  4. Short description: Ability to call 911 without having to unlock your phone Detailed description: Ability to call 911 without having to unlock your phone Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? IRL you can do an emergency call from your homescreen, without having to type your passcode in. Same should apply for the phone IG - it's very inconvenient when the bar you're sitting in is getting shot up by 5 dudes and all you get is an error message because you haven't used your phone since you logged in. Since this is GTAW and some people will obviously argue that this isn't the case in real life, I will just go ahead and attach a screenshot of my locked phone to save the hassle of telling them that they are in fact wrong - you can see the emergency call button in the bottom left corner. 8. Skinhead Culture and Public Enemy Number 1 Skinheads first emerged in the Southern San Andrean region in the mid-1980s, utilising the violence associated with the punk rock culture as a catalyst for their development from the unruly youth, connected by a mutual interest in a rebellious music scene, into loosely organized gangs who regularly clashed with one another. This formation of skinhead gangs along the beachfront coincided with the encroachment of black and latino gangs into Los Santos county, specifically in the Vespucci and Del Perro area, where the punk scene thrived. Public Enemy Number 1, or PENI, established themselves as the dominant skinhead gang by the 1990s. They differed from the large number of politically orientated skinhead gangs who closely associated themselves with white supremacist organizations such as the Ku Klux Klan or White Aryan Resistance, and the white supremacist non-skinhead leaders such as Tom Metzger and Richard Butler. PENI cultivated a generation of โ€˜white gangsters, operating as a profit-focused criminal organization and regularly blurring the lines between what is acceptable for a white supremacist by conducting business with other ethnicities for financial gain. As PENI developed into a statewide name, smaller skinhead gangs, local to a specific region, formed under their loose supervision and guidance. One such gang was the Del Perro Skinheads (DPSH), who saw PENI as a stepping-stone to the two things they coveted above all: respect and wealth. Del Perro Skinheads (DPSH) It was during the resurgence of the punk rock scene in the late 1990s that Adam โ€˜Hitterโ€™ Madsen, Thomas โ€˜Yogi Bearโ€™ Liston and Robert โ€˜Roverโ€™ Kemper formed the Del Perro Skinheads gang, due to their regular violent clashes with Vespucci gangs such as the Fast Pace Punks and the Suicidal Surfers. These altercations were directly linked to the Vespucci punk rock scene, as it was typically before or after punk shows that the group of Del Perro teenagers would brawl with these groups, while travelling through their turf from Del Perro to Vespucci beach, or vice versa. Their mutual shared interests in punk rock, women, partying and violence are what spurred the three skinheads to form their own organization, using groups like PENI as the benchmark for what a white gangster should be. They were all fifteen years old. Hitter, Yogi Bear and Rover, with no direct mentors or supervision from other criminals, struggled for several years to advance out of petty crime and into serious profit. They participated in low level robberies, sold marijuana and stole cars until Yogi Bear was caught and arrested. He served three years and emerged from Iron Lake State Penitentiary a hardened criminal, having spent his time learning from more experienced white gangsters and becoming radicalized by their hate-fuelled vitriol. He began to practice Odinism and attempted to convert his comrades to his newfound religion upon his release, to no success. Yogi Bear pushed the gang into the methamphetamine trade, using a connection to the Vagos OMG, which he formed in prison. This newfound profit spurned the gang onwards towards more profitable and violent crimes such as armed robbery and the manufacturing and sale of methamphetamine. By the mid 2000s, a new generation of Del Perro skinheads were introduced to the gang. Most notably, there was Tyler โ€œActionโ€ Gresham and Matthew โ€œPestโ€ Seaton, as well as Adam Madsenโ€™s younger brother, Raymond โ€œNapalm Rayโ€ Madsen. A larger gang meant that the founders could direct their young soldiers for the benefit of the gang and field the numbers required to clash with other gangs. One particular summer involved three shootings at a Rolling 60s Crip gang in Morningwood, following a violent attack due to a drug-deal gone wrong. The beef fizzled out, luckily, after the Crips were arrested by Operation Safe Streets following a long term investigation. Robert โ€œRoverโ€ Kemper, confident from his recent financial success and their supposed victory over the Crips, agreed to speak to the media regarding the existence of skinhead gangs in Los Santos county. His face was blurred, but his signature tattoo of two dice in a skeletonโ€™s palm was easily recognizable for his comrades. Kemper discussed skinhead gang culture and told stories in which he saved other skinheads, who he directly named, from an assault outside of a Skrewskull punk show. He discussed how he attacked another