  1. The Burton Connection (https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Burton) The Burton Connection has been around in various forms within Los Santos for approximately the last 20 years. More recently however the group; that are now up and coming figures within the criminal underworld, are very alike to that of a modern-day National Crime Syndicate whereby a collective of individuals inclusive of different organisations work together in unison. In Los Santos specifically, this has been developed over time and championed by a now amalgamated Jewish Organised Crime group. The Burton Connection is currently led by a group of individuals that have formed a council that democratically votes on decisions within the organisation. Backing the founding council members of this organisation are multiple dedicated, loyal, trustworthy men who are all like-minded; this alone makes the organisation both feared and respected. The general day to day activities of the Burton Connection involves extensive mostly legal fronted operations such as; the running of cash revenue businesses and property development. However, in more recent times members within the organisation have monopolised in various fields such as; money laundering, the purchase and distribution of firearms, extortion and blackmail rings, the black market sale of stolen vehicle parts and the solicitation of sexual services. All of the money earned from these nefarious activities is being filtered through the cash dominated network that they’ve set up.

  2. This a copy of a guide I posted on the LSSD forums. Everyone has their own opinion about the fact that we’re roleplaying in a county jail rather than a prison. Sure, prison is a “harder” environment and roleplaying some things in jail can be awkward but county has its pros too. When some of the issues are ironed out, the fact that we’re “stuck with” a jail won’t be much of a problem anymore. The point of this thread is to address one such issue I’ve noticed, which is that people either don’t fully understand the difference between county and prison or they just don’t think about it. As a result, their roleplay is off the mark. This guide will hopefully give you the information you need to ensure you’re roleplaying a stay in county realistically. Levels of custody The different levels of custody in the United States are something you should be aware of as an inmate roleplayer, and it’ll help with your roleplay. I need to go through this in order to fully explain how to roleplay a stay in county. Juvenile Custody - self-explanatory. This is where you end up as a youth offender. This includes juvenile halls and, for more serious offenders, what used to be known as the California Youth Authority (or San Andreas Youth Authority for us). Youth Authority is an outdated term, it’s now known as the California (or San Andreas) Division of Juvenile Justice. It’s a branch of the Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation. County Jail - remand detention in the custody of a county. Twin Towers Correctional Facility is a county facility. County jails house people sentenced to very minor custodial terms (such as 30 days or less) or people not yet convicted of more serious state charges. For example, if you’ve been charged with murder you’re still going to be housed in county jail with everybody else while you go through your trial. This is the focus of this thread. State Prison - mostly self-explanatory. This is prison. You’re only here if you’ve been convicted of a state offence and sentenced to prison time. State offences are anything that is a violation of state law. Most crimes are violations of state law, including petty crimes, robberies, assaults, homicides and sex offences. This is where most of our characters are headed. Federal Prison - prison, but for violations of federal law. Federal crimes are more complicated. They include things like international or interstate drug trafficking or smuggling, bank robberies and a lot of other ‘money crimes’, wire fraud, interstate transportation of stolen property and racketeering violations. A lot of gang members, especially prison gang members and Hispanic gang members, end up ‘graduating’ from state prison to federal prison because of federal racketeering indictments. Your character is not, I repeat not headed to federal prison or facing federal prison time if he’s in TTCF so don’t roleplay it. The federal prison system has their own detention centers which are like county jails for if you’re fighting federal charges, and they’d be housed there instead. Roleplaying a stay in county On to the meat of this thread. Being in county is very different to being in prison. I know that there’s no difference on GTA:W because you end up in TTCF whether you’ve been convicted or not and it essentially serves as the server’s prison, but if you’re an inmate roleplayer looking to be as accurate as possible this is not how you should be roleplaying county. County is mostly filled with people who are either serving time