Fighting the housing drought Major changes to the housing market In order to bring back to life the housing market economy, we've decided to apply the following changes to properties: House requests will now be opened for all houses on the map once a month, following a calendar released 3 months ahead for now. We're revamping the property sale limitations for houses (not multi-interior apartments) to avoid punishing players who used their house as their main home for a long time. The new rule will now be : 0 days to 2 weeks : You cannot sell the house. 2 weeks to 1 month : You may sell the house up to 1x MP + furniture price. 1 month to 3 months : You may sell the house up to 3x MP + furniture price. 3 months to 6 months : You may sell the house up to 5x MP + furniture price. 6 months + : You can sell the house at any price you want. We believe that such system will prevent property flipping while allowing long time house owners to sell the house at the value they seem fit. The map.gta.world 4sale function will not show houses for sale anymore, only apartments The inactivity timer will soon also ensure that you've played at least 5 hours on that character in the past 2 weeks (or 1 month for donators) to prevent characters who are just logging in few minutes every 2 weeks to avoid losing their house : We've evaluated that this will free a lot of houses for everyone too without punishing active players. Apartments inactivity timer remains the same as the original : you'll not be required to play 5 hours every 2 weeks to avoid losing it. Everyone will be granted 1 vacation token per year, using /vacation you'll be able to set your account as "on vacation" for 3 weeks, protecting you against inactivity kicks during that period. (You may still contact PM for other issues / longer time, this is just an automated way to do it) House requests will lead to hundreds of new houses being available to everyone, while driving down the prices of existing houses in expensive areas. The property sale limit removal after 6 months will allow lot of houses to be put on the market with their real value in our economy, preventing the current "house trades" that we currently see due to the existing limit, while also preventing players to make easy money from the real estate market as 6 months will be required. House requests calendar for the next 3 months Process First week: House requests will open up and everyone will be submitting their applications. There will be more than one request for a specific house, we've anticipated that a lot of people will request the same house. Second week: House requests will close and we will not accept anymore requests but during the second week we will start our discussions. Third week: Discussions should have finished and you should be receiving some sort of final response. Fourth week: In certain cases where your request has to be discussed further whether there are complications or things that need to be done first before we give that final response. You could be waiting at least 5 weeks before receiving news regarding your house request. Rushing the process, or complaining about it will simply get your request denied instantly. This includes messaging any admin about it. **Waiting long time does not mean you're guaranteed to be accepted. Appeals can also take over a month. You will not receive an estimate or price evaluation. Warning Please do not get discouraged if you get denied and something along the lines of "Someone else has received this property.". We will be going through hundreds of requests and hundreds of background checks including assets, admin history and so on. We will obviously immediately deny those that are not eligible to receive a house via house requests. Eligibility Here are the requirements to be able to go through house requests without any OOC issues unless you're a certain case. Must not have any admin interaction for 3 months. This includes admin jails, bans. Kicks & warnings can be considered if they are serve.(AFK kicks don't count) You need at least 100 hours of ingame activity on your account Read and understand our property rules is a must. Must be active prior to the house request. Your activity, character's criminal activity, assets, roleplay history, past admin interactions and so on will be evaluated. Be ready to justify everything in your request, and if you are denied for failing to do so, then that's on you and we can't do anything about it this phase. You will not be able to sell the property. If you do not want the property back within the first three months of receiving it, you will get 50% back. If you wish to receive it after actively utilizing it past three months, or wish to change the character/concept - you get 75% back. Furniture worth in full. You're requesting it for the character you're on. You won't be able to give it to a friend, a family member, or keep it when you name change/CK. Some admin punishments could mean your house is revoked, especially if it's an RP or asset concern. And finally what you've all been waiting for! Calendar This will show a three month ahead of time and will be in text format for the time being. House Requests open on : August 28th, 2021 House Requests close on : September 4th, 2021 House Requests open on : October 9th, 2021 House Requests close on : October 16th, 2021 House Requests open on : November 20th, 2021 House Requests close on : November 27th, 2021 Calendar dates are subject to change announcements will be made if changes are done.

