  1. Mateo Banderas • Mateo Banderas was born in Los Santos and he was raised around gang violence, all his uncles, everyone he knew was in prison. Mateo had a bad childhood since his father went to prison when he was 10, and a lot of his uncles got locked up, for gang related crimes. Mateo was looking up to to be like his father until he was 10, and momma died at young age, so she was never in his life, Mateo was living with his uncle until he was 14, but now his uncle is serving a 25-year prison sentence for first-degree murder. Mateo's parents didn't leave much for him, most of the money was spent on buying drugs and booze. Mateo started selling small quantities of drugs now and then, working under one of the guys from his neighborhood. Mateo dropped school when his uncle got locked up, he was 15, he started making cash from being on the street, trying to always make cash even if it comes with troubles. Mateo spends most of his time outside, he doesn't really know what it means to love and have a family because he was raised between gang members, he always woke up on banging on the table into his family house, with a bunch of people dealing drugs and passing cash for his father. Due to his father being in the world dealing drugs while he was young he knows how to respect older people around the street and when to keep his mouth shut. Why Trigger? One day, Mateo was selling marijuana and coke when suddenly some random people pulled up with their guns at one of the gang members, Mateo made a run towards the backdoor and grabbed a handgun off the table. Young local kids watching through the windows witnessed Mateo shooting wildly and blindly at the individuals, not hitting a single person but causing a big gap between him and the random. After that day the local kids around the hood started calling Mateo "Trigger". Name: Mateo Banderas Date of Birth: 10/17/2002 Current age: 18 Y/O. Birthplace: Los Santos Known as: TRIGGER Residence: Vespucci Beach, Los Santos Tattoos: His body would be blasted in Vespucci 13's gang related tattoos. He would have a "Trigger" tattoo visible on his neck that stands out. Family: Unknown [Mother] [Status: Unknown] Anthony Banderas [Father] [Status: Alive, Jailed] Loves: Respect - Loyalty - Honesty - Smoking. Fears: Losing someone close. Dislikes: Laziness - Lying. Scammer, This character uses online scams in order to make their money. You may have seen those "turn $40 into $400" posts on social media. That's this type of character, trying to catch those vulnerable enough to fall for their scams. They're interested in getting credit card information and buying what they need with the stolen credit cards. Crash Dummy, A send-off kid, usually reckless and wild. This is a person that you could send off to do anything and everything that you wanted, no matter how dangerous it can turn. It's evident that this person is fueled by adrenaline, and they like it so they do whatever they can to keep themselves riled up. Crash dummies are more than likely going to end up dead or prison at a young age and are one of those types of people you wouldn't wanna always hang with because of the danger level. Robber, This character steals things. He's breaking into homes or robbing others at gunpoint. You can recruit others to help you with your schemes, or do these missions solo. The items are probably sold online, or to others in the neighborhood. All Talk, This character has a very loud mouth. This character is talking the talk, and may or may not be able to walk the walk. This character probably utilizes social media to the fullest, going on Instagram Live, posting pictures on Facebook, etc. They want to be seen and wanna talk their shit to any and everybody. 3. Short description: Create a scripted system to offer criminal roleplay the ability to rob trucker crates and transform it into goods. Detailed description: Right now truck robbing is a gray area and a not so common activity in the server (which is something very common in LA). At this point criminal roleplayers rob truckers for the money they carry and not the goods inside the trunk. This script would create another roleplay scenario that would improve criminal roleplay overall and help the economy to flow. How? Create a script to allow criminals to open trucking crates with an specific item, this crate when oppened will spawn a randomized amount of regular goods to the players inventory which later he can sell to other players. Each type of crate would spawn a different type of item, be it phones, clothes, shoes, jewelry and even food. To avoid any type of exploits, a player can only open two crates a day. These items would not have any type of special description like the custom ones spawned by the creatitem but regular items using GTA V Lore brands, so shops with custom items would still be able to charge more for their unique items. Commands to add: /opencrate - To open the crate and spawn the randomized goods in the player inventory. A message should be shown to force the players to roleplay opening the crate. /givecrate - For the trucker to directly give the crates from the trunk to the player to avoid people picking up crates from players that crashed in the middle of the road or dropped in the middle of the street. Items to add: A database full of regular goods names like shoes, shirts, caps, jewelry, watches and everything to be spawned. (I can even write down a list of items to save up time for the coding team). How would your suggestion improve the server? This suggestion would open another type of criminal activity on the server and help out low-level criminal roleplayers to make some illegal cash. This suggestion will also improve detective work and police roleplay to take down these criminal groups focused on truck robbery. Additional information: RULE UPDATE 1: To avoid any type of exploits, the truck robbing with this script should fall under the same rule of chain robbery to avoid players robbing more than one trucker at night. RULE UPDATE 2: Any player that is not roleplaying their assets properly and go on a truck robbery while driving expensive cars or owning expensive houses and just want the adrenaline of robbing someone should be punished since truck robbery is a low level criminal activity and should stay like that, unless some type of crime group is created focused only on this activity. SCRIPT Update: Also the police department should receive a notification that the player X has bought a crate at the factory and this crate wasn't delivered at the location. To avoid people buying crates as truckers for just opening it and avoid staged robberies.