on very minor crimes (and I mean very minor, like having too many parking tickets) - which does not apply to most of our characters, who are gang members - and people who are fighting charges and have not yet been convicted. That second category is where you should be focusing your backstory. This function of county jails is, in theory, only supposed to hold people who have been refused bail because they’re a danger to society or a flight risk. However, because of a combination of reasons (the bail system being so fucked up, and Los Angeles county being filled with Hispanic gang members who are either considered dangerous or likely to flee to Mexico), in actuality the county system is packed full of gang members at any one time. So what does all this mean for you? In short, don’t roleplay that your character is “serving time” if he’s in county. Even if you have actually been convicted according to the script, don’t roleplay it. It doesn’t make sense and it makes the county environment weird for everybody. The safest option is to roleplay that he is instead fighting his charges. It can take an extremely long time (multiple years in some cases) for a case to go through the courts system in LA, so this gives you a long time to work with. By the way, parole violations send you straight back to prison - not to county - so don’t roleplay that either. If you’re trying to roleplay an experienced inmate rather than a fresh youngster, there are other options. See below. There are exceptions. Other reasons for your character to be in county. These, however, are what I would call ‘advanced’ options that I would not recommend you roleplay unless you know what you’re doing. First: your character is a seasoned inmate who’s serving state time already but has been sent back to Los Santos county to fight new charges. When you’re on trial for charges, you’re tried and held in whichever county the alleged crime occurred in. For this option, you would have to roleplay that either your character is facing some type of long-distance indictment charges related to his gang activities (like being accused of orchestrating gang activities in Los Santos from his prison cell), or that he’s being charged with a stabbing or murder that he perpetrated during his last stay in a Los Santos county jail. Don’t roleplay that he’s facing charges for a stabbing he did in prison, because he would be tried in whatever county that prison is in, not in Los Santos. Second: your character is “out to court” (OTC) in LS county on subpoena. This is a system that’s frequently abused by security threat groups to conduct business and give each other what essentially amounts to holidays. A member or associate who is on trial in Los Santos can have other inmates subpoenaed to testify as character witnesses on their behalf, for which they must be transported to Los Santos County. Such members and associates thus write up a whole list of friends and associates, giving them either a break from the monotony of their upstate cell or a chance to conduct business, organize some kind of high-level murder or just to see their family. The STGs even interact between races on this - a Mexican Mafia member will draw up a list of other carnales to have subpoenaed but he’ll also include some AB members and maybe a couple of black inmates too, and vice versa. It’s considered common courtesy to extend this opportunity to the other races whenever possible. The Mexican Mafia are probably the most prolific abusers of this system, because so many of their criminal enterprises are based in and around Los Angeles and being housed in county rather than upstate makes conducting that business much easier. This is the main reason Men’s Central Jail and the real life Twin Towers are considered Eme strongholds - there’s always a few members present, and an extremely organized hierarchy. This option for roleplaying a stay in county is probably the most advanced and most exclusive. Your character is unlikely to have access to such an opportunity unless he’s a member of a security threat group or, in some cases, an associate of one. Third: state prison overcrowding. My information on how accurate this is for real life is limited, but the LSSD does roleplay it. The idea here is that the LS county system has taken some overflow from the SADCR. Considering how massive a problem overcrowding is in California, I believe this should be considered a valid option for roleplay because it’s not particularly hard to believe. However, there are some caveats. Your character is unlikely to be transferred from a state prison to a county jail simply for the purpose of overcrowding unless he is a relatively low level inmate. The lowest level threats would be transferred first, leaving state prison bunks vacant for higher level and more dangerous inmates. Consider this if you’re going to roleplay it. Somebody who’s doing time for murder (or probably anything violent at all) or is known to have serious gang connections would not be transferred on the basis of overcrowding.