I was a part of it, I was up high, and enjoyed every minute of it, recruiting all of my people and having great, intense roleplay. But all things come to an end, and this is one of them. An almost four year old character, with not a single PK behind him, has finally been killed. Thank you to Lenny and Art for allowing us to merge and have a lot of fun. Short description: Add an auto /dolong that prints outside of a property's door whenever someone fires a gun inside the property. Detailed description: Add a /dolong that prints outside the door when gunfire stops within a property after five seconds or so, to prevent chat spam. Maybe with a radius of 10-20 meters or something. Gunfire is loud, and you can definitely hear it outside of a house or apartment. This prevents people from walking into their door in order to execute someone in a different dim so nothing can be "heard" outside it. **GUNFIRE IS HEARD FROM NEARBY (OR EXACT ADDRESS IF CLOSE ENOUGH)** On the flipside, I feel like this would also be useful for gunfire OUTSIDE of properties- after enough gunfire, it performs a check to see if anyone are inside any nearby properties, then posts a message in chat like: **GUNFIRE IS HEARD OUTSIDE THE DOOR.** This would also put an end to walking outside to find an entire shootout with rifles has occurred and your character was simply ignorant to it because we all have soundproofing. Short description: Business take a very long time to be supplied at the moment. One solution is to double the amount of components per crate delivered. To offset the extra money truckers would make through this change, triple the initial crate purchase cost. Detailed description: Right now, it takes a long time for businesses to buy the components they want/need. This causes garages in particular to reduce their openings, simply because they don't have enough components. When truckers deliver to businesses, they deliver crates, each containing 50 components. They buy a crate at the supplier for $150, then sell it off at business for, as an example and seen above $300. They pocket the $150 difference, which defines the income of truckers. The suggested change is to double the amount of components carried by a single crate to 100, and triple the cost of crates purchased from suppliers. Now, truckers buy a crate at the supplier for $450, and sell it off to the same business for $600. The truckers still pocket the $150 difference, and make the same amount of money in the same amount of time. Businesses however, are supplied twice as quickly. Commands to add: None Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? Improve the flow of goods to businesses. Additional information: This change has impacts on several systems currently in place. Truckers will end up having less work in total, though with businesses taking a week to be completely supplied, this might not be a big problem. Truckers might also need more money up front to complete the same run. Unless I am mistaken, trucking companies may take in more money because overall, more money is moved through the system. These peripheral impacts should be carefully considered before changing values.

Short description: Right now, there are sports-bra undershirt options available, but they disappear around the sides of the body which make it impossible to combine them with certain shirts as they look like utter dog-water and also completely break immersion. Detailed description: There are a lot of shirts for female characters that showcase the sides of the torso, or showcase a lot of skin. There's no issue in that; however, I've had issues in the past where I've wanted to use a certain shirt but can't because it doesn't make sense for my character to show off 60% of her tits thanks to the design of a shirt when, in reality, she'd probably wear a bra or a sports bra underneath to maintain a bit more modesty with her appearance. I am aware that there are undershirt options for sports bras, however as I mentioned in the brief description, these undershirts typically cut off around the side of the body and look like absolute garbage. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server?: I suppose it wouldn't improve the server in a massively impactful way, however it would allow for more outfit variety and better character customization. Additional information: Below, I've included screenshot examples of both shirts that I think could benefit from having undershirt options like these available as well as a few options for shirts that would benefit from being undershirts, or being added as options for both shirts AND undershirts. Julius "Jules" Hernandez started in journey in the TTCF at the age of sixteen on a drug charge, with his choice of taking it to trial he sat in the county for longer then expected which resulted in him ultimately getting involved with the Sureno's and Cuatro getting him down with the program. Julius had family on the outside and was in constant contact as things went on during his stay in the TTCF, before leaving a few days after his seventeenth birthday he stabbed a black inmate 11 times inside of the shower, leaving him for dead and getting clear of the scene. After being released Jules went to get the "XIII" tattooed over his eyebrow and the tear drop to follow under it representing the work he did on the inside. Not long after his release Jules ended up murdering a man in cold blood in a parking lot with a handgun, Jules shot the man 4 times in the chest before standing over him dumping another 6 rounds into the male. Jules would then get into his car and flee to his girlfriends house where he was caught and brought in on first degree murder charges. He was given Life at sentencing and since then Jules has undergone two birthdays making him 19 at the time of this writing. He has been involved in riots and other activities throughout the TTFC. Jules has built up a name for himself and is aspiring to be a top name/well respected in his new home. Whatever he is called upon to do he accepts with gratitude. Julius now has little to no family on the outside after the death of his two sisters and one of his cousins going missing. He maintains contact with his mother and one of his other cousins, his girlfriend ultimately left him after finding out what he has done. Day by day Julius takes time to reflect and hopes to make parole but understands he has a duty to fulfill and he needs to make sure he can take care of what he needs to on the inside. This thread will follow the development of Julius "Jules" Hernandez from this point forward. This character has already been developed to a certain point so the beginning of his story will be cut out on this thread regarding screenshots. This aims to represent a troubled teen within the TTFC facility that is in too deep and content with his current situation. Anything can happen within the story and major events will be documented.

