  1. Some good stuff here. I'm gonna lock the topic for a bit since we are 25 pages deep. Ill forward this up to Management, Legal FM, Illegal FM & RPQM - and hopefully we can all review this and make some changes that are better for the community. We appreciate these kind of threads when they actually stay decently civil as it allows us to review them on a more "serious" note, rather then having 20 replies of jokes, and only 2-3 serious ones. While a lot of the administrative team/management do still RP - we are only a small portion of the massive player base.. So sometimes, we have to hear it from all of you.

  3. Credits to @Viscaria for the continued amount of work for the banners on the staff update Happy New Year Everyone! Welcome to the first Staff Update of 2022! We hope you all had an amazing Holiday and a Happy New Year so far! 2021 as some would call it "eventful" both for the community and for everyone around the world in general. With COVID still impacting a majority of us, it leads a lot of us thinking the year went by faster then usual as a lot of us were not able to do as much as we wanted. However, for GTA World - we continued to make strides within the server, through events, game updates and collecting donations for cancer research - we have made amazing movements and impacts overall. It is truly amazing how our community can come together in time of need and or in time of celebration, and be together and enjoy the moments that we have stepped away from RP. In GTA World specifically, we have went through massive updates from the start of the year until the very end. Our Development Team works with passion days after days to provide you with all our updates. Without our Game and Web Dev's being here on almost a constant basis our services would be nowhere near the same that they are today with almost 100% uptime all year round. With the Development Team in mind, I encourage those to go through our Game Changelog and see the massive amount of updates we have deployed for the server. With over 10 pages of updates, it shows the true dedication that the Developers go through. It also shows history throughout GTA World, showing how we have progressed and what the future might hold for the community. It's truly amazing the amount of work that get's done, and we are all extremely thankful for the work you all do. Something most notable for 2021, was the Economy update and launching Rage 1.1 on the community. Rage 1.1 was something that was being worked on for a long time, and the deployment of it made the server change forever, especially with the sync options that were available through the update. 1.1 opened and allowed the Development Team to expand on projects that we were never able to officially push through with previous Rage Updates. The server has made amazing strides since the update, and we continue to work on a daily basis to make sure our services are stable for the community. The Economy update while being somewhat "new" - has made great impacts on the community and how money and banking is handled rather then our former systems. Especially with only being able to hold an "x" amount of money on your person rather then carrying around hundreds of thousands in "cash". We appreciate all the feedback that we have received about the update, and continue to look on how to improve it. Our Staff Team in general deserves a huge shout-out due to the amount of dedication and hard work they put into the positions that they have taken. Management knows for fact the amount of work they do is immense and something that cannot be matched on any other community. You all deserve the best of the year to come, and we want to thank you for everything you do for the community here. While we cannot tag everyone due to the massive team we have, we ask for the community to make sure to give a simple "Thank you" to those in the Staff Team that you might encounter, as a simple kind gesture can really boost someone's day when they are doing a boatload of work for the community that you also enjoy. Speaking of Staff, I would like to give a congratulations to @Armolis and @LilManiac being promoted to Senior Administrator and officially taking over the Roleplay Quality Team. Both of them have worked extremely hard over the past few months to get to the position they are in today. We believe that they will continue to do a great amount of work within RPQM and will continue to make the sub-team move forward. While the team will still be moderated by @Pillsbury and the rest of Management, we have full trust in the duo to take over and run the team as needed. I would also like to give a big shoutout to the rest of Management for the amount of work we have put in together. We all entered Management around the same time, and we have completed a full year together. I can say for certainty, we all look forward for the upcoming year and continuing to be here for the community. And finally, I would like to make the note that our Media Team is now up and running. @Cheeezy has taken over the Social Media side starting with our Instagram that is being posted on an almost daily basis. If you have something you would like posted, feel free to message @Cheeezy & @Pillsbury and we