Social Media Gang-Banging in 2021 Gangbanging in 2021 is still very much active and thriving. Areas such as Davis, Rancho, and Vespucci beach, are some of the hot spots that notorious gangs have been made up throughout the years. According to police, Vespucci Beach has recorded an outstanding 58.9% increase in shootings throughout the first six months of the year, most of them being gang-related. “We’re trying to put out a fire,” The mayor said at a news conference Friday, where he and the city manager said Vespucci Beach is working on a “safety recovery plan” to address the problem. The city manager plans on bringing this to the city council, but for now, the chief of police is quoted saying that they are battling the violence by seizing almost 200 more firearms than last year and arresting dozens of more people prohibited from owning them. Vespucci Beach is a haven for gangs and has been the site of a race war between African Americans and Mexicans, which makes up a large portion of the population. Vespucci Beach's largest Hispanic gang, the Longo 13 gang, is a strong, reputable, and dominant gang in the area. They are currently in a war with all surrounding Crip gangs, this creating total uproar for all low-end Vespucci beach residents. The influence of Social Media in gangbanging culture is very strong in the year 2021. Often times you will catch gang members on social media going back and forth with their enemies, showing off their valuables, or just living their everyday lives. Every few weeks it seems there’s a new Instagram, or Facebrowser account made glorifying the day-to-day lives of an average gang-banger, whether that be showcasing a fight between two gangs, or a gangs hood day, the toll social media has taken on current day gangbanging is definitely worth taking note of. Areas such as South Central LS, or the gangs of Vespucci Beach are known to be more activated in this department, with numerous ongoing conflicts, it’s not uncommon to see members disrespecting each other, fighting each other, or throwing out insults to each other’s deceased friends. The E/S Black Bandit Crips are definitely a gang to keep in mind when discussing this topic. The large majority of the gang are made up of young individuals, between the ages of 13-18 years old, this making up the large percentile of social media users. This gang, along with numerous amounts of others, strive off of social media and is a crucial way they gain their respect in the streets. Goma Street Goma Street is a street in Vespucci Beach passing through Magellan Avenue & Aguja Street, ending at Palomino Avenue. Goma Street is on the low-end of Vespucci Beach being a conflation for different street gangs, violence, poverty, etc. Numerous street gangs run down Goma Street causing a melting pot for violence, most Goma Street buildings have extremely low property value thus making it a heart for low-income minority families. Most of Goma Street attend Poly High School; a local academy for Vespucci Beach residents dominated by minority groups, the schools slogan is ”Home of Scholars & Champions Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve” although this constantly fails due to it being low-funded and a hotspot for local street gangs, students of Poly High experience continuous racial tensions due to the local street gangs attending; it being a race war in Vespucci/Del Perro Beach between Mexicans & Blacks causing every Crip (black/asian) gang to war every Hispanic gang. The youth of Goma Street idolize gang bangers and join street gangs for validation from their peers. Their choice of gang banging is due to a variety of factors that include a broken home, childhood trauma, alcoholic or drug-abusing parents, etc. Known to start this lifestyle by the young age of 12 or 13, they're well absorbed in it by the age of 16. Women, guns, drugs and more are not the only things that come with this lifestyle; many mothers weep at night over gang-related shootings that resulted in the deaths of their children. A considerable number of Goma Street gang-related shootings result in teenagers either being buried in a casket or going to prison for the rest of their lives. Murder Avenue “Murder Avenue” commonly referred to, is a long narrow road located on Magellan Ave, just east of Goma Street. Police report that over 70 people have been killed along this corridor since 2006, most being shot to death. In 2012, a man named Earl Diaz, father of two was making his way back to his residence located on Melanoma Street, when two masked individuals suddenly left their vehicle and attempted to rob Earl at gunpoint. When this backfired, and Earl started fleeing he was quickly gunned down between Goma St, and Bay City Avenue, the two shooters’ identities were kept anonymous. Just days after the funeral service, one close friend of the victim was quoted saying “There’s violence everywhere, just not like this”. Just a few months ago a known shooter for the Black Bandit Crip Gang known as Tyrese “Killabricc” Jones was making his way through Magellan Ave when a black Intruder pulled up next to him and started opening fire. He was struck three times in the chest and arrived at the hospital a few hours later where he was pronounced dead at arrival. The shooters were later identified by nearby street cameras as Rodnell “Shady” Jackson and Tracy “Deuce-Face” Montgomery, known members of the 52 Bricc Boy Crips. A few years later, following Tyrese’s death, a group of young teens was cruising through this same alley-way when they spotted a red four-door parked up at the front of the long narrow alley when one of the boys identified it as a rival gangs vehicle, they began opening fire on it, killing two passengers. The couple was later found out to be nonaffiliates and it was simply a case of misidentification, the group of teens was, later on, found out to be 14-year old Jaques “Foeface” Carr, 15-year-old Noel “Ignorant” Ward, and 16-year-old Xavier “LK” Williams, all members of the Black Bandit Crip gang. They were all found guilty of double murder, except Xavier who was charged with attempted murder x2 due to the fact it was later proven that his gun had no bullets. This particular strip has gotten known over the years for its high crime rate, and murder rate. Multiple Individuals have been quoted on social media warning others not to be caught here alone at nighttime due to this. A candlelight was held for the innocent couple killed on May 14th, 2018. The double murder was described by close friends and relatives as cold-blood, and ruthless. As crime rises in the Vespucci Beach area, the “Murder Avenue” murder rate continues to climb up as conflict continues to grow between neighboring gangs. E/S BBand Gang The Blacc Bandit Crip (BBC) gang is a primarily African-American street gang oriented in the East Side of Vespucci Beach. Including various other street gangs, the Blacc Bandit Crips reside on Goma Street being relatively close to allying street gang E/S Asian Boyz Crip and inhabit the same turf as enemy Longo 13. Instead of the typical 2x/3x Crip cards the Bandits are affiliated with the 4x Crip card; one of the less popular Crip cards in LS. The Bandits have two cliques consisting of 7th street & 10th street also known as Dime Street running down Goma Street. The Blacc Bandits are more of a newer and younger street gang being less structured/developed with some of their oldest members only being around 25-30 years old. Despite this, it's safe to say the Bandits are one of the most active Vespucci Beach street gangs establishing several active feuds with different street gangs such as the Longos 13 & Barrio Pobre 13, N/S Brik Boy Crips, W/S Rollin’ 80’s West Coast Crip, etc. They’re friendly to the 3x card forming a tight alliance with the E/S Insane Crip gang known as the Movin & Swervin alliance. They also have an alliance with the Filthy Crip gang known as the D’z and F’z alliance due to them having a similar clique located on 10th Street. The Bandit Crips are known to sport Boston Red Sox logos along with any other logo with a B on it, the Toronto Blue Jays, the Milwaukee Brewers, the Florida Marlins logo, etc. The Dime Street (10th St) clique makes themselves known by sporting Detroit Tigers gear in obvious reference to the Dime phrase. Their main color is black and blue in which they pay homage to by often sporting black bandanas. Young Swervin Locs The Young Swervin Locs (YSL) are more of a smaller clique originated within Bandits originated by the Blacc Bandit Crip youth, it's been rumored to be started by 7th Street members. The Bandit Crips adapted the term ”Swervin” which explains the name. The Young Swervin Locs are fairly young ranging from ages 14-18, the groups focus is making money by engaging in criminal activities like drug dealing, home invasions, stick-ups, etc. The Young Swervin Locs also known as YSŁ in the media extremely common to see through Facebrowser thus being it’s steered by younger members.

