  1. Kings of the Hills (aka Reyes de las Colinas) is the name of a predominantly Hispanic crew brought together by Hernan Orozco (aka ORO ) & Miro Cardenas (aka TANK) after the fall of their structure. Both figures root back to a crew formed under Castillo Cotilla (aka ALMIRANTE) in Arizona. This crew revolved around many reckless activities, where the final goal was to carry across the doings of a bigger and deeper umbrella organization. To name some – Hired murder, extortion, torture, car theft, drug & gun trafficking, burglary. With the group earning a name for itself and a seat on the table, Castillo grew eager and selfish. There were talks about the crew parting ways and growing their operations. With many of the members not agreeing with this, the word quickly climbed up the chain and it wasn’t long until loose ends had to be taken care of. October 19th is the day that Castillo was shot by gunmen and an internal feud sparked. After the death of Castillo, Hernan, Miro, and Lobo were essentially the last three left standing that held somewhat of a powerful position within the organization at the time. Although the organization was once quite influential in the Phoenix / Tucson areas of Arizona, its power had somewhat diminished after the feud. Due to the execution of Castillo, Lobo, Hernan & Miro all wanted the throne. Lobo by himself; Hernan and Miro wanted to rule together but didn’t exactly see eye to eye, which led to more homicides over the coming months. Eventually, Miro and Hernan had to lay low due to the heat that was being brought upon them, and Arizona was essentially a hotbed of Mexican Organized Crime with different street crews wanting to take potshots at either side, which became extremely risky. Over time, Lobo had dominated the winning side and gained more power, driving Miro and Hernan to play the cards that they were dealt and decided it would be better to take a step back. Since Miro and Hernan had contacts with an independent drug trafficker in San Andreas that often did business with them, they decided it was better, in return, to settle out in San Andreas where nobody knew them and risk was minimal. After arriving in San Andreas, it took Miro, Hernan, and their crew roughly two months to exactly pinpoint where they’d want to set up shop – the city of Los Santos was already dominated by organized crime and their chance of settling and growing would be very small – They looked at no other than Blaine County. This area didn’t show any signs of major groups and therefore sparked the interest of the crew. The Kings of the Hill dubbed Reyes de las Colinas wasn’t a major crew in San Andreas like they were in Arizona, as many people had sided with Lobo instead, which resulted in the crew being extremely tight-knit when it had arrived in San Andreas. OOC: This faction is simply a fictional concept and does not relate to any existing organization within a real-life setting. This faction aims to portray a realistic environment around organized crime. In this faction, development and commitment are key; even though it’s not an obligation to post screens, we would like to enforce the idea to showcase the inner/outside roleplay for the entire community to see. All the content within this thread will only pertain to the character and faction development. On that note, the leadership of this faction holds the right to character kill anyone willing to officially join. 2. In the early 1990s, KAM, or "Krazy Ass Mexicans," did the unheard-of in El Burro Heights. "They started out as a simple tagging crew that nobody thought anything about," Mr. Torres said, slowing the S.U.V. down a notch. "But right where we are now, two old established gangs, Fudge Lane Travieosos and Vicky's Town, tried to pressure the crew to join their gangs. But the nondescript group fought back. Amazingly, KAM eventually pushed out both steadfast gangs, taking over the whole neighborhood-~-something El Burro Heights had never experienced before." Today, they are one of the most aggressive gangs on the Eastside of Los Santos. The violence never really died down. KAM has had to continually defend its turf from older gangs like Big Hazard, State Street and Gage Maravilla, but the Krazy Ass Mexicans held their ground. "They're surrounded by enemies, but they maintain their territory. And they have a huge territory. The big guys didn't anticipate they'd fight back. But that's what they did. They were--and still are--well-structured and smart," said Mr. Torres, sitting back behind the wheel.