would be happy to have it forwarded. We would also appreciate the follow! @GTAWRP GTA:World Management Team Admin Promotions Game Administrator Level 2 to Senior Administrator @Armolis (Head of Roleplay Quality Management) @LilManiac (Assistant Head of Roleplay Quality Management) Game Administrator Level 1 to Game Administrator Level 2 @Ali @dawpi @JackieH @slothy @Daylong @Jesu1 Trial Administrator to Game Administrator Level 1 @Red. 4. Nikola "Gruja" Grujić is a thirty-two year old small-time criminal of Balkan ancestry. Grujić has been embedded in the Serbian mafia in Los Santos, San Andreas for the last several years, like a tick. He's a known associate of Mihajlo "Mike Benz" Šćepanović and Svetoslav "Maks" Maksimović; both notable Serbian drug traffickers. This Bosnian mobster is suspected of operating on behalf of Šćepanović, as a distributor for his product. Former LAPD detective James D. Campbell was quoted as saying "People like Grujic are essential for the operationā€” Especially the one Maksimovic runs, he is the essential salesman, like something off of The Wolf of Wall street, he's an earner. Had it not been for the company he keeps, he could probably have ended up owning a dealership, or even becoming a stock broker." Nikola Grujić is currently a well-lubricated cog in the wheel of "Mike Benz" Šćepanovic's criminal apparatus, although; his current status in Los Santos is unknown. 5. Let me preface this by saying what I really shouldn't need to say; With that disclaimer out of the way though, let me get into the meat and potatoes. There's a very huge issue with balance that is being completely ignored in favor of a harmful mentality of cops versus robbers roleplay over realism in general. I do not speak for myself on this matter, I am writing this as a consensus for a very large group of friends and fellow players who have grown jaded and completely disillusioned with how utterly one-sided this server has become, and is continuing to become. Nearly every update is for the benefit of either Law Enforcement or Criminal roleplayers, with those QoL updates for the neutral side of things such as the Economy Update coming with some sort of price-tag. I have played on GTA:W since July of 2019, in all forms of RP: Illegal, LEO, Security, corporate - I have a character that directly benefits from the crime rate as a journalist. I am not speaking from inexperience when I say that the server, as of right now, is the worst it has ever been for anyone who is not roleplaying as a law enforcement officer, gangster, or a member of an organized crime group. The sole exception to this are those who log in solely to go to a nightclub, dance for a few hours, then bounce to the next. Those with blinders on don't count, as they're not the demographic on the server here to roleplay neutral characters that have actual development put into them. But for everyone else: We're out of luck, in every sense of the phrase. Make no mistake: This is not me shitting on illegal roleplay as a whole. I desperately want to see a GTA: World with an overwhelming abundance of good criminal roleplay. Those of you who are good criminal roleplayers know who you are. Your characters have development, feelings, they feel fear and shame for their actions, and they co-exist among the populace just fine. Many factions fit this bill, and the character stories section is full of these fantastic examples, yet the community is becoming more and more marginalized and split, even on an OOC level. Discussions such as these turn into shit-flinging competitions because it would "negatively impact" one side or the other, without consideration that there should be no sides. It's become almost entirely impossible to realistically portray a normal civilian doing normal civilian day to day things. You can't hang out in public unless you're in a big group, or you'll get kidnapped or robbed. You can't really open your business without a security guard of some shade present or some sort of dubiously legal muscle, as there's become a higher probability of being mobbed upon by a street gang for questionable reasons and having it written off as 'realistic behavior'. Squads of fearless fourteen-year-old warriors prowl the streets in blacked-out sedans with automatic firearms, waiting to jump out on the first unwitting individuals they find trying to go for a walk. Street performers don't exist because they'd get mugged every time they try to set up. Believe me, I have tried. The only place you're even remotely safe from any of this is across from the bank in Pillbox Hill, and even that's a toss-up recently. How are we meant to portray our characters, then, other than becoming shut-ins and living in fear of the third-world levels of street crime that have absolutely no end? Law Enforcement can't really do anything to stop it, and aren't always on to begin with. If a neutral character attempts to run away from MASK_1234_ABC, it's considered poor fear roleplay. If a neutral character uses their CCW to defend themselves, it's considered poor portrayal, because they should have just 'gone through with it'. But after the eleventh robbery or time being chased down by a gunboat- who wouldn't? How exactly are we meant to