As suggested in the thread, gang RPers should just age up to 16 and have it in their backstory that they have been with X gang since they were e.g. 12 if necessary. Edited to be under 16, not 18.

Staffing levels vary based on patient volume however it can be assured that there is always a capable professional on hand. The grand opening of the new ER took place on Thursday 14th October 2021, and was nothing short of an overwhelming success as patients were treated with the newest equipment by our line of incredible staff. Our nurses have an area overlooking the ER where they can monitor patients efficiently and act with speed when urgent attention is required. The department also welcomes overhauled trauma bays where the team will attend to more serious emergencies requiring immediate medical intervention. Overhauling the areas for our patient's stay with us was at the forefront of the renovation. Not only can the team provide the best medical care in the State, however the overall customer experience has been improved dramatically, setting a high bar for any to follow. This thread will follow the development of Jason Xiong ( Meng Shetou 孟蛇头 / C-Town local. ) Jason was born in China and resided in the municipal of Tianjin up until the age of 3. In new years it has ceased to exist in the PRC. Jason's father worked tirelessly for Jason to attend ULSA, where late his studentship was suspended for multiple absences. He was studying undergrad in automobiles. Jason takes an interest in various rapping labels and Western culture, living in LS for the majority of his life. This story follows him as a troubled youth. Jason lives with his younger sister and venerable, disabled mother. His deadbeat father is serving 2+ years for a domestic, due to be served out in Bolingbroke Penitentiary. Jilu or Ji–Lu Mandarin, formerly known as Beifang Mandarin "Northern Mandarin", is a dialect of Mandarin Chinese spoken in the Chinese provinces of Hebei and the western part of Shandong and Xunke, Tangwang & Jiayin counties of Heilongjiang. the problem is find literally anyone who'd want to deal full time with 12 year old murderer criminal prodigy's. It'd never work for more than a few weeks for the same reason "let's do a high school!" will never work. We all know what it'd devolve to to the point I really don't need to break it down. If they get arrested for anything major, they should be forced to age up till 16-18 because they'd never be let out of a state facility until at least that age without guardians.

i ignore child rpers tbh, grey zone i don't like and every single one of them i've seen has been played by a DMer, someone who fails at basic English or is portrayed absolutely terribly. it's literally a magnet for shit rp imo. the one time i saw decent growth of underage characters was in dogtown white boys, but even then they were 16 at the lowest. anything lower attracts terrible rp and i don't think i can be proven wrong in this instance.
