Fenwell Capital Partners, LLP. is an alternative asset management firm based in Los Santos, SA. FIRM’S HISTORY Fenwell Capital Partners was founded in 2018 by the Busch brothers, Lars Busch and Harvey Busch. The founders named the firm Busch Business Center and soon renamed it to Busch Harland. Auto-theft can be split into two categories: Boosting - Where the thief(s) steals by picking the lock and hotwiring the car. Recent fires in LS; faulty wiring or arson? "Eurasian organized crime to blame", says LSNN source BY LSNN Los Santos, SA - On the 19th of March, 2021, Vespucci Sports, a private residential house on Steele Way, Lucky Goose Lounge, Hornsbills Gentlemens Club and Malibu, located in Los Santos, have been severely damaged by various blazes around the city. OFFICIAL STATEMENT REGARDING THE RECENT FIRES OVER LOS SANTOS Saturday, March 20, 2021 LSFD ASST. PR DIRECTOR ELISE REYNA Friday (March 19, 2021) the Fire Department received first of many calls regarding structure fires that had happened all over the city. The Fire Department was tasked with a multitude of calls regarding structure fires, within the entire day, the Fire Department was tasked with handling a total of 5 structure fires that rendered five injured firefighters with two in critical condition. The earliest call happened Friday Morning at 05:42 around the area of Vespucci. Where firefighters were tasked with handling the Vespucci Sports Structure Fire. What followed later that evening was perhaps one of the most chaotic nights the Los Santos Fire Department has faced since the civil unrest in August last year. Structure fires poured in from frantic 911 callers whilst our Department had already been stretched thin of resources with pouring calls regarding shooting victims and stabbing victims as well as motor vehicle accidents. The second reported structure fire was a private residential fire and had been reported late in the evening at roughly about 23:35 in the area of Steele Way and Mad Wayne Thunder. About twenty to thirty minutes later at 23:53 yet another Structure Fire had been reported, this time it had reportedly been a Business that had caught fire on Mission Row. During our handling of the structure fires, we've had to activate volunteer units from Station 2 and use resourced from the Airport Station 6 to handle many of the calls of civilians down as well as an officer panic activation at 23:54 (one minute after the third structure fire had been reported). At 00:27 the next day in the morning, another structure fire was called in, counted as the fourth in the night and fifth fire for the whole day by Fire Metropolitan Dispatch. Located on Eclipse Boulevard. This time being a night club, a reported business in the area was fully involved. As a result from all the chaos, the Fire Department had declared a Code 0 State-wide Emergency and had paged all available off-duty firefighters to report on-duty as soon as possible. During the rescue operation on the last structure fire the building was deemed unsafe for Firefighters, all were ordered personnel to exit the building. However for the teams inside, it was too late as the roof had collapsed in. Four firefighters were trapped by follow debris, a frantic mayday was called over the operations channel. Two rapid intervention teams were sent in to recover the downed firefighters. Four firefighters were successfully extricated by Rescue Intervention Teams, three were in critical medical condition, and were transported to area trauma centers for burns, lacerations and breathing complications. A fifth firefighter collapsed due to related injuries in Station 3 after returning from the structure fire, they were also transported to a local medical center for treatment. We wish every Firefighter currently in recovery from Friday’s events a speedy recovery, and our condolences go out to their families. If i'm correct it was never implemented with the Ford logo, people were pissed because it was a 1:1 recreation of the real car with a Vapid logo slapped on the front which clashed with the pretty strict lore-friendly only vehicles they'd added before. Clothes though? I was a little eh about the idea of IRL clothing brands clashing with the fictional ones parodying the same ones we'd be adding but at this point I don't really care - any clothes are better than none and I hope decent clothing mods aren't thrown aside because of something like a little Nike logo.

For now, the most NSFW place on GTAW is Facebrowser, and it should be stopped. Reporting posts and all that stuff doesn't really help, moderation just deletes (not always though) those posts, but people just does it again and again. To be fair, I've never seen that amount of hornyposting in any of IRL social media. Just imagine, underage person goes on Facebrowser and first things they see: (18+) And it's literally FULL of it. Don't even try that weak "just don't look at it" argument and just imagine an underage person opening "discover posts" tab on Facebrowser. Nearly every second post is 18+ Why?

The difference is those anims are done generally not in a public RP setting where anyone can see them? And many FB posts like the ones mentioned are set to public, and can be seen by anyone browsing the discovery posts. They're also posted by some who tend to add literally everyone they can to get their follower # up. Good discussion so far though, would like to see other opinions on why people think it's acceptable to post some of the shit they do.

It's definitely concerning when quite a big portion of players are underage. It doesn't matter if the game is meant to be 18+, there is no real room for people to post pictures with massive breasts or penis shadows as a joke. The server should be a safe place and although the game is 18+ (16+ in some countries), there is no way for staff to moderate who is above 18 and who isn't. By being underage on the server, you're essentially cutting yourself off from Facebrowser or exposing yourself to tons of horny posting and NSFW imagery which do get deleted but quickly reposted by people calling Facebrowser moderation ''neckbeards'' and such. I mean, we've had people post literal screenshots from IC orgies and kept reporting them until they were threatened with a ban. People are constantly talking about sex, rape, sexual abuse, choking, post half-naked pictures of their characters, and other shit. It does have an important role in roleplay, serving as the main meeting point for people wanting to meet IC friends (and other things...), so using the argument 'Underage people shouldn't use it' does not apply here. I would rather let everyone use it and filter out the few people misusing it than cutting off a certain percentage of the player base and limiting their roleplay because people are using an IC social media as if it's a porn site.