have our characters treat the abhorrent crime rate? Ignore it and move on? When even LSFD are overwhelmed with how bad it is, how are we as civilian roleplayers meant to treat it? Taken directly from the IFM census: The suggestion is always to 'take it IC and get your law enforcement to step it up', but LEO factions get so cucked with what they can do and swamped with work that that's a non-suggestion. I've been in one for a year, and have now left because I couldn't justify continuing to roleplay a police officer in a place with more deaths per capita than an active warzone. Crackdowns can't happen (Yes I know about the Chamberlain raid, first one in months), because it would be 'unfair', even if they're warranted and the parties being raided were being reckless enough to warrant it. Districts don't seem to matter in the slightest in regards to how horrible the crime has become in Los Santos. Rockford Hills is just as bad as Strawberry, the only difference is how far the Buffalo full of MASKs needs to travel to get there. There's no such thing as robbery-free zones; when a suggestion was made to IFM to propose one be established along Portola Drive and at Legion Square, it was shot down with the response that it was "realistic" for there to be this much crime anywhere on the game-map whatsoever, with articles linked to about the sparse robbery occurring on Rodeo Drive or in Echo Park as justification. Crime-free zones are basically ignored in entirety anymore. Ever since this ruling from IFM, robberies and kidnappings have gotten to a point to where there is little reason to exit one's home anymore, go for a walk - or do anything in public, for that matter. Quality has gone down, while quantity has skyrocketed at an alarming rate. "If a criminal perceives that the risk of robbing a target is too high, then they will not conduct a robbery" is wishful thinking at best, and geography absolutely does play a part in crime- but this was a decision made out of the hands of the community. The fact of the matter is, while being robbed does not take very long, it provides the party being robbed next to no development and is so over-saturated it's become tedious. This is why you don't see many businesses stay in business that aren't either fronted by law enforcement in some manner or somehow connected to an illegal faction- It's simply not worth the trouble anymore. While I hate to agree with ThatDutchPerson on anything, they were completely correct with this prediction in May. It's the new-year and that's exactly what happened. The majority of those who actually care who are caught in the middle are completely unhappy with how the server's going and has been going for at least the past year. Punishments for intentional bad roleplay, metagame, and powergame are light-handed as we're on a "learning server". Not long ago, my character was chased down and attempted to be killed with carbine rifles over stopping at a red light, because the gun-boat that saw them do it thought they were opposition for getting too close to the car they'd just shot to pieces five minutes earlier. The tail smashed their car into a concrete wall, was brake-checked and spun out, and promptly /vparked and /vg'd their vehicle (video enclosed), only to be handed a warning for this malicious behavior. Cases of looting dead bodies are so common, some don't even know it's against the rules. Fistfights escalate straight into gunfights when one side or the other starts to lose. What's the end of all of this, exactly, other than those who aren't involved with the ceaseless street-wars becoming uncomfortable with playing their characters, as many already are? The crime is so bad it's become a meme, both IC and OOC. Los Angeles is not a homogeneous place, it's a veritable city-state. There are differences in districts, every district is distinct- to the point that some districts are considered completely separate cities within the city. Realism should not be pick-and-choose dependent on how it best effects the 'cops vs. criminals' meta - and unrealism in crime impacts everyone, even and especially other criminal roleplayers who get grouped up with those who play the server like an RPG with civilian NPCs. There's another group that keeps getting either left out or ignored in these discussions, though: the monkeys in the middle, those who have noone advocating for them whatsoever. I patiently await this thread being locked after being bombed with toxicity, but it doesn't matter anyway. GTA: World is very unlikely to change for the better for everyone until something is actually done to come to compromise. EDIT: 19 hours in and we get our first few here who didn't bother to read OP and assumed this thread was unfairly targeting illegal RP. Thanks to everyone who have contributed to the thread so far, it's been much more successful this time around than any time before- and it's owed to productive discussion. Hopefully something's done about it for the sake of those who have been here a while, but especially newer players who will get bad first impressions. EDIT 2: It has been 24 hours since the posting of this thread. We have: 183 replies 6,451 views 69 positive reactions to the OP Had numerous great ideas crop