  4. There is no reason why somebody should be able to 👍, 👏, or 🥇a post on a forum report. Forum reports should be a place where one party can report another party for a perceived rule violation, and where staff members then make objective decisions. Allowing people to romanticize/gamify forum reports is pretty backwards. An less-preferred but alternative implementation (if disabling reactions in a subforum is not possible) is to make "reactions" follow the same rules as posting: if you're not involved you're not involved, so you shouldn't be posting or reacting. It's just disruptive.

  6. Rich Rollin 100’s The Rollin 100s (R100s) also known as Rich Rollin 100's Crips (RR100s) consist of many street gangs on the West Side of South Los Santos (South Central), San Andreas that lay in between 102nd Street & 120th Street. The Rollin 100s card, also known as a rep, began in the late 1980’s in the county jail when all the founding Rollin 100’s, such as the Neighborhood Crips, Raymond Avenue Crips, Underground Blocc Crips, and Original Blocc Crips were moved from the 4800 block to the 4700 block while in the Los Santos County Jail. As the Rollin 100’s became more popular a Rich Rollin 100’s jail rap was made, these specific lyrics were what people sought for in the rap, “When I say Rich, I want the O’s to say Rollin.” Most gangs that fall under of the Rollin 100s are apart of the Neighborhood Crips and/or affiliate themselves with the Deuce (2x) card. Each individual within the Rollin card finds themselves allied with each other, unless an internal feud is going on. The 111 Neighborhood Crips, 112 Neighborhood Crips, and the 115 Neighborhood Crips are known as the Rollin 100s Neighborhood Crips or the Rollin 100s Neighborhood Hoodsta. The Rollin 100s Crips allies consist of the East Coast Crips, and the East Side Hustler Crips as well as the Tonga Crip Gang, suited in Rancho, San Andreas. All crip gangs that fall under Rollin 100s are rivals of all Hoover Criminals Gangs (especially the 107 Hoover Criminals due to their close proximity). Other rivals include the 99 Mafia Crips, Eight-Tray Gangster Crips, Innocence Family Gangster Bloods, Twilight Gangster Crips, 116 Kitchen Crips, and most gangs under the Gangster Crips umbrella. W/S Rollin 100’s Underground Blocc Crips (Blue Flame Gang) The W/S 100's Underground Blocc Crips (UGBC), also known as Blue Flame Gang are a predominately, but not exclusively, an African-American street gang suited in the South Los Santos corridor. The street gang finds itself a part of the Blocc Crip’s card, the gang also plays a major role in the Rollin 100s card and affiliates themselves with the Deuce (2x) card and associates with the Neighborhood Crips. The Underground Blocc Crips are composed of three main cliques, 103rd Street, 105th Street, and 107th Street. Their territory combined stretches from Innocence Boulevard (west) to Strawberry Avenue (east), crossing Forum Drive. With them being affiliated with the Rollin 100's card they’re allies by default with the Budlong Gangster Crips, Hard Time Hustler Crips, Watergate Crips, Neighborhood Crips, and Original Blocc Crips. The Underground Blocc Crips allies consist of all Rollin Os and Neighborhood Crips, they also have a previous relationship with the Raymond Avenue Crips, but the Raymond Avenue Crips dropped the Rollin 100's card after a petty feud with the Underground Blocc Crips. Their rivals consist of the Rollin 20's Neighborhood Bloods, Black P Stones, Innocence Family Gangster Bloods, and all of Los Santos street gangs that fall under the Blood, Brim, and Piru card, with exception of the Bounty Hunter Watts Bloods. Their beef isn't limited to bloods, they also feud with every Hoover Criminals Gang and other crip gangs such as the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, 99 Mafia Crips, 111 Neighborhood Crips, regardless of their affiliation to the Rollin 100’s card. The street gang also has a history of petty feuds, back in the 1970’s they would constantly go back and forth with the Watergate Crips due to writing on a wall. Chu Chu, a reputable member of Underground Blocc Crips sprayed out “UGC” along with his moniker across a wall in assumed Watergate Crip (WGC) territory, a WGC affiliate took it upon themselves to whack out the U and replaced it with a W, crossing out the moniker in the process. This petty act left the two street gangs feuding until 1992, the two gangs came reunited as the riots for against the LSPD for the police brutality brought against Rodney King broke out. Another case of internal beef is the beef between Underground Blocc Crips and Raymond Avenue Crips over a pistol, the situation didn’t even branch off from UGBC, but they were still brought into the feud. #100Days100Nights A troubling hashtag under the name #100Days100Nights has been trending on social media sites such as Instagram, Twitter, and FaceBrowser. The hashtag boiled from two