skinhead for low-balling him in a drug deal - a skinhead who was on parole at the time of the story. Kemperโ€™s loud mouth infuriated the local skinhead gangs and tarnished the reputation of DPSH. Thomas โ€˜Yogi Bearโ€™ Liston and Adam โ€˜Hitterโ€™ Madsen, feeling they had no choice but to send a serious message, assaulted Kemper with knives and hammers. Hitter, content to leave Rover alive with his injuries, attempted to pull Yogi Bear away from his bleeding comrade. Yogi Bear continued relentlessly and ended Kemperโ€™s life with a smash to the skull. It took two weeks for the gang members to be apprehended and arrested for murder. They are currently serving their sentence in North County Correctional Facility. Gang leadership fell to Tyler โ€œActionโ€ Gresham. He communicated with his elders in prison, who advised fast expansion in order to facilitate the gangโ€™s criminal enterprises. Action set out to become a mentor and leader to the violent white youth in Del Perro, providing them with opportunities to make money, party, have sex with tweakers and fight for their hometown. Action brought in the latest generation of Del Perro skinheads, which includes: Corey Garrison A.K.A. Two Face Wesley Kemp A.K.A. Cursed Cody Garrison A.K.A. Bandit Thomas Sharp A.K.A. Spider Zachary Lampert A.K.A. Temper Jason Parnello A.K.A. Stretch Brooke Henderson A.K.A. Trouble

  12. We open garages periodically in fact we just issued oneโ€ฆ Iโ€™m unsure what you mean โ€œwhen I see itโ€ Iโ€™m very clear in the GTAW Property Management announcement channel where I state whatโ€™s happening and going on. In fact let me provide you with the details. This morning I stated and quote: โ€œWeโ€™ll be opening two garages this week โ€” normal leases will be parked so we can tackle the current inactivity of the garages. Keep an eye out for the next announcement here to when theyโ€™re available. To add to that weโ€™ll be opening one in the county and one for the city.โ€ The details discussed within our leadership chat: https://imgur.com/a/RtxEEOz (Fucking MACS don't upload too well) Additionally, inactivity has always been an issue with garages - whilst that's a problem we've been trying to tackle all year be it through factions requesting it or just opening them up more frequently - we've tried opening 2 at a time, we need to consider the amount of work PM already handle. Whilst I understand the need to satisfy all your needs with it being vehicle leases, property leases, mechanic garages, property requests, houses and so on - we get roughly 30 applications per 1 garage opening, times that by 2 when another open at the same time, make that 60 applications. Along with them being available to all players to apply to for a week. We get (as always mentioned) 170+ applications per opening of houses, properties and leases. We have been exploring new ways to tackle the wait time but as I said - we're trying to make this open to all players and to fix it.

  15. Clean or not, you literally resorted to a legal definition to try and excuse yourself from writing more than the bare minimum. There's a few issues with the story too, like the gun; the acquisition is mentioned, but then it just drops off the radar. Where did it go? It definitely won't be there when your character starts roleplaying server-side, so there's no harm in conjuring an explanation as to how he lost it. The grammar definitely needs work, and the overall narrative is bare bones. There's a LOT that could be added to beef this story up and get well beyond the two paragraph minimum. One way to really find that extra beef, is by asking questions. - Did he have friends? - What were his hobbies? - Any shows he liked to watch? - What did he do with the money he earned selling weed? - Where did he get the weed? How did he learn of this source? - Did he ever visit his father? - Did he know anyone else with connections to his father? - What was the buildup that pushed him over the edge and into a life of crime? A lot of doctors, lawyers, military officers, and even authors experienced issues during their upbringing, and never resorted to crime. What pushed your character away from these other outlets for his frustrations? - Was he pressured by others? If so, who? For some additional layering and maybe some flavor, build character stories around the people he knew growing up. His parents didn't just blink into existence, they had childhoods, ambitions, histories, and relations too. How did they get together? What were their passions? Where did they grow up? You absolutely need to improve your character background, as a number of the sentences don't really contribute anything to who he is now; it's just filler to reach the bare minimum paragraph count. My other qualms don't really tick any boxes for denial, but you should improve the dictation, stop making the story about what happens to him and a little bit more about how these happenings changed him, and the ripples these events had in his life and the lives of those around him. Did someone see the robbery? Did they help, or so nothing? How did your character feel when witnesses did/didn't help him? Also, take your source's input with a grain of salt, it's almost American tradition now to know that guns use magazines, not clips.