up through discussion Had roleplayers from "both sides of the fence" agree there is an issue Had numerous staff members and retired staff members agree there is an issue Great progress has been made, but progress isn't progress unless there is a solution. I anxiously await an official ruling and I hope it's favorable for everyone. This isn't just a neutral roleplayer issue, as much as the thread's about it. Bad crime roleplay/crimegrinding negatively impacts illegal RP just as much, if not more- because it forces an 'us versus them' mentality upon those who are sick of it and assume all criminal roleplay is like this. Make no mistake: that was me a few months ago, until I left PD and tried it out myself. I then realized this wasn't a criminal roleplay problem, this was a shit roleplay problem. Please - for the sake of the future of GTA: W, start handing out harsher punishments for intentional rulebreaks and give us some low-crime or robbery/kidnap-free areas we can RP in. EDIT 3: Response from IFM. Good work everyone, we'll see how it goes!

  6. As the title says. Ban kidnap robberies. It's unrealistic & shouldn't be accepted here. 9/10 robberies involve kidnapping the victim & driving them to the middle of nowhere specifically to rob them, it just makes no sense. Why would anyone go from a year or two in jail for armed robbery, all the way to 15+ years for kidnapping & armed robbery? All over a few dollars? It makes absolutely no sense & should not be allowed. Robberies are supposed to be for the RP, not the rewards, so why allow these unrealistic & ridiculous kidnap robberies to begin with?

  7. Logistics companies are overwhelmed, businesses complain. Source: StockPictures BY JACOB WOLF Los Santos, SA - All businesses require to stock up every once in a while, and the majority of them rely on logistics companies to provide for their needs. However lately, some businesses have been resorting to supplying themselves or they complain about paying more than before and an unfair price for the trucking services. Hearing these complaints, our journalist crew here at LSNN decided to investigate the issue and possibly, and hopefully, find the middle ground that's going to make everyone happy. In order to find a solution, some experts needed to be consulted and some business owners needed to be heard. That is exactly what we did. Speaking to several logistics company employees and many business owners, both in the city and countryside, we are hoping that we can shed the necessary light on this issue. Source: LSNN Archives First and foremost, our journalist crew decided to get an expert's opinion on this. We scheduled a meeting with one of the top transport companies, IMEX Logistics, to talk to their management team. At the lot, we were welcomed by one of the managers: Nikolas Bond. He has been in this field since April 2021, and has a remarkable amount of experience in trucking. He allowed us to see this issue from an insider's point of view. "There were times with no orders before," said Mister Bond, when asked if this problem has been going on for long. For the last couple of weeks, there has been a significant increase in crate requests by businesses, and even though it's a tough challenge to take on, Mister Bond believes IMEX raised to the occasion with their talented drivers and smart management. "IMEX is making a difference," Mister Bond told us proudly. When asked about what could be done to improve the current state of trucking, Mister Bond mentioned one of their services called IMEX Connect. Using this service, business owners can directly contact the truckers and put in orders personally, which are guaranteed to be delivered quicker. After the interview with Mister Bond, our crew decided to hear the other side of things. Thinking that the countryside must be getting less attention by truckers, we went up there to meet the local business owners. We have gotten mixed answers; some businesses were satisfied by the logistics companies' services, while some businesses mostly had to rely on themselves to stock up their places. Source: LSNN Archives Jaelyn Inglehart, the manager of a cozy bar called The Corner and a liquor store in Sandy Shores, complained about logistics companies falling short. Miss Inglehart uses her liquor store, called Ace Liquor, to stock up her bar, but without stocking up the liquor store itself firstly, there is no way for her to fill up the fridges of her saloon. "Truckers prefer shorter routes, leaving folks up here out," said Miss Inglehart when asked about the reason for logistics companies' incapability. Shorter distances to deliver goods equals quick money, and truckers are simply after their paycheck, like everyone else. While Miss Inglehart doesn't blame truckers for picking closer destinations to deliver, she has a couple of ideas that could fix this issue. "Getting a warehouse out here could work," was Miss Inglehart's idea. If logistics companies open up a warehouse in the county, they could satisfy the needs of the countryside businesses, as well as creating new job opportunities for the locals in the area. "The government should help liven up Sandy Shores, we feel forgotten," some locals told us. They asked for lower