street gangs, the war kicked off between the Rollin 100's and Hoover Criminals Gang (including the Hoover Gangster Crips). As the war sprung off it started a domino effect causing other street gangs to step into the war, using this as an opportunity to seek revenge on their opposition. This hashtag started a bet, which followed the death of Killa Prancsta a/k/a KP, a well loved member of the Rollin 100s gang. Affiliates on both sides said the chaos will continue for 100 days straight, but others believe they meant 100 bodies will be dropped behind KP's death. Innocent bystanders walking and/or driving past Innocence Boulevard and Strawberry Avenue in Los Santos could be at the risk of losing their life over a game that transpired over social media. Users on social media participate and show their support by brandishing firearms, disrespecting their rivals, and even physically hurting their rivals or innocent bystanders. The first major shootings related to the The 100Days100Nights hashtag took place on a Thursday evening around 10 O'Clock. A woman and two young boys ages 4 and 11, were wounded after a suspect walked up to their vehicle and opened fire on the occupants. The hashtag has become real for the Los Santos Police Department causing them to take it very seriously, leading to an increase in officer deployment and other adjustments. For the family of KP, #100Days100Nights is despicable. “It’s making him look like a bad person. It’s not like he started this and got killed behind it. He had no control over what’s going on with #100Days100Nights,” one of KP’s family members, who chose to remain anonymous to protect the family’s safety, tells The Daily Beast over the phone. As the 100 days loom, the neighborhood has taken several calls to action. A civil rights group has planned a community meeting to ask rival gangs to call an immediate ceasefire. “With the shootings, I feel like all of that is unnecessary. I can’t say for them how they should feel about the situation—whether they should go about their revenge or not—I just feel like they shouldn’t go about it that way,” says KP’s family member. This past weekend in South Los Santos, the uptick in violent crime was evident, and likely tied to #100Daysand100Nights. The Davis District, which contains some of LS’s most dangerous neighborhoods, witnessed 11 people shot.

  11. The "Yard-Line" is an alliance between two predominantly African-American street gangs in Los Santos, the W/S Vespucci Shoreline Crips, and the W/S School Yard Crips. 1. W/S Vespucci Shoreline Crips The W/S Vespucci Shoreline Crips (VSLC), also referred to as the Far West (F/W) Vespucci Shoreline Crips, is a gang based between Vespucci, Los Santos. The area is dubbed Ghost Town by members of the gang. It was founded in the late 1960s, inspired by the Black Power movements during the time. They were founded amongst the original Crip gangs formed by "Tookie" Williams and Raymond Lee Washington, and they were actually recruited into the Crip card personally by the co-founder, Raymond Lee Washington and "No Talk" McCain, from the Rollin' 100s. They went through a variety of names like the Ghost Town Crips. During the late-1960s and early-1970s, the area was commonly referred to as the Servants Zone, due to the fact that it housed a variety of low-income families that were well beneath the poverty line. Shortly after, the crime-rate began sky-rocketing, as many people took to violence, and gang violence in an effort to make ends meet. Nowadays they aren't as large as their former self, yet the Shoreline Crips are still active and seen occupying Vespucci on a day-to-day basis. In the 1980s, the crack-cocaine epidemic tore up Western Los Santos. This left the areas separated and divided between the Shoreline Crips, School Yard Crips, Asian Boyz Crips, Sons of Samoa Gangster Crips, Vespucci 13, Vespucci Wah Ching, Goma 13, Supreme Black Nation, Armenian Power 13, and different White Power groups throughout Vespucci, Del Perro, and Morningwood. Sometime in the mid-1990s, the Mexican Mafia negotiated a truce in the area between neighboring Sureño gangs, most notable between Vespucci 13 and Culver City Boys 13. This led to the development of rivalries between the numerous Latino gangs and the Shoreline Crips. Despite their Crip affiliation, they are involved with numerous feuds against other Crip gangs such as the Playboy Gangster Crips, Graveyard Gangster Crips, Mansfield Gangster Crips, Grape Street Watts Crips, and the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips. Later on in the late-2000s, the Shoreline Crips negotiated a ceasefire with Vespucci 13 which has been in effect ever since. Members of the two gangs still fight amongst each other but have still developed a close business relationship during the ceasefire. The two share the same community day or "hood-day" where they celebrate their peace, culture, and pride. It is a