Short description: A /district outputs a line of text that is to be taken IC. It is used to send roleplayed sounds that would realistically be heard by all those in the district. Detailed description: As noted above, a /district is a command that is used to send roleplay to all those in the district, specifically designed to distribute IC sounds to an extent that GTA 5 simply cannot deliver. For example, if my character were to whistle audibly and loudly, players who are far away won't see the whistle and therefore cannot roleplay it, since the visual and audio distance of /melongs, /anim whistle1, etc, do not allow it. A /district however would send this information to everyone in the area. This command derives from the RootGaming and ValhallaGaming MTA servers and was automated for gunshots but could still be manually used to roleplay loud mufflers, whistles and bird-calls, glass breaking, etc. Commands to add: /district [text] How would your suggestion improve the server? I believe this script/command has a lot to offer, especially in a world where dimensions still exist and while realistically, those inside an interior would hear the gunshots outside... they do not hear these gunshots on the server since interiors are in other dimensions. Gun sound mods have helped a lot, and while an automated /district for regular gunshots isn't necessary, gunshots being heard from inside interiors and other manual /districts still provide a lot for the server. In my personal opinion, the perfect text-based RP server would have this script to provide the little details that are necessary for total immersion. I've noticed lots of people PM others to notify them of things that would be heard outside an interior, so ideally, this script would travel through dimensions similar to door shouts. With automated gunshot /districts, people who are inside won't need others to PM them that "you would hear ww3 outside". With /district, people can roleplay the breaking of a window, modified mufflers, whistling, and bird-calling as well. It can be used in various ways. Admins can use it during /breakins when the assailant breaks a window and creates audible sound for everyone in the district. Car enthusiasts can use it to actually annoy people with their RPly modified mufflers that would wake everyone up at 3:00 AM. Gang members can use it to whistle and signal to other gang members that there is police or rival gang presence in the area. Personally, I recommend adding a timer on manual /districts in the area. This way, it won't be spammed.We could also automate whistling /districts and gunshot /districts.I think it would be a difficult script for the gunshots, but if gunshot /districts were automated and produced for people inside interiors in the district. For example, if I'm outside in Morningwood and I hear gunshots, I wouldn't see a text /district pop up regarding them, but the people inside a interior in Morningwood would see the /district.The whistle /districts could be automated by tying them to the animation "/anim whistle1". If multiple people use the animation in the same district, only one would go through. The whistle districts also won't have to go through interiors though for obvious reasons, the gunshot /districts should.These things were possible on small servers but a server this size will definitely bring some abuse.That being said, I wouldn't mind having just the automated /districts and removing manual usage of /districts all together... Unless of course, we can come up with a solution to prevent this glorious system from being overused and abused. This script should also be based on distance instead of district, so when you're 1 meter inside Del Perro but your friend next to you is in Morningwood, you would both still see the /district. Like in all RP communities, there's a lot of elitism rampant on this server--a lot of people looking down their nose at other people's roleplay and deeming their own superior. GTA:W is a big enough setting that people can play what they like and there's room for everyone's experience within reason. A person's RP is not invalid or "worse" than yours because they RP a character who generally does well and lives a mundane life. Not every single character has to be a violent, drug-addled sociopath with no passions, convictions, or ambitions besides climbing the ladder in being a career criminal with XYZ SET STREET BLOCK CRIPS 13.5 or LASAGNA-FETTUCCINE CRIME FAMILY. Personally, I'd rather see this server full of the mallrats people complain about than more mentally unstable, ruthless, aggressive, murderous, uninspired, drug addict criminals. At least the mallrats contribute to the server's economy, fill out open businesses, and create roleplay with other people which doesn't involve a power fantasy. One thing I notice in this thread, and in the threads like this, is people let their casual homophobia and misogyny fly proud. Most of the replies in this thread point the finger of blame at "lesbian" characters. While I agree many characters that are lesbian are played very poorly and are often just little more than ERP alts (and how amusing that so many criminal RPers in official factions create lesbian alts to vacation on) making blanket statements about lesbian characters is ignorant and offensive. It's the same exact type of ignorance as saying "all Davis RPers are incapable of stringing together a single sentence and their roleplay is garbage tier" or, perhaps even more accurately, saying something like "all white supremacist roleplayers are IRL racists and are merely using their neo-Nazi characters for an outlet for their real world racist ideas and power fantasies." But while it's totally okay to call out all lesbian characters as being played by men who want to ERP and disregard real life women, trans women, or even men who are just playing a woman who happens to be gay, calling out the far more accurate trends with other character types causes people to get really defensive and rally together in denial. Obviously not all criminal characters are shitty, just like not all civilian characters are shitty. But that's where the attitude of calling people mallrats comes from--it comes from people just thinking they're hot shit and much better roleplayers. And most often, they think they're much better roleplayers because they're roleplaying yet another cookie cutter troubled youth criminal who does nothing with their lives but do drugs, steal, kill, and fuck prostitutes. How is that any better than the "mallrat" mechanic whose life consists of working, going to clubs, and having sex. At the end of the day, life really just isn't that complicated sometimes. Regular people in the real world wake up, go to work, hit a bar or night club, try to find someone to have sex with, and go to sleep. Rinse and repeat until you die. In the real world, nobody gives a shit how "realistic" or "unrealistic" you or your spending habits are, life is really what you make of it. GTA:W offers you all the tools you need to craft your RP experience however you see fit. You do you, and if someone else's RP isn't your cup of tea then move the fuck on and let them have their fun. Being an elitist looks bad on everyone. Do what most of your characters would suggest and mind your own business. focus on your own RP, and have your own fun.