taxes and higher initiatives by the state government to improve the standards in all the towns in Blaine County and aid the lovely community there. Another manager, up in Grapeseed, told us that they are doing their deliveries on their own. Mister Amos Kramer of Wonderama Arcade said that they have tried the services provided by the logistics companies several times, and they were satisfied with it. So our journalist crew aimed to find a business that stocked up their place on their own because they weren't satisfied with the trucking companies. Source: LSNN Archives Our journalist crew went down to the beloved gun store in Cypress Flat: Guns Direct. One of the leading brands in their business field, and having one of the best shooting ranges in the city, one would think that Guns Direct had no problems with their orders and deliveries. Unfortunately, Dwight Dennis, the owner, stated that he had to rent a truck to get his materials himself for most of the time. The retrieval point of the necessary parts is outside the city borders, near YouTools in Senora Freeway, and Mister Dennis complains that most truckers avoid taking such long a route without extra payment to motivate them. "The state and the employees take a percentage from each sale," Mister Dennis explained, "leaving the store barely enough money to stock up. I usually can't afford to pay extra to get the truckers to deliver," he complained about the paradox he is in. Apparently, renting a truck whenever the gun store requires deliveries is much cheaper than putting up orders that pay an additional amount of money to drivers. Mister Kramer of Wonderama Arcade had stated that paying more for this service sounds unfair. While some of the clubs and mechanic garages and clothing stores are very much satisfied with the logistics companies' services, some often resort to doing deliveries themselves or pay the extra bit of money to convince the truckers to prioritize them. We wanted to talk to another expert about this very issue, and reached out to another famous logistics company in the city. Source: LSNN Archives We arranged a meeting with Delta National Logistics and went down to their lot to pick Jake Reynolds' brain about this issue. Unsurprisingly, Mister Reynolds gave us some insight about this matter that we expected a supervisor with his experience would. "There is a problem because people made it one," Mister Reynolds told our journalist crew. According to him, this "paying extra" incentive was made into a problem by the business owners. Some owners started offering more money than the rest to get their deliveries prioritized, and this left out those businesses that didn't or couldn't pay more for their orders, which turned the services into an open auction. It's not the logistics companies' responsibility to ensure everybody gets their orders," Mister Reynolds stated. While these companies surely have a responsibility to make sure that businesses get what they want as quickly as possible through quality service, they cannot blame truckers for picking higher-paying deliveries and leaving out the other businesses, even though some of those ignored businesses can't afford to pay more. Mister Reynolds suggested that additional factories could be opened up in the county, so the drive from there to countryside businesses would be shorter, and truckers would take these orders more frequently. "We do convoys up to the county," Mister Reynolds mentioned - another solution to providing for the businesses outside of the city or far from factories. The supervisor also told us that some of the truckers feel targeted by the police in traffic, which is another reason for them to choose the shortest routes possible. "They seem to pull over truckers for the smallest of reasons, if any," Mister Reynolds said, referring to the officers. While truckers have a notorious reputation for neglecting traffic laws, Mister Reynolds believes that generalizing will hurt the companies, and the business owners directly. Furthermore, Mister Reynolds explained the partnership program they had in Delta National Logistics. Businesses can partner up with logistics companies to receive deliveries regularly, which gives perks to both sides of the deal. Mister Reynolds mentioned that they have partnered with some garages, and in exchange for getting regular deliveries, these garages promise discounts for maintaining their fleet. It's undeniable that some businesses are struggling to get their deliveries, but we have found out that it is also undeniable that the logistics companies are doing all they can about it. From partnership programs to arranging convoys to far businesses, the logistics companies seem to be trying to be enough for everyone. While it is a fact that it takes some time for issues such as this to be resolved, working together as a community, we at LSNN believe that the process can be sped up. To finding new ways to improve. > Comments are enabled Username: Comment:

  8. Updates for PD also take a lot of time. Perhaps they can also consider paying a developer, it's not necessary to hire a full-time person to make a script, many people are willing to create the script for a price, no need to pay a month's salary for it.