different landscape from what you normally see at the promenade on polished Prosperity Street just a few blocks away. The Vespucci Shoreline Crips developed a close alliance with the School Yard Crips, coined the "Yard-Line" alliance. This naturally bought them a close alliance with the Geer Gang Crips, West Boulevard Crips, Rollin' 30s Harlem Crips, and the Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips. The Shoreline Crips are a powerful street gang involved in numerous criminal activities ranging from drug trafficking, murder, assault, auto theft, burglary, extortion, fraud, and armed robbery. Like many other gangs, the Shoreline Crips have taken to sports teams and other apparel to represent their set and gang. They are known for wearing the following; St. Louis Cardinals - The LS is used to represent Shoreline. New York Yankees - The Y is used to represent the Yard-Line alliance. Washington Nationals - The W is used to represent the Westside. Oakland Athletics - The A is modified to stand upside down, used to represent Vespucci. South Carolina Gamecocks - The SC is used to represent Shoreline Crip. 2. W/S School Yard Crips The W/S School Yard Crips, also known as the School Yard Crip Gang (SYCG) or simply "Yank Mob", is a street gang founded in the early 1970s, which took on the Crip moniker in the early 1980s. They were among one of the first Crip gangs to engage in Crip-on-Crip warfare against the Mansfield Gangster Crips. Their feud with the Mansfield Gangster Crips dates back to the mid-1960s when the Mansfield Gangster Crips were named the Mansfield Hustlers and neither gang had taken on the Crip moniker. The School Yard Crips are located in Vespucci, Los Santos though members of the School Yard Crips have named their area "Mid-Town". While members of the "4800 Blocc" clique reside in Vespucci, members of the "2800 Blocc" clique have taken up residency in Little Seoul due to their dominating control over the Decker Skate Park (World on Wheels). The Decker Skate Park (World on Wheels) was considered one of the most popular skate parks among gang-related youths in Los Santos. It is located on Rockford Drive and Decker Street. The territory is tagged by many neighboring gangs but is claimed by the School Yard Crips. The park attracted gangs from all around Los Santos but fortunately, the list of gangs that the park attracted enlisted of many School Yard Crip allies such as the Geer Gang Crips, West Blvd Crips, and the Vespucci Shoreline Crips. Unfortunately, it also attracted many rival gangs such as the Grape Street Watts Crips, Eight Tray Gangster Crips, Playboy Gangster Crips, Marvin Gangster Crips, Mansfield Gangster Crips, and the Rollin' 60s Neighborhood Crips. Eventually, the Neighborhood Crip civil-war between the Rollin' 40s and the Rollin' 60s landed both the Rollin' 30s Original Harlem Crips, and the Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips in the mutual alliance with the School Yard Crips, Geer Gang Crips, West Blvd Crips, and the Vespucci Shoreline Crips who are now all cliqued up to fight alongside each other against their combined list of enemies. Members of the School Yard Crip gang have taken to wearing St. Louis Cardinals, New York Yankees, and Washington Nationals-affiliated attire. These logos are used to pay homage to their gang, by using the St. Louis Cardinals to represent Little Seoul, New York Yankees to represent "Yard", and the Washington Nationals to represent (W/S) West Side.

  12. Short description: Create a system where you can attach bikes to vehicles like it was possible on OwlRP back in MTA. Detailed description: Create a system where you drive up to a vehicle and do something like /attachveh, so you can transport dirt bikes in the backs of trucks, or if your car has a roof rack, you drive a bicycle on-top of the car and attach it there. It should work similarly to the flat-bed script, where it kind-of despawns the vehicle and welds it to the bed of the truck. This feature should be roleplayed of course and enforced, so no abusing takes place. Commands to add: /attachveh /detachveh Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server: Currently, if during roleplay you would want to transport a BMX, you'd roleplay loading it inside of the car or putting it in a bed of a truck, then, when you arrive at wherever you were going to, you spawn it and do /fixveh, since that's the only way. Although this suggestion isn't something game-changing, it would be really nice for immersion and purely for the visual aesthetics. Additional information: Here's a little diagram of how I envision this.

  16. As I mentioned before, it's just a nice quality of life thing. Plus, if there's people who drive between parks with their BMXs attached to their cars, that'd mean every single time they'd need to do /report to have the BMX attached/unattached. If it's already implemented, why shouldn't we be able to use it?
