  2. Jewish Organized Crime in America (Overview) Unlike Italians, American Jewish crime is decentralized, having never opted for a commission or heirarchy. In modern times, organized crime is cultivated, enforced and led in territories by families, most often claiming ownership over such territory from the "Jewish Golden Era" of the 1960s, post Vegas- and the onset of Cuban capital investments. The grandchildren of these men, have continued the legacy of enforcing a Diasporic Jewish hold over Las Vegas, New York and Miami despite the massive and successful Cosa Nostra wipeout by Rudy Giuliani in the early 2000s. With a Zionist, Diasporic ideology in the bedrock of their adhesion, Jewish organized crime has become incredibly intertwined with legal business, become one of the largest global "grey" powers, according to Reuters International, 2021, attributed with the exportation of small arms and Israeli contraband, including weapon accessories and acid-wash, high grade MDMA. The Jewish Branch - Amsalem's Crew Starting off in Israel, The Jewish Branch quickly expanded their business in the country, promoting illegal Gambling in a small family-run restaurant as a way to earn money. They further expanded their business via drug and weapon racketeering. This caused them to quickly grow in numbers and power. As they expanded so did their illegal networks, eventually smuggling drugs and weapons to Europe via clandestine ships and aboard planes. With their interest set in America, The Jewish Branch hasted to send their members as a crew led by the Amsalem duo, quickly expanding their business and forming new connections within Los Santos they rapidly started dealing not only drugs but weapons too. As the crew started to regain power and obtaining legal assets within Rockford via their illegaly obtained money or by infiltratating their members in already established companies in order to reach positions of power keeping their operation behind the already established legal businesses as a mask. Las Vegas Conference - Weiss Family From an older generation, an age where aforementioned men were of certain relevance, the Weiss family has developed into a major force of judgement, arbitration and order in Vegas. As time went on, and Vegas built into the city it's known to be now, the Weiss family focused their efforts on import and export, using the cross-over town in the middle of the desert as a hub for continental exchange. As Nevada's gun laws are extremely lax, an upsurge of firearms being found at the border, leaving Nevada has increased since Alexander Weiss has been rumored to take over for his ailing father. The Weiss Family invested heavily into commercial real estate in Las Vegas, surfing the casino wave until their assets were substantial enough to establish a kosher food and goods manufacturing and distribution service. Forging a Criminal Syndicate Alexander Weiss, upon establishing proper channels for distribution of gun show hauls, decided to return to Los Santos. Back in Los Santos, Amsalem and his crew have established themselves down in Rockford by obtaining a decent amount of asstes throughout the area and/or by crafting some sort of agreement with the already pre-established owners. After scooping, Alexander approached Amsalem in order to initiate him into the Vegas Conference, thereby extending and expanding the network of Jewish organized crime through, using Rockford as their main base of operations for distributing, the now imported cargo from Las Vegas, across Los Santos. With the new partnership between Weiss and Amsalem and with the support not only from Vegas but also from Israel, the Rockford Crime Syndicate was established. The newly formed Syndicate allowed them to not only have a significant increase of manpower but also resources as new supplies would arrive in clandestine Ships and trucks that would await at the borders of Los Santos to be unloaded into smaller vehicles. They wouldn't choose the illegal route as their only way of money making either, they were quick to invest their money in various legal assets as a mean to increase their profit, and consequently have their money laundered. But Vegas wouldn't just come with a set of material possessions, along came new and fresh ideas as the group haste themselves to create a way of promoting illegal gambling throughout Los Santos, setting these games in clandestine houses/garages, along with new fresh ways of extortion. 4. I fully pin the blame on IFM and IFM alone. This "streets are magically empty when crime occurs" shit is the reason you're seeing forty bodies a day. It was never this bad before that ruling. Ever since you can kill, rob, beat or steal any time, anywhere and nothing comes of it. Pair this with a plethora of issues like poor quality unofficial factions, suppliers selling to any Tom, Dick or Harry and sprinkled with it all being too much work for the admin team to police... Yeah. I watch truck drivers loot corpses right in front of me, ahaha, it's wild. And I can't be bothered to waste my time writing a forum report for it to take two weeks for either no action or for the banned player to simply ban evade, rejoin and continue. Once you see the humor in LS being a warzone you'll have fun again. If you're not rping being desensitized to it all ur doing it wrong. As that IC paradise website says - learn to love and accept it.