  10. Less updates for PD. Fix the stupid crime rate, it's nauseating. More scripts for citizens. Improve the current scripts, removing the RPG element from trucker script, for example, among many others. Devs taking a look at Suggestions/bug reports threads. Get rid of this maudlin community who report you for anything. More severe punishments. Stop blocking threads for no reason, preventing any user from replying even when the staff who blocked the thread is wrong. Players Rp'ng their character like a real person, not like a GTAO character, getting rid of this John Wick mentality killing everyone in spree.

  11. Southside Travieso Gangsters 13 (SSTGS13) is an almost exclusively Hispanic varrio, operating out of Rancho (516), South Los Santos. While newly established in the 2010s, the gang has earned the respect of the Sureno community at large and may wield a considerable amount of influence in San Andreasā€™ prison systems. The gangā€™s debut into Los Santosā€™ underbelly was extremely bloody, with a rapid rise in both territory and membership throughout the 2010s and 2020s. The gangā€™s origins lie in the 2009 tag-banging crew That Gangster Shit (TGS), whose ex-members largely lay dead or in jail, excluding a select few. During this time, the crew developed gangbanging tendencies, stemming from long-term problems with Varrio Rancho Grape, Tongan Crips, Stain Town Locos, Playboys 13, and Palmer Blocc. These bloody wars ultimately pushed TGS away from painting and petty crime, instead, members began to worry about self-defense, and making money over ā€œgetting upā€. With many members institutionalized in San Andreasā€™ correctional system, That Gangster Shitā€™s development into Traviesos became inevitable. Leading Mexican Mafia gangsters picked up on TGSā€™ rapid rise into prominence, and under ā€œCuatroā€ Ortegaā€™s blessing, they adopted their thirteen and validation from the Sureno community at large. While their adoption of the Sur identity came with little to no initial gain on the street, members were finally protected in correctional facilities. In the early 2010s, Traviesos Gangsters absorbed another tag-banging crew, Making Enemies Rank (MER). MER, now a clique within Traviesos, adopted many Traviesos cultural hallmarks, including a hard ā€œn***** killerā€ stance, as well as the adoption of the ā€œCrip killerā€ card. Their hatred of the Crips developed so deeply that the clique became renowned for their adoption of red clothing and rags. By 2023, the clique claims Jamestown St (JST) more commonly over MER, likely to distance themselves from their tagger origins. Another notable clique was formed a few years later, Dukes (DKS). This clique largely carries on the traditions of the original That Gangster Shit taggers, with their leadership including original members from the crew. The ten-year rise of Traviesos Gangsters led to the ire of both the local community and the Los Santos law enforcement community at large. Between the years of 2018 and 2023, there has been a string of repeated officer-involved shootings in and surrounding the Jamestown Street projects, with at least a dozen fatalities. This feud between Los Santosā€™ police and Traviesos has led to several arrests, seizures, gang sweeps, and different forms of injunctions. Attempts to surveillance Traviesos' territories were largely fruitless. https://forum.gta.world/en/topic/104545-dao-gang-injunction-list/ Despite their relatively recent foundation compared to older varrios, Traviesos is suspected of wielding considerable influence in the Mexican Mafia. Many are associated with high-ranking Mexican Mafia members. Considering the high incarceration ratio of Traviesosā€™ membership, by 2023 the gang wields a similar influence to many of its older contemporaries. Some speculate that their relations with the Mexican Mafia have provoked Traviesos Gangsters to take a harder stance against their neighboring gangs. This much is reflected by recent expansions past busy Carson Avenue and into the 515 area of Jamestown. Jamestown since the early months of 2021 and now, has adopted a very negative stigma of that follows all of its residents, that being civilians, members of law enforcement, and gang bangers. Being an underdeveloped area that doesn't get much attention or funding, it has been the number one breeding ground for teenagers to dwell deep into all kinds of illegal activities, that being; the common sale of narcotics, drug & gun trafficking, murder, grand theft auto, and