  1. SSP E/S Segundo Samoan Piru is a fictional, predominantly Samoan and Polynesian street gang, located in Segundo Village, East Davis. With the influx of Samoan American immigrants during 1962, Polynesian youth gangs and cliques did not take long to form. These youth gangs made up of local Samoan Americans and other Polynesians occurred as a result of the racial division and targeting from law enforcement entities that were all so common for the poverty stricken neighborhoods at the time. Starting as a clique of local kids, "Little Uso's" was formed, it was only after the murder of respected member of the community and "Little Uso's" clique Aleki "Uso Lekki" Tuigamala that the Segundo Village youth decided to form SSP, E/S Segundo Samoan Piru. The group decided to take on the Piru name due to their close relations with Neighborhood Piru, located nearby on the East Side of Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. The street gang indulged in a variety of criminal activities, ranging from vandalism to violent home invasions. With the Segundo Samoan Piru's being primarily Samoan, they are often used by the API car in TTCF as a vessel for street politics, and a way for them to branch out into the outside world. Due to Polynesian's overwhelming sense of unity and familial connections, it is not uncommon to mistake a Samoan Piru member for a civillian, on account of their typically friendly nature, only changing upon provocation or intoxication. The Segundo Samoan Piru's, despite being extremely Americanized are still in-touch with their Polynesian heritage and underlying culture, heavily Christian and it is not uncommon for some members to speak Samoan, being taught by their parents and community members. Due to the gangs Piru affiliation, the Philadelphia Phillies are used as the main identification among the Segundo Samoan Piru's. It is extremely common to see members sporting the red 'P' on baseball caps, shirts and accessories. The Segundo Samoan Piru's are represented by a maroon flag, also typical of Piru sets. SPP Segundo Samoan Piru's allies include Neighborhood Piru, Jurassic Park Gangster Brims, and Avenue Piru Gang. As with any Samoan Piru street gang, Segundo Samoan Piru rivals include the Sons of Samoa Gangster Crip street gang and Tongan Crip Gang. OOC INFORMATION E/S Segundo Samoan Piru is a fictional street gang, loosely based on the W/S Carson Piru, a Samoan Piru street gang. We are aiming to portray realistic Samoan American gang-bangers and a accurate portrayal of a fictional Los Angeles street gang. Upon joining, it is expected of members to be well informed of LA gang politics, as well as a good understanding of the W/S Carson Piru street gang and Polynesian culture. While I thank the leadership for their discussions with us, every faction leaders are responsible for their members' standards and quality as they also define the faction. Having 8+ members involved in a voice chat to create a trap during a war is unacceptable.

  7. Interview with NERO Pharmaceuticals' CEO James Brooks BY SIMON CAHILL Los Santos, SA - On 7th September 2021, Simon Cahill conducted an interview with NERO Pharmaceuticals' CEO James Brooks. This is the written version of the interview which was held on air, in the LSNN studio. James Brooks Simon Cahill: Good evening Mr. Brooks, and welcome to the studio. James Brooks: It is certainly nice to be here, thank you. Simon Cahill: Do you believe that your company has achieved enough in the pharmaceutical sector in San Andreas? Furthermore, what are your future plans? James Brooks: The matter on pharmaceutical is a colossal one. Establishment of NERO in San Andreas was directed with the mere purpose of research and development regarding many fields of medicine that associate to grounds of biotechnology, bioengineering, radiopharmaceuticals, radiology medicines, cures for parasite diseases and viruses alike. So far, I can truly say that our company has been presented with quite a "heavy" task in the State of San Andreas. This includes concerns that correlate to virus and parasitic presence in wild mammals throughout the State's wilderness zones. We have encountered many occurrences where animals have not been vaccinated, nor provided basic care for their well-being, counting from lacking of medical, dietary and supplemental care. NERO is yet to achieve "success" in the State, due to many obstacles that are presented before us. This comes up to matters of limitation a pharmaceutical company like ours has in the State. Plans for the future generally will revolve around validations of numerous bills that will certainly play a role in making our jobs much easier, both field-wise and research-wise. It also still burdens us to know that many of our hospitals, clinics and other organizations acquire their medications, supplements and other pharmaceutical products out of State. We trust that the State should have its own economical-input when it comes to the pharmaceutical industry at this time being. Simon Cahill: When it comes to viruses and diseases, your company conducts researches and I suppose it can lead to discovering new viruses. Are we currently safe, Mr. Brooks? Are there grounds in San Andreas for a new virus transferring to humans from animals? James Brooks: This matter is colossal, and I couldn't really cover up everything in one go, however, people of this State need to know that at the current timeframe, NERO has conducted field operations that lead to discoveries of a small population of asymptomatic parasites within livestock and wild mammals. These parasites can present colossal danger to the foods we eat, to the animals that we pet and to the very water that we drink, because