  3. Short description: Create a sunday racing league association called SAASCAR. Detailed description: The San Andreas Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (SAASCAR) is a professional auto racing sanctioning and operating company with their HQ in Los Santos, San Andreas. It would be the main governing body of professional and legal motorsport events, hosting the SAASCAR Championship. How it works: SAASCAR would be a company whose members are handpicked ICly and OOCly, with background checks for roleplay quality, assets, previous history. The President, Vice President and each member of the roster would be top tier people, known for their roleplay quality and character development. It would host a race once per month for a total of 10 races during 10 months of competitional season, with 2 months winter break. Drivers will apply for a PRO license and will also be checked both ICly and OOCly. Aside from that, the drivers will have to past a few IC driving tests and pay a fee for their license. This is to avoid lesbian 18 y/o with 5 mil in the bank from competing in a sport which requires skill and talent. If they pass the OOC admin and roleplay quality check, players will enter the IC test for the PRO license which will consist of 3 laps around the circuit, with the fastest lap being used for the standings. Top 16 contestants will receive their PRO license and will be certified to compete in the SAASCAR Championship. Every player who will try out for the PRO license will pay a fee of $10.000 which will not be refunded to those who fail to get their license. The money will go to the organisation and it will be used as budget for hosting the racing events, pre-race and post-race events and concerts, food court etc. THE TRACK The track that will host the 10 races will be the Vinewood Track which is based on the famous Hollywood Park Racetrack. The track itself will require a slight modification as it currently has a dirt surface. Thankfully, there are several mods on the internet that transform the dirt track into an asphalt oval, perfect for stock car racing. I’m sure it wouldn’t be a huge hassle to add this to the resources. The track has a PIT area, huge stands for the spectators and a parking lot. THE VEHICLE The vehicle used in the SAASCAR Championship will be the Hotring Sabre. Each team will have to buy the vehicle from the server and it would cost $250.000. No ulterior modifications will be made to the vehicle. The vehicles will have to pass an inspection check before each official race done by the race marshals. Cost and budget The total amount a team or driver will have to pay to compete in the entire season would be $270.000. That is $10.000 for the PRO license tryout, $250.000 for the car and $1.000 per race (x10 races). The money from the PRO license (10k) and racing fees (1k) (250k will be paid to the server) will go to the SAASCAR budget. Commands to add: None that I can think of right now. Items to add: Hotring Sabre How would your suggestion improve the server? Roleplay opportunities The SAASCAR Championship could be a major opportunity for both racing drivers and spectators. Having a monthly weekend event would attract stock car racing fans, bookmakers, people who gamble, DJs for after-parties, Los Santos celebrities and influencers and much much more. People would have something to talk about and would get the specific rush each sports fan gets before a football match, race, fight. LSNN would also have work to do: write pre and post race articles, attend press conferences, provide realtime coverage for those who are stuck at work and couldn’t attend the race or several other reasons. The other people involved would have a hole lot of roleplay scenarios: teams will have mechanics working on cars, the drivers would frequently hit the GYM for training sessions, press conferences, team principals would overlook the entire activity and come with the best solutions and ideas for the team's success and so on. Spectators could take photos for Facebrowser, ask for autographs, talk to their friends about the upcoming race, make predictions on who’s winning the championship etc. It wouldn’t be something focused on drivers alone but on everyone who would attend the races on Sunday and watch the entire season. Additional information: N/A

  5. Hello! Owner of the property here. I would absolutely love to see this turned into a racetrack, as simply, the dirt track is useless in it's current state. There is more in store for a racetrack. HOWEVER, knowing what's possible for the server, this worries me as the track looks quite extensive, and I don't know if it's something the dev team is able or willing to put into the server. In the track's current state, the dirt by rockstar's programming speed limits every vehicle to around 60mph or less, which granted knowing the kind of dirt they use at horse shows, is pretty realistic. I would love the capability of hosting the racing scene of Los Santos here, but no idea if it's even logical without a mod to replace the dirt with a road.

  6. High Desert Peckerwoods, also known as (HDP), is a white supremacist gang based in Grand Senora, nearby Zancudo River, San Andreas. Members are present in the Stab City region which includes the Trailer Park, and other parts of northern Grand Senora Desert. Their main criminal activities are methamphetamine sales, burglaries, robberies, and assaults. while female members are identified as featherwoods but male members are identifed as peckerwoods. Crystal methamphetamine trafficking has largely started to increase in Stab City as early as 5-10 years ago due to their activity in the area. After a short period of market sales, it immediately became among all consumers. The cheapness of this drug has noted the accessibility up to the younger and older generations, has aroused a lot of interest in the county. Most locals don't know where all these drugs come from, exactly who produces them so well, but most have realized that they all left easily from High Desert Peckerwoods (HDP). Cheap chemical materials are used in the creation of a dangerous intoxicant, so it is very deleterious to users. Another drug which already hit the area is heroin, this opiate has been noted for selling at a very low price compared to others, this element has attracted the attention of young people who seem to be currently earning their own money from these deals. The percentage of young people, however, is much higher than the older generations, the activity in general in the area is largely represented by the young people.