burglary. Rancho has seen the most vicious and bloodthirsty gang wars occur during the years, due to local territorial disputes between notorious gangs all wanting to level up their drug distribution and outreach to the youth. There are plenty of these street gangs that could be mentioned for their violence and overall control, although one has risen above all others, once upon of time being the underdogs of Jamestown, to now being one of the most largest, powerful and menacing criminal organizations in only a matter of a few years. Amidst the gaping aftermath of the bloodbath which painted the concrete surface of the Jamestown Projects red, stepped forth a large amount of equally ambitious juvenile delinquents, all with the desire for more power, authority, and lust for income. The most notable, and perhaps prominent, of these groups, was the kin and remainder of the previous generation. The seasoned ghetto vets were either rotting underneath the soil of most local Rancho cemeteries, while others got away and managed to secure themselves a few life sentences behind Bolingbrokeā€™s walls. That, however, did not prevent the gang from adapting to their new setting, and in turn, embellished on a new set of traditions and principles. TLS or also known as Tiny Lokotes were those to essentially plaster the crown atop of their dome, serving as the successor to the previous Flateros clique. Composed of young banged-out gang members. The clique pays homage and puts on for the older generation of TGS gang members. Formerly known as one of the more lowkey and unrecognized sets of the Traviesos gang, the Gutter Team (PREVIOUSLY GT) crew used to prioritize money before gang-banging prior to their transformation into the Diablos clicka. A fully-fledged clique that attracted violent and both machiavellian individuals. Gutter Team Gutter Lokos, Gutter Babies, Gutter Team are known for getting down with the cause and adhering to older TGS gang members, front lining, and moving packs. They can often be seen selling drugs out of the Roy Lowe/Jamestown area, alley, and store. They are also well known for being jackboys, hence the term ''Gutter, Gutter.'' They really live what they speak. Battle of the Underdogs During the month of May 2023, a butterfly effect had transpired where a power struggle had occurred, which had led to the death of countless TGS members in an in-house dispute of which lasted weeks. Notable members such as; Sebastian Castaneda, Tony Ojeda, Cristian Ayala & more, all were murdered in cold blood in something that the streets couldn't comprehend at the time. In a matter of days, fingers were pointed at Jesse Muro, one of the founders of TGS, and this news didn't only hit the streets, but also the county jails, and prisons. All of this could be summed up as a disagreement over the way that the drug distribution had been handled between high-ranking members of TGS. Perhaps some weren't as appreciative of their supply, and felt like they were entitled to more. What had occurred was an inhouse battle of greed and power, of which spiraled out of control very quickly. Cliques of the Travieso Gangsters 13 started to take their sides, some siding with Jesse Muro, and some with the deceased Cristian Ayala. MER, a/k/a Making Enemies Rank or better known as (JST) Jamestown St, a fellow tagger crew turned clique had faced immense casualties and ended up being greenlit by Muro, of which they could never recover from. Shortly after, a greenlight was raised onto the TGS street gang, or what was left of it of which was done by the Mexican Mafia. All hell broke loose on the streets, the constant varrio warfare that this had entailed had led to the death of many women and children, and youngsters along with grown adults from Jamestown and the majority had suffered drastically. Although casualties were more rampant among the gangs that had answered the calling from the Mexican Mafia, which caused for most of them to slow down, it was looking bright for TGS. Debts among the bloodshed being paid changed nothing for the once prominent varrio and they were left to fend for themselves with no hand to feed them. They fed themselves and maintained their pull they had nevertheless, considered no good by the Mexican Mafia at this point. A lot of animosity had boiled down to the Mexican Mafia not wanting to profit off what was once a dominant and prominent hood dumbed down to a few key members who came out on top of the bloodshed and staked their claim, forming a new generation