cooperated with the detectives breaking down the scenario little by little for the dectivites. White stated that Tiny Manson was driving the White SUV when the murder occurred. This hit was done by a few fellow 48 Gangster Crip members. Many witnesses at the crime scene said they saw a white SUV pull up with 3 young African Americans in the car. Once Ownes and his affiliates spotted Keaton and Ownes they allegedly had let off around 12 or more rounds killing both of them, it was stated that at least 3 guns were fired at the scene of Keaton and Ownes murder scene. Tiny Masion who was a well and former active member of the 48 Gangster Crips that is now facing life in prison without parole for the murder of Ownes and Keaton was known as a hood trophy as many would state when you are known for putting on for your hood a slider. Tiny Mansion was involved in many other shootings in 2007 and in 2015 a few days just before the tragic death of Herman Ownes and Patrick Keaton. 4 Pacc Gangster Crip History — The East Side 4-Pacc Gangster Crips are still a strong primarily African American street gang, containing three different subsets. In the media you’ll see gang-affiliated members of the Neighborhood Crips and Rollin’ 0’s constantly comment under gang-affiliated member's posts from 4-Pacc Crips showing love, showing off their alliance, You’ll also see East Coast Crips doing the same along with the 87 and 97 Gangster Crips, till this day the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips still align themselves under the Movin’ Coast to Coast movement with the east coast crips and numerous other gangs who align themselves under the Gangster Crips and Trays who are cool with the East Coast Crips and more, unlike other Gangster Crips the 4-Paccs are very friendly towards the Rollin’ 0’s and the Neighborhood Crips. The 4Pak Gangster Crips also have a lot of up-and-coming rappers from out of the low bottoms such as EastsideKB, GOTTI4GETDOE, Da Bully Stay Dangerous, Lil Gleek, Benjy, and many other rappers who affiliate themselves with the 4Pak Gangster Crips coming from out of the Low bottoms. The 4Pak Gangster Crips are one of the most known Gangster Crips coming from out of the Low bottoms that are known for their long-lasting alliance with the East Coast Crips although they are Neighborhood Crips. Over the years the 4Pak Gangster Crips have picked up beef with other sets because of the alliance they have set up with the East Coast Crips, Neighborhood Crips, and one of their most known alliances with the Rollin' 30s called 430. Although many Trays and Gangster Crips sets don't claim the 4Pak Gangster Crips as Gangster Crips because of their alliance with Neighborhood Crips and most 2x Crips. All through history and to this day the 4Pak Gangster Crips still refuse to leave the Gangster Crips umbrella although they technically got booted off the "Gangster Crip umbrella" because most of the neighboring Gangster Crips don't really get along with them because of their alliance with Neighborhood Crips, specifically the East Coast Crips. Due to this alliance with the East Coast Crips and many neighboring Deuce Crips, the 4Pak Gangster Crips were given the diss name "Traitors" because they claim Gangster Crips and are heavily alliance with the Neighborhood Crips and many other Crips gangs falling under the Deuce Pack. Modern Day — Starting off with the rivals and allies of the 4-Pacc Crips, the 4-Pacc Crips have been in an ongoing war with the 53 Avalon Gangster Crips and almost every Avalon Gang, if not all. This is considered one of the tensest rivalries that they had going on for decades. They also feud with Rollin’ 30 Blackstone Pirus, All For Crime Bloods, 52 Broadway gangster Crips, 40 Avalon Gangster Crips, Outlaw 20's, Rollin’ 40 bloodstone Pirus, Bloodstone Village, 52 pueblo bishop bloods, and many more blood and Piru gangs in the area, although the 4-Pacc Crips feud with a lot of gangs and have gained more rivals because of the Movin’ Coast to Coast alliance with the East Coast Crips they still have many alliances such as the East Coast Crips, 97 Gangster Crips, 87 Gangster Crips, and Almost all gangs programming under the Rollin’ 0’s and the Neighborhood Car along with the 2x umbrella. OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION — N/S 4238 Gangster Crip is a translated version of the real life 4-Pacc Gangster Crips set except It's slightly altered to our liking. We aim to portray a realistic modern-day active street gang loosely based off Los Angeles Crips, but translated for the world of San Andreas and Los Santos. We will adopt the modern gang culture and play accordingly. As explained on the thread, the faction represents the 4-Pacc Gangster Crips. WILDFIRE CONSUMES LARGE AREA IN RATON CANYON 10th of May, 2022 LSFD Public Relations Supervisor Jennifer Schneider RATON CANYON - Firefighters battled a large wildfire that was pushed by heavy winds, preventing the further spread or causing injury on Cassidy Trail, Raton Canyon. The Los Santos Fire Department responded to a reported wildfire in the area of Raton Canyon in the evening hours on Sunday 8th, May 2022. Battalion 2 along with FIRE 4 helicopter were dispatched to the location first to confirm the fire, other units were on standby. Several minutes later, the San Andreas Park Rangers confirmed a large fire that is spreading quickly towards the Cassidy Trail. Firefighters deployed Engines from stations one and nine along with a brush patrol unit from station seven. FIRE 4 helicopter assisted with multiple water drops during the whole situation, assisting the units from the air. The fire was quickly spreading in multiple directions. The heavy wind pushed the fire closer to the road on Cassidy Trail, causing the firefighters to retreat. Vehicles from the road had to be evacuated along with the State Park Rangers and State Fire Marshals. With the assistance of the FIRE 4 helicopter, firefighters were able to push the fire back and continue with the fire attack. During the fire attack, firefighters located a tent close to the fire. The tent was empty and no victims were located. The tent itself was on fire and the tent fire might be a probable cause of this wildfire. After 95 minutes, the firefighters were able to defeat the fire, confirming a knockdown. Wildfire season is coming and the fire department is responding to multiple wildfires every year. Studies have shown that 84% of wildfires are caused by human nature. Do you know how to act in case of a wildfire? What to do if you become trapped near a wildfire: In case of a wildfire, it is important to stay calm. If you're trapped in a vehicle, park the vehicle in a safe location and in an area clear of vegetation. Close all windows and vents, cover yourself in a jacket if possible, and dial 911. If you're on foot, go to an area clear of vegetation, a ditch, or depression on ground level if possible. Lay down on the ground with your face down and cover your body. Dial 911 as soon as possible. While in your home, stay calm and keep all residents together. Dial 911 immediately and inform emergency services of your location. Fill sinks and tubs with cold water. Keep all doors and windows closed but unlocked. Do not barricade yourself in case an escape route is going to be needed. Stay inside your house and stay away from all windows, doors, and walls. A more in-depth manual will be released in the upcoming days in cooperation with San Andreas State Fire Marshals. Fire Marshals will investigate the cause of this emergency fire, nobody was injured. Right now the old weapon wheel is in the game but unsupported by devs. All the functionality we rely on is part of the GTA:W weapon wheel. What this means is some people use the old weapon wheel literally to abuse the lack of draw anim/ame generation to magically whip their gun out faster than anyone. This is bad and does nothing but cause abuse. As a result I believe the old default weapon wheel should be disabled entirely and all clients should be forced onto the new weapon wheel. There is literally no downside to this as all it does is prevent abuse of an unmaintained part of the game.