  9. Hollywood to 29th Street: The area of Hollywood seems to be a really nice area, with dreams of Caucasian kids and rich actors. Most of it is not poverty, but some parts could be seen as dirty to rich people. The Rollin' 20 Bloods are territorial of a low, deserted small apartment community on Hollywood. It doesn't take much too find an average low bottom person in Hollywood, but it is stereo-typed to be a good, healthy, spot. Narrowed down, the bad area is filled with poverty, but the environment around it is good. The Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods ran through Hollywood, but stopped infront of the mall by a area called the "Low Bottoms" and the Low Bottoms is a place where it is some poverty between the apartments and buildings. Blood Alley was a name back then for the alleys and cuts back then, affiliates called it also. West Adams The Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods is a primarily African-American gang that is located in the West Adams community on the Westside of Los Angeles, it is tied between many other rival gangs like Rollin' 40s, Rollin' 50 Neighborhood Crips, and the Playboys Gangster Crips. Furthermore, they stretch through Vermont Ave and Arlington Ave, but they both are located in between streets of Jefferson and Pico Blvd. They have many cliques that all mean something, like the Deuces, and the Avenues. Some cliques are the Deuce-5's and the Deuce-7's. Then, they have the Avenues that stretch from Vermont to 29th Street. Most of them have been seen on Facebroswer and other social medias like Instagram and Snapchat. LS contains of many blood sets, and this is one of the biggest sets. Hence there is term for saying called "Blood Alley" back in the 70's, that lasted even longer until the 90's. Throughout time and time, there were other sets that claimed 20's. Gangs like, Black P. Stones, Mid Town Family Bloods. They have alliance with the Black P. Stones and the Fruit Town Brims, alongside with the Outlaw Bloods. Most of the West Adams community is filled with younger people and they are involved in a youth program. Hence, most members are followed by any leadership. The elders of the gang have been deceased or locked up for gang activities, of the gang injunctions going on through the 70's and 90's. Back in the 70's, the black gangs are on the rise. OUTLAWZ X DOVE GANG The Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods, more known as Dove Gang is in a active relationship with the Outlaw Bloods. Outlawz is basically the same thing as the Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods, but they are partly different. Branched off from nay other gangs that had claimed 20's at the time, Outlawz was made as a subset for 20's. Through thick and thin, the Rollin' 20's Bloods needed a new recruitment of young criminals, upping the rank for the gang. They had made the other cliques throughout years and years, but then made Outlawz for a change of the generation. They are now known as one of the youngest generations and they are also known for feuding with many other rivals, almost the same as the Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods. On August 4th, 2017 there were four all blacked out individuals walking into a convenience store. Next thing you know, there were alarms ringing and shouting out from the store. The LSSD (Los Santos Sherriff's Department) had then pulled over a all black 2001 Impala. Later on, the Police Department were in a chase with the all blacked out Impala '01. After about 40 minuets, there was about 2 helicopters on them. It was streamed on the ABC7 channel of Los Santos, later on they had then been caught. They searched the Impala for any narcotics, and they had found an XD-9 inside of the car, and two other Glock 33's. Furthermore, a duffle bag with about $2500, it was from the store robbery. Later on, the individuals were now found and they had found out that they were apart of a gang called the Outlaw bloods, bigger known as the Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods. A gang injunction was ran through the whole West Adams Heights at a point and it was a all blue place, with swat trucks and bearcats surrounded around the area. Most residence around the area having their houses searched and raided through for any narcotics or any weapons. Occupation and Power street was filled with cops and it was normally found as the Dove Injunction. It was all over the news and it had struck a huge impact on the gang and the community, people slowly started to move out and the population of the West Adams Heights were dropping slowly. Most of the residences were scared to live in the area, or felt that it wasn't the right fit for themselves. Lastly, the area was on watch and it was an announcement throughout the area, making them stay inside and be safe after the raid. The LSPD were on the area heavily, not letting much happen over there. BLACK P. STONES X DOVE GANG The Black P. Stones is a primarily African-American gang that is located on the Westside of Los Angeles, it is also close to the West Adams district. There territorial land resides in the Baldwin Village and it is taken by the whole gang. The relationship between the two gangs is so close, it goes back from Black P. Stone claiming 20's at a time once they had migrated and came over to Los Angeles. Through time, the Black P. Stones branched off from the 20's card and came up with their own gang and creations. They had cliques, ranks, and attire sorted out in no time. The Rollin' 20 Neighborhood Bloods didn't have any problems, they looked at the branch off as them helping them out, and guiding them to start their own gang. Ever since the '70s, the modern day Dove Gang and Jungle Stone Bloods have been cool and allied since 2017-2020. Furthermore, the gang have been seen on Social Media posting pictures and videos of themselves, also having Music Videos up with many gang affiliated 20 members in there. The gangs exchanged both of each other's hood days, and they both had came too both. The two of them are cliqued up very tight, both of the gangs have been doing criminal activities with each other, and giving younger people and the youth of the community ranks for doing malicious and doing criminal things for the ranks. On May 24, 2017 a party was hosted by the Neighborhood Rollin' 50 Crips. Hence, they don't really like each-other. The three gangs had met up at the party, and the Black P. Stone members and the Dove Gang affiliates had went to the party, all of them had firearms on them. About 50 minutes into the party, shots rang off and the party was running out, no one was killed in the incident but a member of the gang called "Nutty" had been shot 3 times in his arm. He had been in critical condition from this, due to the blood loss. Later on, the group of affiliates had got away but they realized that it was gang violence involved, the suspects of the incident were never found and they had got away free.

