  1. The Big Circle Gang trace their roots to the aftermath of the Cultural Revolution, when the mass student-led paramilitary Red Guards were purged by the People’s Liberation Army. Many of them were subsequently sent to the provincial capital Guangzhou for ‘re-education’ or imprisonment in Southern China. Those who managed to escape, however, “turned their military prowess to crime,” according to Canadian court records; many initially fleeing to Hong Kong, and later to Canada and the United States in the eighties - Vancouver and Los Santos being two very popular destinations for members of the fledging criminal organisation. Differing from more traditional Chinese criminal units in its structure, being composed of loosely organised cells spread across the overseas diaspora, some began to adopt their own names and identity. The Los Santos cell, overseen by boss Chau Siu-ho, came to be christened as the Triple Eight Group. He would oversee its gradual yet clandestine growth, primarily dealing in the counterfeit and drug trafficking industry - especially the importation of fentanyl produced in Mainland China. It would later flow into neighbouring Vespucci and beyond during the initial wave of what was to become a statewide opioid epidemic. Business continued under the nose of local law enforcement well into the early-to-mid 2000s, however, the rapid rise to power of Tse Chi Lop in Vancouver was to prove pivotal. Establishing an alliance crossing traditional triad lines - including members of the Sun Yee On, 14K, Bamboo Union and his own Canadian faction - while also maintaining anonymity and living comfortably between Hong Kong and Macau. The Triple Eight Group were elevated into the newly formed Sam Gor syndicate although remained in quasi-independence through the remainder of the decade. The fruit of this new partnership was the migration of several Hong Kong and Taiwan based criminals to the United States, two of whom being 14K members Wu Yau and David Wu Tse - both born in New York for citizenship reasons, but raised in Kowloon. Their work with the local Sam Gor, and later a Fujianese human trafficking ring, would see them relocated again to Los Santos to assist with the snakehead’s San Andreas branch during a conflict with Korean organised crime. While there, they would meet Kevin Heoi, a mainlander who left Fuzhou at sixteen and worked abroad in Hong Kong and later the United States. The three spent several years serving underneath Meng Wuying - who they would later attempt to murder during a conflict between Eurasian, Serbian and Italian-American criminal organisations, which Meng had brought the human trafficking ring into. The botched hit left Wuying in a coma with life-threatening injuries, and the plotters swiftly relocated out of Los Santos to plan their next moves in the ensuing civil war. Beforehand, the arrest of Tse Chi Lop was to send shockwaves throughout the Sam Gor Syndicate. Despite the organisation’s loose structure, they weren’t completely unscathed from eye of the law - A month after Chi Lop’s arrest in Amsterdam, Los Santos boss Siu-ho was detained in Brisbane. The resulting power struggle resulted in the flight or death of most of the group’s members, and the drying up of its fentanyl and wider smuggling operations. It would not be until the organisation was consolidated that the powers that be, further up the food chain, were to take an interest in Los Santos again. Following the conclusion of the Los Santos Mob War, the would-be plotters were approached with an offer to re-establish presence on the West Coast, where they were to be also accompanied by a Korean associate from Seoul, Ronald Ho. The organisation's plans to elevate themselves into the Sam Gor syndicate were cut short by the arrest of Heoi and Ho following law enforcement probes into drug trafficking; subsequently, in order to salvage what remained of its structure, Tse oversaw its reorganisation into Westside Asian Mafia. The new identity reflects the cell's shift towards more street-level and violent crime, while still maintaining elements of organised crime in its upper echelons and ties to drug trafficking organisations across the Golden Triangle. Members of the group are predominately male, of Southeast and East Asian descent, low-economic status and/or have prior affiliations with Asian street gangs. Insiders engage in a variety of criminal activities including murder, kidnapping, assault, theft and racketeering although the organisation's main source of money making is and remains the eight billion dollar drug trafficking network that pumps fentanyl, methaphetamine and oxycodone into Little Seoul and beyond. Limited affiliation with the Sam Gor syndicate is maintained through Westside Asian Mafia's leadership, and its associates who focus in more organised criminal activity. OOC INFORMATION This group aims to portray a realistic Asian drug trafficking organisation with a predominant focus on street presence. Recruitment is primarily aimed at poor and working class East and Southeast Asian characters who reside in the Little Seoul area; irrespective of generational status, nationality or citizenship. We prioritise character and group development and will be working our way up from the bottom; if you expect generic organised crime or gang roleplay, this isn’t the place for you. We reserve the right to character kill anyone who involves themselves with the organisation. Egor got himelf shot four times, and had to escape the scene before LSPD arived. Struggling, and going unconscious, Egor laid down in one of the bushes and blacked out, before waking up and having Katherine help him. About an hour later....