  4. Detailed Description: I've been stewing with an idea for a expansion and a proof of concept for a more expanded drug system, and I've come up with a small expansion. A reformation to painkillers. So currently we do have a few opioid painkillers, and I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure painkillers such as Ketamine are not available on the drug market. Fentanyl, Morphine and Ketamine are definitely not available to the Hospital, who have a very limited selection of drugs. To tl;dr add in fentanyl, ketamine, morphine, and narcan to reverse unconscious overdoses from fentanyl, morphine, and heroin, and give EMS/Medical personnel the ability to adminster all three painkillers, with effects put on the player. Fentanyl, morphine and heroin when over-used should continue to overdose people, but the OD should put them in an UNCONSCIOUS state, similar to an injury, instead of whatever the system is with HP. Its' more realistic, it makes people think a little bit before doing drugs and it gives first responders with narcan a fantastic new avenue of roleplay. Hospitals and EMS should have the ability to adminster a multude of drugs TO patients, and those drugs should give effects. Yes this seems RPGish, but I'm going to be real with you, you shouldn't need a medical license to roleplay e-medicine, you can't expect every EMS and Hospital personnel to indepthly explain every use of drug given without them completely boring the patient, giving the patient an effect and a little information text description is exactly what medicines need. The script could function as such; /treatmentitems [name of the drug] - spawns the drug item in. If you want to limit it to avoid abuse, EMS should have a limited stock of lets say drug items on their ambulances/engines, and the same could apply for the hospital, you could even open up opportunities for pharmaceutical suppliers. /iv drug - only drugs which can be adminstered via veins, such as [painkillers (fentanyl, ketamine, morphine), medications such as (versed (anti-seizure and knockout juice medication), narcan (OD reversing medication), rocorium (causes patients to stop breathing, used before a patient is intubated, HOSPITAL ONLY)] The drugs would then give their indicated effect. The painkillers would give the same effects as illegal drugs, the medications would give a text box explaining their intended effect so the player can properly roleplay it. To the illegal side, I offer these medications would be wonderful editions to your roleplay, having more diversity in the drug market with ket, fentanyl and morphine, a better OD script, and having narcan for community advocates to buy over the counter honestly would be a lot of fun. Now I also believe we should have more over the counter minor drugs. Ibuprofen, tylenol, aspirin should all be accessible through a new storefront: PHARMACY. You can even add drugs to pharmacies over time, and people who own pharmacies could run it to their hearts intent. Relevant Commands/Items: /IV, expanded /treatmentitems, drug stock item (to limit spawning of /treatmentitems for medical providers to stop abuse and give logistics more thought in roleplay) and pharmacies How will it benefit the server?: So PHMC has a /treatmentitems script, but its incredibly limited, and the drugs we use on a DAILY basis are not on it, and even if they were on it, we wouldn't use them like we actually do, which is giving them through IV's or injections, and we can't in good conscious give a bunch of patients morphine items to take on their own without them pretending to take them and abusing that access. Also the amount of drugs on the server is so limiting, its boring. So many drugs are missing that I'm surprised they haven't been added in some other extent. Drug suppliers are cool, but a functional pharmacy is cooler. Most illegal drugs are gained off theft of those pharmacies, illegal drugs are a big market, but stolen pharmaceuticals are an even bigger one.

  6. Detailed Description Nitrous Oxide/Nos/Balloons. Just needs to be a drug item, literally just copy paste ecstasy or something nd rename it 'Nitrous Oxide' then let people apply for it in the next drug supplier apps, or let them apply now since it's going to be a new item. Relevant Commands/Items Nitrous Oxide drug item How will it benefit the server? Common drug used in LA, would add to RP since a lot of people already RP using it.

  8. The Seoul Family Gang or Seoul Money Gang (SMG) Boyz is one of the newer Asian cliques to come out of the Little Seoul neighborhood. It's primarily made up of those with Chinese and Vietnamese backgrounds with a smaller Korean and Japanese presence. It's rumored to have began in the mid-2010s: teenagers that attended the local high schools first running as the Vespucci Boyz before later transitioning into the Seoul Family Gang in 2019 as they began to gain in numbers and criminal consciousness. The clique has almost never prioritized gang banging as much as they have financial gain. Like many other Little Seoul street gangs with Asian backgrounds, they don't claim a single street: they consider the entire neighborhood their domain. Investigators claim that the Seoul Family Gang are partially to blame for the influx of narcotics and violence in the Little Seoul neighborhood. Additionally, a shooting was documented on December 15, 2021, where a woman was left in critical condition on Ginger Street outside of the Sunset Apartments building. Locals were unwilling to speak on the matter but an unnamed passerby claimed that the incident happened over a fist fight that transitioned into an attempted stabbing. Rumor has it that this violent act was an attempt at self-gentrification. The Los Santos Police Department have yet to make an arrest but bear suspicion on the outfit. We aim to portray a realistic Asian American gang operating in the Little Seoul area. While it's implied that the majority of the gang are Chinese and Vietnamese, we accept all East Asian characters. Newcomers should create their character somewhere between their mid-teens and early twenties. The goal of the group is to enrich and break the current norms of Asian American roleplay in the server. It is therefore heavily development-oriented and aims to capture the true essence of Asian Americans by veering away from the heavily sterilized take that the scene has been hindered by. With this