Update 2.0.8 Additions Revamped the sirens synchronization and added an Emergency Lighting System script, Emergency vehicles can now use 1-6 keyboard buttons to switch between different siren types. (PD 1-4, FD 1-3 ambulance sirens, 4-6 Firetruck sirens) Use SHIFT+E and SHIFT+Q to cycle through lighting stages (Off, Lights, Lights and Siren) NOTE: This is not an actual lights system it's just the name for the Emergency Lights and Siren System Disabled Native GTAV Radio wheel. Something is planned for this in the future. Changes Vehicles can no longer be sold or scrapped when they have outstanding fines. Players can no longer use /vstats on vehicles they do not have a key from. This was being abused by criminals to check for anti-theft. Fixes Revamped vehicle modification synchronization to attempt to fix all current issues that could happen since 1.1 You will no longer exit a vehicle with a gun if you entered it with your fists.

  15. They went through some kind of GTA:Online heist planning for a SMALL COUNTRY HOUSE. If you don't see what's wrong with that then I'm genuinely concerned. If you had went through all this effort for something that could wield a bigger score it could be justified. But this to me just sounds incredibly silly. It's a SMALL COUNTRY HOUSE. If your characters were so called "intelligent" they would've found other ways to make a quick buck other than trying to break into a small country house. Hey, how about you sell that truck you just stole in order to block a WHOLE bridge over a burglary? That would realistically speaking probably wield you more profit compared to what you would find in a SMALL COUNTRY HOUSE. Not trying to be a dick or derail your thread, but this whole ordeal sounds extremely silly and exaggerated to me. Take my advice or not, do as you please. OT: I think the alarm system is a little too overpowered, in real life it takes approximately seven minutes on average for firstresponders to show up and this is only to a verified alarm. And also heavily depends on the area. First of all I feel like the more sophisticated security systems should always be installed by security companies. I also think that to get a good balance there has to be some kind of delay. I propose that once an alarm goes off it would notify the security company right away so that they have time to go and confirm the burglary or not but there should probably be at least a two to three minute delay before it notifies the police department. The distances are too small to justify letting the alarm notify the police right away. People should be given the opportunity to at least grab what they can upon entering the house if an alarm goes off because it takes time to type things out. This'll be a good start nevertheless.

  19. Out of Character We are aiming to portray a realistic, modernised crime organisation that ultimately works the edge cases of what is to be expected from Illegal Roleplay. Profit is best made with no cost, and the Burton Connection works as a fixer and middle-man for more overt organizations. The strength is in the web-like internal structure. The organization exists to profit-- and to provide benefit to its members, who in turn build that profit. The consensus in The Burton Connection is that money is meritocratic, and the best recruitment practice is one that doesn't discriminate. A heavy focus is placed on what a character can bring to the table as an individual; each character is utilized like a precise instrument and will often serve a unique role within the faction's ranks. By joining the faction or posting screenshots on the thread you grant the leadership CK permission over your character. In order to quality control the perception of our faction we will also be enforcing permission prior to posting screenshots, so unless you have it please refrain from doing so. Recruitment will be done strictly through in-character means, you’ll have to interact with the faction and then earn a place in it.