of the mere fact on how simple these parasites act within close-range of homo sapiens, in other words us, human beings. Causes of dizziness, constant urination, sleep-like states, inability to sleep and such similarities can follow with these parasites. Our main concern is how easy these parasites can be transferred over to animals that we own in our everyday lives. Cats and dogs of all breeds, we have not concluded specifically which breeds can not absorb the parasites our research departments have studied upon, however it is well within the boundaries of everyone to know that our everyday animals may not visit the wilderness of our State, due to the mere fact of the presence of these parasites within wild boars, coyotes and white-tailed deers. On the topic of viruses, to make the matter on this brief, the most liable animals at this times would be deers. Much of the samples we have tested on wild deers present within the wilderness of the State lead back to presence of the chronic wasting disease. Not much of concern can come out of this type of virus, considering its scale and way of function on these animals. Simon Cahill: What's your progress when it comes to digital solutions to help prevent the rise of radiative sickness patterns? James Brooks: The topic of mention is surely a complex one. And to make it short, NERO has internal plans regarding digital solutions of both radiation patterns and radiopharmaceutical drugs that will be distributed through two phases first to the State of San Andreas, after passing clinical trials and other needed procedures. At this time being, we are not in the ability to share the information we posses regarding this matter. Simon Cahill: Can you please elaborate further on pharmaceutical products coming from out of State? Where do they come from? James Brooks: The matter occupies our main goal of profits, and of course, no company can function without primary profits from collectives that purchase their products. In this case, NERO has in plan to approach certain clinics and medical centers that are in need of general resources regarding medicines for neurology, immunology, radiation, oncology, cardiology and endocrinology. Of course, NERO is in shier will at this time being on focusing its resources on developing cures for parasitic and virus cases, that will ultimately lead to a more say "relieving" atmosphere within the State we reside in. Of course on the same, this topic is highly complex, and many of our already developed medicinal products are awaiting their clinical trials to be done, and we are hoping to meet distributive dates very soon, for all pharmacies. Unfortunately, we have not gotten the same treatment from numerous Clinics throughout the State, as their main resource of medicinal distribution come from out of State boarders, which is highly disappointing statistics to have both economically and pharmaceutical-wise within our State, but we are hoping for better results in the future. Simon Cahill: Mr. Brooks, from a professional's point of view, what can be done to prevent the human's organism from getting sick? How can we battle viruses and bacteria, naturally, or with the help of pharmaceutical products? James Brooks: The human body is very complex, there are things today's medicines haven't even discovered yet and there are symptoms, diseases, occurrences humans experience that are non-explainable even in today's world. Following that, many of the viruses, parasites that find their way inside of the human body can cause not much let's say, but enough to cause alarming rates of sickness that can lead to long-term damage to the body. This is especially with cases that concern youngsters and older individuals. Youngsters tend to have developed white blood cells that carry enormous amounts of proteins and internal body structural foods that develop the body, make it strong let's say. However on the contrary, considering that the human body of youngsters to the age of fifteen to sixteen is not developed enough to fight back against diseases, sicknesses and other dangerous folios, it causes the body to diminish and lose general focus on balance when it comes to vitamin structures, proteins and such related. In conclusion, the only the form of protective measures youngsters can take on this matter is eating healthy foods, mainly fruits and vegetables. Pharmaceutical products are always the answer to certain problems, however, we as a Unity of people that develop measures to protect the human species from these diseases and other harm, suggest a more natural approach. To make matters brief, usually it is a case of a failing organism, meaning that the bodies antibodies or white blood cells are in short numbers and fail to fully protect the system as it is from diseases. This is the reason why we see older people usually failing to, through time, catch up to everyday duties or do the things they are in will to do but can't. Diseases, viruses, parasites can usually let's say "speed up" the process of aging, in terms of limiting everyday activities, both can be respiratory, heart-related... I can go on forever. Simon Cahill: Do you plan to educate the youth about everyday health risks, and do you think that we take medication too easily? I'm talking about anti-pain medication that we buy from the pharmacy without a doctor's prescription. James Brooks: No future is sustainable without the youth. As humans, we rely on those that we teach the topics we research and develop, how will our future look like if our youth is uneducated? We plan to, of course. Our future structural protocols with the University of Los Santos is in shier hopes of succeeding for the long-run If I might say, seeing as I