  6. It was during the resurgence of the punk rock scene in the late 1990s that Adam ‘Hitter’ Madsen, Jeremy ‘Yogi Bear’ Liston and Robert ‘Rover’ Kemper formed the Del Perro Skinheads gang, due to their regular violent clashes with Vespucci gangs such as the Fast Pace Punks and the Suicidal Surfers. These altercations were directly linked to the Vespucci punk rock scene, as it was typically before or after punk shows that the group of Del Perro teenagers would brawl with these groups, while travelling through their turf from Del Perro to Vespucci beach, or vice versa. Their mutual shared interests in punk rock, women, partying and violence are what spurred the three skinheads to form their own organization, using groups like Public Enemy Number One (PENI) as the benchmark for what a white gangster should be. They were all fifteen years old. Hitter, Yogi Bear and Rover, with no direct mentors or supervision from other criminals, struggled for several years to advance out of petty crime and into serious profit. They participated in low level robberies, sold marijuana and stole cars until Yogi Bear was caught and arrested. He served three years and emerged from Iron Lake State Penitentiary a hardened criminal, having spent his time learning from more experienced white gangsters and becoming radicalized by their hate-fuelled vitriol. He began to practice Odinism and attempted to convert his comrades to his newfound religion upon his release, to no success. Yogi Bear pushed the gang into the methamphetamine trade, using a connection to the Vagos OMG, which he formed in prison. This newfound profit spurned the gang onwards towards more profitable and violent crimes such as armed robbery and the manufacturing and sale of methamphetamine. By the mid 2000s, a new generation of Del Perro Skinheads were introduced to the gang. Most notably, there was Tyler “Action” Gresham and Matthew “Pest” Seaton, as well as Adam Madsen’s younger brother, Raymond “Napalm Ray” Madsen. A larger gang meant that the founders could direct their young soldiers for the benefit of the gang and field the numbers required to clash with other gangs. One particular summer involved three shootings at a Rolling 60s Crip gang in Morningwood, following a violent attack due to a drug-deal gone wrong. The beef fizzled out, luckily, after the Crips were arrested by Operation Safe Streets following a long term investigation. Robert “Rover” Kemper, confident from his recent financial success and their supposed victory over the Crips, agreed to speak to the media regarding the existence of skinhead gangs in Los Santos county. His face was blurred, but his signature tattoo of two dice in a skeleton’s palm was easily recognizable for his comrades. Kemper discussed skinhead gang culture and told stories in which he saved other skinheads, who he directly named, from an assault outside of a Skrewskull punk show. He discussed how he attacked another skinhead for low-balling him in a drug deal - a skinhead who was on parole at the time of the story. Kemper’s loud mouth infuriated the local skinhead gangs and tarnished the reputation of DPSH. Jeremy ‘Yogi Bear’ Liston and Adam ‘Hitter’ Madsen, feeling they had no choice but to send a serious message, assaulted Kemper with knives and hammers. Hitter, content to leave Rover alive with his injuries, attempted to pull Yogi Bear away from his bleeding comrade. Yogi Bear continued relentlessly and ended Kemper’s life with a fatal blow to the skull. It took two weeks for the gang members to be apprehended and charged for murder. They are currently serving their sentence in North County Correctional Facility. Gang leadership fell to Tyler “Action” Gresham. He communicated with his elders in prison, who advised fast expansion in order to facilitate the gang’s criminal enterprises. Action set out to become a mentor and leader to the violent white youth in Del Perro, providing them with opportunities to make money, party and fight for their hometown. Del Perro Skinheads remains an ever-present force in the locality, exerting their influence and instilling fear within the community. In the vibrant backdrop of the Spring of 2023, escalating tensions between the Skinheads and a nearby faction of Rollin 20's Crips brought the simmering conflict to a boiling point. The culmination of this bitter rivalry unfolded dramatically in a violent gunfight that erupted within the crowded parking lot of the Crown Jewels Motel. Tragically, the confrontation claimed the life of a young teenager, suspected to be associated with the Rollin 20's Crips, in a harrowing sequence of events. Following the initial impact of a collision with a speeding vehicle on Bay City Avenue, the teenager found himself subjected to a brutal act of violence, succumbing to the injuries inflicted upon him. The aftermath of this tragic incident would eventually see the tensions between the Del Perro Skinheads and the Rollin 20's Crips dissipate. First Generation: Jeremy 'Yogi Bear' Liston, Adam ‘Hitter’ Madsen, Robert 'Rover' Kemper, Tyler 'Action' Gresham', Matthew 'Pest' Seaton, Raymond 'Napalm Ray' Madsen Second Generation: Cody ' Lil Bandit' Garrison, Corey ' Two Face' Garrison, Jason 'Stretch' Parnello, Thomas 'Spider' Sharp, Wesley 'Cursed' Kemp, Zachary ‘Temper’ Lampert Third Generation: Taylor 'Ballistic' Colborn, Robert 'Crash' Zachowski, Spencer Hewitt, Ray 'Bouncer' Dewitt, Shane 'Thumper' Larsen, Wayne 'Menace' Platt, Mitchell 'Casper' Ellis, Tyler 'Mugger' Hendersen Graduation Skinheads like the aforementioned group are ideal recruits for statewide skinheads gang such as Public Enemy Number One. They were violent, zealous in their beliefs and willing to break the law in order to achieve financial gains. Corey & Cody Garrison were the first to graduate to PENI. They were chosen primarily as their loyalty would ensure that future Del Perro Skinheads would fall under the umbrella of PENI. This kind of political move is a typical example of a statewide gang absorbing local sets in order to strengthen their position. Zachary Lampert found his criminal vocation in the white-collar criminal underworld. He created fake IDs for local biker gangs which attracted the attention of Ryan "Hopper" Burhop from PENI.