said, we do not want run-of-the-mill gangbangers. We hope to incorporate a wide cast of characters: whether it may be loosely affiliated friends and girlfriends or, ultimately, hardened criminals serving time behind bars. 11. Feature Showcase: Twin Tower Correctional Facility - Rework General Information: Albeit sometimes quiet, the Los Santos Sheriff's Department Custody Division has been working diligently to bring you all a much awaited update. The new Twin Towers Correctional Facilities is based on the real life equivalent of the facility, and we worked alongside the inmates council to propel this project. We would like to thank all those involved in the project, particularly with regards to the remap, including @L I C E and @tired!, for the mapping itself, and @MomoIsHere and @rasbruu, for leading the remap from an administrative standpoint, without which we would not be able to complete such a feat, alongside everyone else that put in innumerable hours into this. We would also like to thank all the players for creating such a unique and enjoyable roleplay atmosphere within the Twin Towers Correctional Facilities, the work and effort that you all put in has massively changed the experience for the illegal community. Any questions or suggestions are to be directed to @Stephen. Within the project, the following suggestions have been implemented: - Double housing in isolation - A new Protective Custody Housing (PC) - More detailed cellrooms. - Segregate minors (will be sent to PC) - Trustee System: a working and scripted trustee system revolving around inmate jobs - Gang Units Investigating Gang Affiliation In Jail - Programs for inmates in the facility - Health Check-ups (contract with PHMC) - More strictness on prison uniforms/clothing (Volume in the CMD for deputies) - A new library - A new mess hall - An entirely new pod area + seperate yards for A and B Pod. - More guard bubbles and staff-areas near inmate housing for CO's to occupy. - A very small workshop room in each pod until the actual workshop is finished being mapped. More things will be slowly added to this new and improved version of the prison in the future, such as a labor workshop, a new version of the showers and a new sally port. The goal is to improve the still existing bits and pieces from the old version of TTCF that made it into this new version. I also want to thank you all for waiting patiently for this long awaited rework. With that said, here is the finished product and also it's IRL equivalent below. Remap: IRL Equivalent:

  16. Officer-Involved-Shooting - 06/DEC/2021 - Little Seoul The following publication is a critical incident community briefing. Intended to provide you with information about an Officer-Involved-Shooting that occurred in Little Seoul, on Palomino Avenue, in the city of Los Santos, at approximately 01:20 p.m., on Monday, December 06, 2021. The Department will provide you with relevant information about the incident, so you can have a better understanding of what occurred, based on what we know right now.The LSPD conducts very thorough use of force investigations, which typically require investigators to interview multiple witnesses, view numerous hours of video footage, and analyze a significant amount of forensic evidence. We are still at the very early stages of this investigation which can often take up to a year to complete and our understanding of the incident may change as this additional evidence is collected, analyzed, and reviewed. We also do not draw any conclusions about whether the officers acted consistent with our policies in the law until all the facts are known and the investigation is complete. On the 6th of December 2021 at approximately 01:20, a unit assigned to the Metropolitan Division whilst conducting routine patrol was engaged by an individual. A radio transmission was aired following the incident prompting units to respond to the area. Here is the message that was placed over the radio: "2X11, Shots fired Bridge Street and Nikola!"Whilst responding to the area, an LSPD unit assigned to Mission Row Patrol Division noted a Black Sedan fleeing the area. The vehicle failed to stop for the patrol unit initiating a vehicle pursuit. The pursuit travelled through a multitude of areas within the Los Santos area. During the pursuit, the driver of the Black Sedan began to endanger nearby residents with the high speed and reckless nature of his driving. This prompted LSPD Officers to utilize tire deflation devices or TDD, commonly referred to as the "spike strip." The vehicle's tires impacted the TDD and subsequently began to deflate. The vehicle came to a controlled stop and the pursuit halted in the Little Seoul area.Upon the vehicle becoming stationary, three individuals disembarked. The driver of the vehicle drew a hand-held firearm and drew it towards peace officers, subsequently officers engaged the suspect with lethal force. Upon discharging their firearms, two other passengers who disembarked also drew their firearms and discharged them at LSPD Officers. In the engagement, both of the suspects were struck by lethal force. Two LSPD Officers assigned to Mission Row Patrol Division were also struck by rounds discharged from one of the suspects.LSPD patrol vehicles are equipped with Digital In-Car Video System (DICVS) - utilized to enhance officer safety, document events, and provide visual as well as audio data for use in investigation and prosecution. Here is the video footage retrieved from the incident.((There would be certain clips attached from the dashcams of the responding units. All cruisers captured at least a bit of every part of the shooting.))DICVS - AUDIODICVS - SUSPECT 1 SHOOTING AT POLICEDICVS - SUSPECT 2 AND 3 SHOOTING AT POLICEFollowing the Officer-involved-shooting, Los Santos Fire Department was promptly requested by on-scene officers. All three suspects were pronounced deceased by Paramedics. They have been identified as Los Santos residents. Identities of the suspects are being withheld until next of kin are notified. Both LSPD Officers who received injuries were treated at the scene and transported to Pillbox Medical Centre for further assessment.Over the next several months the Los Santos Police Department will conduct a thorough investigation of the officer-involved incident and the Force Investigation Section will investigate in close coordination with District Attorneys Office.