  20. Background 213 Seoul Tigers in theory exists as a clique that aims to protect the local community from external and internal threats, yet not in the traditional sense, as they are rumored to use violence and intimidation. In reality it is as much a criminal organization as any other, even though they pride themselves on keeping their streets clean of drug dealers and drug users, they have a certain double standard, as they fund their operations though drug distribution in other affluent neighborhoods, along with extortion and muscle for hire whether that be for local businesses or the community in general. Initially sparked as an idea during the incarceration of two prominent members, this eventually came to fruition as their sentences came to an end and they received more information about the status-quo of Koreatown. A former associate, who has remained free during the duos incarceration actively updated the pair about the situation. Wanting to ensure the legitimacy of the Korean community and it's members, and with the power vacuum created with the fall of the local MS-13; alongside the diminishing power of other local Asian criminal enterprises such as SBZ has allowed the group to slowly flourish and fill in the power gap. The long standing tradition of Korean gangs in Little Seoul has paved the way for 213 Seoul Tigers, as gangs would be a phenomenon denied by most older Koreans, claiming them not to exists, due to the taboo of organized crime in Korean society. Supposedly, ulterior motives are in play, and the group itself is far from being a simple collective of goons. OOC Upon joining the faction discord and receiving your first rank, you are expected to give out your CK perms to leadership. Any concerns, questions or advice can be directed to the management of the faction. If you are a gang roleplayer with experience from other parts of the server, we encourage you to research Koreatown and Korean gangs to the best of your ability, to understand the difference between these and traditional gangs, as Koreatown has a different atmosphere than Long Beach or Compton. Feel free to submit any inquiries or requests on Discord through PM's to either Spitfire or myself @ Artz#6488 or Hanz#4922

  21. Harbor Gateway is a highly diverse neighborhood in the Vespucci and Little Seoul regions of Los Santos, San Andreas. It was originally part of the La Puerta land grant and was brought into Los Santos as a preliminary step in the larger city's consolidation with the port city of La Puerta. Though Harbor Gateway has been traditionally populated with those of African-American and Mexican heritage, there has been a recent influx of Caribbean immigrants. Spanish-speakers are the most numerous among these immigrants and with no language barrier to overcome with Harbor Gateway's Mexican community, and driven by the work ethic characteristic of immigrant groups, they seized educational and economic opportunities often unavailable to them in their own countries. The success of established Caribbean has left some caught in what they call “in-betweenity". Some Caribbeans say the promise of prosperity is luring increasing numbers to enter the country illegally, sometimes to their disappointment. For the thousands of these immigrants who arrived earlier, however, the adjustment period is behind them. They often pursue the "American Dream" more aggressively than their neighbors who were born in this country. A branch off of The Martina Group supposedly operates in Harbor Gateway, known as the Ajax Groep. This small organized crew of Dutch smugglers are named after the Amsterdam football club, AFC Ajax, due to their hometown of New-Netherlands in Curacao being dubbed "Stad Amsterdam". They focus on exporting cocaine and ecstasy in and out of the Netherlands, the Middle East, and the entirety of America. The Martina Group are known for working with high-profile criminal organizations such as Hezbollah, Hamas, Cartel of the Suns, Hells Angels MC, No Limit Soldiers, and the 'Ndrangheta. This group is responsible for smuggling drugs out of Latin America and into the United States and Europe. They supposedly also smuggle firearms from the Middle East and United States for use in Latin America and Europe.