  7. as someone who's character makes a living off of taking pictures of dead bodies, i have seen bodies literally everywhere, from pillbox hill in front of the bank, to inside the rockford hills jewelry store, three at once inside the dmv apartment lobby, richman hotel, and literal dozens and dozens in south central at all hours of the day, most of them having been completely looted- even those in public places, people don't care because 'if noone sees it, noone reported it'

  8. Short description: Fix the Riata Retro's bed cap so it matches the primary body colour of the vehicle. Detailed description: At the moment the Riata Retro's bed cap is black by default, which is great if you want a black Riata Retro. However when you try to follow other similar OEM paint codes for the Ford Bronco (or any colour combo for that matter), you're still stuck with the black canopy on the back. I propose to edit the model of the vehicle so this bed cap appears the same colour as the selected primary body colour of the vehicle. EDIT: I have since been told that this vehicle's canopy is determined by trim colour, perhaps implimenting trim colours for cars onto the server is another alternative. Commands to add: None Items to add: Also none, it's an edit of an item already added to the server How would your suggestion improve the server? This would help improve immersion, and would allow players to modify this vehicle more freely, without having an out of place black canopy on the back of it. Additional information: At the moment it looks like this: And this is a professional artist's interpretation of what it could look like if this suggestion is implimented on the server:

  11. Yeah IMO a big chunk of the black car and its associated gangs are just here to kill people. Always pushing for wars and fights, I sometimes wonder if they've even realized this isn't GTA online yet.

  12. Unfortunately, Illegal Faction Management has been reviewing the content on both this thread as well as roleplay happening in-game and no longer believes that Darcside can meet the quality requirements set out to continue as a group. Your concept is already extremely similar to another group that is open and we believe that you will benefit from ceasing your group and gaining experience from the partner faction under their leadership and guidance if you wish to continue. The elements of gang roleplay that we have seen do not reflect the standards we are trying to uphold, for example in terms of politics, concept and individual characters. This group is now closed. Thanks.

  13. Wouldn't it make more sense that /everybody/ who goes to prison has to rp up to a cap of 10 hours of their sentence? Would make all players think twice about their actions, pre planning and what not involved alot more. Maybe for those players who create a shootout to avoid jail time by getting a PK to receive a CK?

  14. It's doable but it requires ragdoll to work properly on death first, I haven't got time to work on it yet but it's in my plans.