have personally seen the potential it has shown throughout just one visit. As a company, we currently even offer internships for students at the ULSA University, and with that, marks just one step of us peering towards the young future. As for the question of everyday medicine, well, nothing is too easy to answer I might add, but however on this matter, I must say that this very much correlates down to the psychological matter of us, humans. Psychological studies, research and such are a huge topic at NERO as well, in fact, many of our Scientists plan to categorize human psychological effects on those that caught any sort of infectious diseases from wild mammals. This correlates back to how the pharmaceutical field views these - let's call them "things". In every pharmaceutical product, there is always a section that legally and clearly states that no more than this and that count of tablets should be taken. It is because of our human nature, we strive for things that make us better, make us function, makes us work as we are, or to just simply put us back to the place we once functioned say wonderfully or did not experience any symptoms, diseases and such cases. That is why in most cases pharmaceutical companies, like our own, as it does now and as it will in future activities, ensure that everyone will be be met with the fact that overdoses, overuses, harsh consumption of medicinal products acquired from a pharmaceutical company should never be taken more than it needs to. But alas, as I've mentioned from the start, human needs are infinite, that's just us. Simon Cahill: What inspired you to grow interest in the science field? James Brooks: It is more the will to be involved in these "things" let me call them. It's the purpose that builds up from the inside, but alas this reasoning is what you perhaps get from many people during a question phase like this. It is usually, as I've mentioned, the natural need, well of my own self to product, lead and be part of something that will carry excessive meaning tomorrow. With the same, you carry the risk of being called names, something completely opposite of what you might expect, but it's a risk, as it should be. Simon Cahill: Mr. Brooks, thank you for being our guest tonight. James Brooks: Thank you for having me, Mr. Cahill. > Comments are enabled Username: Comment:

  14. Short description: Rename furniture option in the furniture menu Detailed description: I would like to see after buying a piece of furniture in the list where you can also duplicate and sell it, the option that we can give the furniture its own name. This would make it so much easier for us to order the furniture in the list better. An example: Instead of Cream Rug I could give the furniture the name "Bathroom Cream Rug" so that I can find it easier. Commands to add: None just a new dropmenu option for the furniture Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It would make it so much easier for people to find the furniture they placed before and edit it's location etc, right now you have to click through every furniture with the same name and hope it's the right one. 15. lets stop blaming just illegal RP for stacking these dead bodies up though... you know how many people on this server open fire on PD or SD just because its literally the meta.. when cops stack 8 cruisers on EVERY single chase and try to ram you to oblivion, most people either use dirtbikes and /masks to get away or they shoot the officers before the chase starts... this is because people naturally have play 2 win mentality so these things happen... i mean... this play 2 win mentality is whats causing the 8 cruiser chases and resulting in even MORE play 2 win mentality plus, unofficial groups is a good concept but letting anyone make a thread and start a gang causes a lot of oversaturation, unnecessary beef, and an even worse reputation than we gang RPers already have (especially us black gang RPers), as dustyboi said... we can't expect to get rid of these robogangsters and robocops, right? i mean... i haven't seen anyone try... usually if a cop is doing some fuckery, you get told to "take it IC"... which usually means you should take it to IA or sue... but there's no incentive in doing so i remember when i was rping 13 and evading on a BMX before i almost got rammed twice and finally got hit the 3rd time. it was taken to IA... it was taken to the courts... and it did literally nothing, because not only did the cop CK and reinstate on a new character... but there's also a rule/law that says you can't sue for more than $100,000 which is literally pubis amount of cash on this server these problems need to be handled as they are produced. part of my solution would be for LEO leaders to discourage and demotivate the 8 cruiser chases mentioned, or priotizing other incidents because its more fun... for example, i get pulled over doing 300mph... we're rping... then out of nowhere, "its your lucky night" sprints back to cruiser and joins active pursuit/shooting the second part? literally vice versa. leaders of La eMe and Black Car need to discourage and demotivate the members within their many aligned sets, from doing robogangster things, such as biking up to every civilian type and asking them if "they need that gas" and telling them to fuck off if they don't want that mid grade garbage, or biking up to every female and saying "damn ma you fine af" and telling them to fuck off if they don't want that mid grade ERP... at the end of the day, i guess what i'm trying to say is... it's not illegal rp's fault... it's not legal rp's fault... it's OUR fault if you want a change then you need people in place who can help with that change and right now, there's nobody