  22. FUDGELANE MAFIA CRIP The Fudge Lane Mafia Crips are a Afro-Latino street gang located/based on the East Side of Los Santos, San Andreas. Their turf spans from Fudge lane to Amarillo Vista although they mainly stay at Fudge lane and are stretched a little thinner at Amarillo Vista. They have two main cliques and they are the V-Ridaz(Vista Riders) and the 108th Street Locs, there are other cliques such as the Eastside Boyz although they are the lesser known clique and don't seem to have many people in their clique. They are known to be a violent gang that are all about money and power, they aren't afraid to go out and do what other won't. HISTORY The Fudge lane Mafia Crips originated in the 1970s on East Los Santos, an area mainly occupied by Mexican gangs such as Varrio King Kobras 13 and other gangs on the East Side. The group was formed by a small clique of Afro-Latinos that attended Davis Highschool and all grew up surrounded by various Mexican gangs and were tired of having to be "forced" to join gangs and other groups that would tear people apart over a thing such as race. For various other reasons separate from the main one they formed one of the only Afro-Latino gangs in all of Los Santos at the time. This gang allowed various individuals of two or more different ethnicities to welcome each other as brothers and sisters. This caused a slow but steady growth in the area and they grew to be one of the more well known gangs in East Los Santos all the way to the other ends of LS. Of course, to fund their growth they began to deal drugs and rob store as well as plan other small-scale schemes. They were heavily involved in serving crack in the 80's and that became their main income for the time being and cocaine/crack are still their main incomes in the drug trade. This later moved onto selling and receiving firearms and participating in extortion of small businesses(Local Gas stations and other local businesses) . It wasn't long till' their schemes had broken down and been reduced to pieces by the feds as in the year 1998 the police had cracked down on them and detained the 3 Head Hunchos of the gang, "OG Pookie", " Big Boy" and "Cookie". They had been found with multiple firearms, drugs and large amounts of counterfeit money at a crack house in the area that was originally an abandoned and broken down house. They had also caught about 15 other individuals involved with the gang and had arrested & sentenced a majority of them to a minimum of 15 years. Not including the Head Hunchos as they were sentenced to life in prison with no parole due to their involvement in multiple deaths and the drug trade as well as their distribution of firearms. They had made a fair share of enemies during there great reign on the streets but a fair share of allies as well and when some were placed in the penitentiary(jail, prison) they had a great opportunity to grow and function from the inside. And although their numbers dwindled in the streets they grew strong in the prisons and still had a strong grip on the youth of the Eastside of Los Santos. MODERN DAY FUDGE LANE CRIP Due to the incarcerations' of the Honchos of the group many of them are young men and women that parole the streets that are left without guidance to the right path and are ruthless individuals with the oldest members being around 35, although this doesn't mean they're weak and still have influence in the streets. They have gotten more violent than before and are becoming a more reputable gang once more. Of course, they don't have as many members as they had originally as many are killed or locked up but they keep a strong mindset and keep the name of the 108th Fudge Lane Crips alive and well in the streets. INSIGNIA OOC INFORMATION This faction is heavily based off on a southside set of the real life Fudge Town Mafia street gang with a mix of Sureno street gang culture, It is recommended you do your research on Fudge Town and Sureno gangs to get a grip of the what the roleplay might be. Know that before you can join the faction you will have to have good roleplay(obviously) and understand that we priorities character development/growth and roleplay over everything else in the faction, Even Head Honchos aren't exempt and if you are seen slacking(Horrible roleplay, etc) you will be punished accordingly(kicked/banned from the faction, suspended from the faction, etc). All GTAW rules and guidelines must be followed upon joining the faction and any rulebreakers will be dealt with swiftly. If you are interested in joining the faction and have any concerns, you can PM me @sheff3x, or @sheff#8229 (on discord) to request an invite to the faction.

  23. This might sound a bit RPG, but if more jumps or wheelies are added, then can be locked at first and then progressively unlocked by riding the bike, practicing wheelies until you 'level up'. This will prevent the abuse from randoms and allow people who are interested in this kind of RP to do it.

  24. Short description: A police scanner item that relays 911 calls in real time, and would monitor police bands. Detailed description: Police scanners are widely available on the civilian market. Having access to such a device would add considerable depth to the existing radio system. Since channels can be listened to by anyone who has a radio already, an additional item that allows players to look for existing police bands would be a simple addition that would complement reality. Commands to add: /scanner /pscanner /policescanner Items to add: Police Scanner How would your suggestion improve the server?: Since the radio system already exists for civilian and police purposes, adding a scanner could benefit hobbyists, the police in their investigations, criminals in evading police intervention, and potentially create two new avenues for roleplay jobs: barratry (“ambulance chasing”) and stringing (“nightcrawling”). Lawyers would be able to pick up on potential cases where they can make easy money by hounding down victims and attempting to represent them as soon as they reach the hospital, and stringers could follow the police as they perform their job to take pictures, record video and otherwise report/interview on the scene. This material could then later be sold to the highest bidder/news outlet.