that rose up after the inner conflict and a full-scale greenlight war. The same gang that once answered to the Mexican Mafia's beck and call were considered dropouts even though they had the intention of getting back on track and kicking up. Risky Muro's position as a Camarada under Bestia once a long-standing bond now proved fruitless and built up nothing but hatred between them ever since the greenlight was called off. His ties to the drug trade kept them on top of the game and if anything the Mexican Mafia lost out on their drug profits by tarnishing the once strong connection they had between them. This only gave Risky Muro a step up when it came to the neighboring gangs and that's where 38th street and PWGS came into play. Having been on Jamestown Street, despite all the horrors and traumas experienced from a crackdown by the LSPD Gang Enforcement Team, the almost defunct Pee Wee Gangsters (PWGS) clique was on the rise, once again. This time, however, there was a high degree of politicking with Mexican Mafia affiliates by high-ranking PWGS members behind bars. With neighboring blood sets and their affiliates, mainly Pueblo Bishop Bloods and Florencia 13, membership was dwindling due to many of their affiliates being killed. With the lock-up of Edward Salamanca, a notorious 38ST affiliate who was responsible for the killing of nine different Pueblo Bishops Bloods affiliates and injuring multiple others, the locals were inspired to go out on their own skits. This short-lived motivation died almost immediately once other affiliates stepped up to recalculate their moves on the streets and prioritize cash flow, especially as other neighboring sets on the East Side began to push up on the now-weakened clique. PWGS resorted to developing ties with other neighboring sets theyā€™ve grown up with, mainly Traviesos Gangsters 13, resorting to their aid for support against sets that have grown aggressive and militant against them. This was a fruitful development as it helped PWGS crawl from a bottomless pit back to a healthy position, and it helped another clique, TWDS A/K/A TINY WICKED DIABLAS to rise back up to make room for females to be integrated into the gang and aid in business ventures on the streets. A clique that hangs out on JST and the surrounding area, PWGS formerly an almost defunct clique under the 38th Street Gang banner, got absorbed relatively easily under the TGS banner after a long and fruitful development of relations, as they both shared similar insignia, views, gang signs, and even enemies, having been influenced by one another after being neighbors on mostly friendly terms during their long tenure. Despite being crip-friendly while being under the 38th Street banner, PWGS slowly but surely starts to adopt the same enemies as TGS, now on the edge of heavily claiming crip-killer after their beef with Osage Legend Crip. With time, however, as both cliques were continuously being harassed by neighboring sets and still managing to put up despite their smaller numbers, they were absorbed relatively easily under the TGS banner after a long and fruitful development of relations, as they both shared similar insignia, views, gang signs, and even enemies, having been influenced by one another after being neighbors on mostly friendly terms during their long tenure. This cemented an era of awakening for 38ST, as they stretched their claim across Jamestown Street, and began their journey of militant recruitment to rile up the local youths that have grown tired of the conflicts and racial prejudice they face in their own neighborhoods.

  18. It has been 24 hours since the posting of this thread. We have: 183 replies 6,451 views 69 positive reactions to the OP Had numerous great ideas crop up through discussion Had roleplayers from "both sides of the fence" agree there is an issue Had numerous staff members and retired staff members agree there is an issue Great progress has been made so far, but progress isn't progress unless there is a solution. Please - for the sake of the future of GTA: W, start handing out harsher punishments for intentional rulebreaks and give us some low-crime or robbery-free areas we can RP in. thanks

  20. LS Gov Traffic Control - A unit that focuses on placing cones around scenes, issuing parking tickets. They would have amber lights and no LEO power at all. Too many people are crashing into scenes and I rarely ever see traffic cones etc used. Oh and they would do all the towing!!! @Pogis make this happen daddy owo