  6. PREHISTORIC ERA (1970-2000) Palomino Avenue was once known to be a primarily Filipino-American dominated area, Satanas was a clique from Temple Street since the 1920s that went off solo in the 1970s. In 1972, a car club group started in the Los Santos area by some Filipino Americans who had formed a cultural bond where they were a minority. At first the club was exclusively for Filipinos. Other Filipinos came to socialize with this club. Satanas (STS or Ese Te Ese) is a predominantly Filipino American street gang with a minority of Hispanic, Korean American and even Caucasian members. The street gang started in the 70's as a Filipino click of the Temple Street 13 (TST) in Los Santos, San Andreas. The first ever Satanas set (broken off TST) to hit the streets of Los Santos was Menaces STS (MSTS/STSM). Many of the original STS members from East Beach had family ties in TST which led to Satanas often kicking back with Temple St members from both West and East side of town. Some TST flipped over to STS after they became a gang (most often youngens). The gang gained alot in numbers through the 80's during the wars with with Pinoy Real (PRG) Bahala Na Gang (East Beach BNG) and Crazys (CYS). In the late 90's, the gang's numbers started to drop heavly due to members being deported/jailed. This led to alot of the youngens and even riders dropping the Saints flag and moving on in life - as nobody wanted to be deported. In the early 2000s, Satanas experienced a dip in numbers, only the downest homeboys were still on the streets representing but they weren't banging as hard as back in the 80's. Satanas set all over Los Santos lost alot of territory, they often got picked on by deeper and more active gangs without retaliating which led to a mass loss of the gang's reputation on the streets. Many small time Satanas sets all over Los Santos went inactive or dropped the Saints flag during this period. CIVIL WAR (2000-2014) The late 21st century was known to be the golden era of the Satanas, the small time sets scattered around Los Santos and well-known Satanas OG member, Ray Kanto, decided to gather all the small sets to create a very large gang which would be centralized around the areas of Koreatown and Mirror Park, There were two sets active, the E/S Krazy Mirror Park Satanas and the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang which was under the control of Ray Kanto, on the 9th of August, 2014, Ray Kanto and his homies were hanging around the areas of Mirror Park when a Black Chevy Impala drove up to them and shot Ray and his crew, which weakened the Satanas leadership, this resulted in the civil war between the E/S Krazy Mirror Park Satanas and the W/S Palomino Satanas. A lot of the senior members and original founders of the Satanas sets are either locked up or have been killed. The war between both Satanas sets was bloody, cousins up against cousins and brothers against brothers, the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang however went up on top during the war and the Krazy Mirror Park Satanas capitulated as a result of civil war and an unstable leadership, Palomino Satanas OG's Edgar Guzman, Roy Mercado, Louis Sok and Marlon Mercado set to rebuild the entire set from the ground up due to them losing much of their manpower and their resources during this time in history. MODERN SATANAS (2015-PRESENT) On the 8th of May, 2018, Satanas OGs Edgar Guzman, Roy Mercado, Louis Sok and Marlon Mercado were indicted on drug distribution charges, as of year 2020, the gang is no less than a small crew and it's members are composed of a mix of experienced gang members and young adolescents. Satanas members like to flaunt their set by wearing Saints related clothing and wearing the sports team called the Seattle Mariners' gear and wear. Francisco "Kapitan Pancho" Bartolome, a long time member of the set took the reigns when most of the leadership within the W/S Palomino Satanas Gang were arrested, Marlon "Looney" Mercado's charges were dropped and the duo reunited and set to rebuild what was once lost. Most tags and graffitis done by the set are seen around the areas of Palomino Avenue and Little Seoul. NOTABLE EVENTS (2021) The Little Seoul Incident came to be when drug dealers under the set were dealing around the Little Seoul LTD, the locals who were living in Koreatown did not want the gang set operating in said territory and as a result, brawls occured between the Satanas Gang set and the Little Seoul Tigers, it escelated when a local named Isiah "Grim" Umali, took out a firearm and pointed it towards the locals, as a result he was shot and killed. It is said to believe that, Shotcaller Marlon "Looney" Mercado opted for peace between the communities of Palomino Avenue and Little Seoul, an alliance and a ceasefire was called after the incident and the drug dealers were ordered to move to a different spot to create their own market. One of the notable crimes, Louis Gamez was sleeping inside his house down in Mirror Park when gang set member Mateo Ibarra followed him all the way to his house and waited until he was inside. Ibarra then went inside and shot Gamez three times in the head. Palomino Set member Iker "Trouble" Barajas, who is yet to be identified was behind the killing of Gregory Contreras, long time Gang Detective in the Los Santos Sheriff's Department. It is believed that Trouble attempted to rob three off-duty cops and they returned fire in self-defense, resulting in the death of Contreras. Another notable event would be the death of Marlon "Looney" Mercado, who was shot and killed by an unknown assailant in the streets of Palomino Avenue. He was shot five times in the head.