IMEX Motorsports soars to a third place finish as the inaugural SAASCAR season ends at Blaine Aviation Airfield Los Santos, San Andreas, Release: August 17, 2021. As the dust settled at Blaine Aviation Airfield on Saturday, the inaugural season of SAASCAR came to a close. Capping off a season lasting nearly three months, the Regional Championship Finals was the fourth race of the season and the third to be held at the venerable county aerodrome. For IMEX Motorsports, the season got off to a roaring start in mid June, with the first live practice session at Vinewood Racetrack in the north outskirts of Los Santos. Midway through this event, Driver Blake Blackburn was involved in a horrific multiple roll-over incident that nearly permanently retired "Yeti", the team's white-wheeled racing Bravado Gauntlet. (See IMEX Motorsports meets adversity head-on in its first live-track practice session of the SAASCAR season) Hurdling this pre-season obstacle, IMEX roared to victory in the season's inaugural race in the first week of July. Locking-out the front row after a blistering qualifying session, Drivers Benjamin Lucas and Humad Adam led the field for much of the race. Although Lucas was knocked out of the event after contact, Adam fought to the finish, fending-off the frenzied pack to bring home the very first victory in SAASCAR history! (See Humad Adam and IMEX Motorsports keep on trucking to seize inaugural SAASCAR race at Vinewood Racetrack) For the second race of the season, SAASCAR rolled up to Blaine County for the Blaine Aviation Grand Prix. Unlike at Vinewood, fate proved to be against IMEX at Blaine Aviation Airfield. Not only was the team rocked by Blackburn's resignation, but a shortage of committed drivers following Driver Lee Williams' unexplained no-show, meant that Crew chief Jessie Rice was forced to don a helmet and pilot Yeti herself. IMEX's misfortune continued during the race, with Rice involved in a hair-raising crash that sent her to the hospital with excruciating lower-body injuries. Adam faired little better, however, being knocked out later on by the very same Scuderia Sbinalla driver that hospitalized Rice. Through sheer grit, skill, and determination, Lucas clawed his way back, narrowly missing the podium, coming in fourth Attempting to carry on forward, IMEX Motorsports limped into the third race weekend with no-shows from both Adam and Williams. Again bearing the team's hopes upon his shoulders—this time as the team's only starting driver—Lucas rose to the occasion, posting the second fastest qualifying time. Starting in the front grid, Lucas drove the race of his life. Despite slipping several positions behind with two-thirds of the race past, the racing veteran caught his second wind and wrenched his way to the front, seizing the lead and soaring to victory. For Lucas and IMEX, two times was the charm in Blaine County. Following a three-week hiatus, SAASCAR exploded into August with the final Regional Championship Finals. For IMEX, any hope of carrying on the momentum from the previous three was nipped in the bud. Still suffering commitment issues from its drivers, the team was represented by Lucas and new coming Driver Cortez Santana. Again finding little in the way of luck on his side, Lucas posted a mid-pack qualifying time, and was even forced to endure being passed upon the presentation lap by a Hawaiian Snow Racing Team driver who we was eventually disqualified for passing two cars under a yellow flag in a similar manner. For Santana, racing the very first race of his career, finishing in one piece was a victory in itself. Although IMEX missed the podium in this event—a race that offered double the points compared to the three previous—the team finished the season with undeniable momentum, sealing strong commitments from three enthusiastic new drivers and mechanical staff members: Meiying Fang, Bryan Shem, and Vidar Altin. When it was all said and done, IMEX won a podium place in the final overall team standings, finishing third behind Syndicate Motorsports and Scuderia Sbinalla. Lucas landed a third place finish overall as well, finishing behind Dustin Rivers and Marina Matsuyari of Syndicate. In an email to the employees of IMEX Logistics, CEO Aurora McCorkle wrote: "We started way back in June and competed in four races—winning two of them! At times we struggled hard. Our team faced so many obstacles, and although we crashed into barriers and nearly broke down, we clung onto one another, patching ourselves up and didn't let go of each other, finishing the season more committed than when we started it.