We pickup, transport, store and deliver with one of the most efficient and fastest systems within Los Santos and are guarenteed to be a trustworthy partner for you and your business adventure! GoPostal was founded in September 1973 by Kenneth C. Sadler and a handfull of investors who saw potential in a postal and delivery service solely focussing on vital and essential goods that directly affect the people. Before the foundation of GoPostal, these vital stores and properties were often extorted and forced to pay prices they couldn't afford at the time. On the foundation of steering away from this business model, GoPostal was founded to assure safe and affordable restocking of grocery stores, mechanic workplaces and clothing stores. In the year 2014, a new leadership was taking over from the retiring Kenneth C. Sadler. Unfortunately, due to large ambitions but little financial management, the company soon went into default and it did not take long for GoPostal to declare itself bankrupt in September 2015, just a few days before its anniversary that year. The name GoPostal vanished from the streets, with its assets liquidated. GoPostal decided to make a restart in July 2021, and under the leadership of Chief Superintendent Luciana Perez it has made several reforms and started to slowly crawl back into the streets of Los Santos. Perez and her team got the company back up and running and since years, GoPostal is taking on clients again within the City of Los Santos. Even though the playing field has changed and practises from the past are not done in modern day, GoPostal stands firm with its original vision of being there for the businesses that need us the most. We are a company for the community, for local business owners, and most important; for you. Our Services Our services have changed over time ever since the first conception of the GoPostal name. 11. CLUB HISTORY The Great Western Club and Golfing Society or GWC Los Santos was founded in 1992 by a group of amateur golfers from New York. They purchased 184 acres of rolling, forest ground on the outskirts of Los Santos. They gave Harold Rowmann the opportunity to design the course. This was Rowmann’s first and only golf course design, but he brought together renowned architects such as A.D. Johnson, George C. Travis and J.M. Colt to help create the course. In the summer of 1994, the first 12 holes of the course were opened .Due to the death of Rowmann, the final 6 holes were left unfinished. During the late 90s and early 00s, GWC Los Santos was surrounded by the newly built neighborhoods of Rockford Hills, Morningwood and Richman. Making it the only city golf course in San Andreas. In 2002 the board of GWC Los Santos voted to remove holes 10, 11 and 12 to make room for the famous clubhouse. Although this was a controversial decision at the time, it is regarded as a significantly better decision nowadays, as GWC Los Santos is known for their prestigious clubhouse and facilities. In 2004 GWC Los Santos was the scene of the U.S. Open. They were the first San Andreas club to host the prestigious event. In 2003, GWC Los Santos was the scene of the second U.S Open in its history. Since the 1990s GWC Los Santos has been the host to the San Andreas Open. AMENITIES Members of the GWC and Golfing Society take delight in outstanding golf and tennis programs along with a whole host of social calendar events. The club is registered as an oasis in the middle of Los Santos with members who appreciate the history and traditions of their club. MEMBERSHIP GWC Los Santos is an exclusive club. Membership is only granted to prospective members that have been referred by senior members of the club. Guests are allowed if they’re accompanied by full members of the club.
