  1. Introduction (1970s) (Vietnam Refugees, 1975) Large-scale immigration from Vietnam to the United States began at the end of the Vietnam War, when the fall of Saigon in 1975 led to the U.S.-sponsored evacuation of an estimated 125,000 Vietnamese refugees. As the humanitarian crisis and displacement of people in the Indochina region (Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos other SEA Countries etc.) forward, more refugees and their families were admitted to the United States. The Vietnamese immigrant population has grown significantly since then, roughly doubling every decade between 1980 and 2000, and then increasing 26 percent in the 2000s. In 2017, more than 1.3 million Vietnamese resided in the United States, accounting for 3 percent of the nation’s 44.5 million immigrants and representing the sixth-largest foreign-born group in the country. The Bandits History (1990s) (Tagged Up Pawn Shop, 1994) Originally W/S Oriental Bandit Crips was a clique of petty thieves of 1st-2nd generation Vietnamese Immigrants who set voyage to America after the end of the Vietnam War. Upon arrivial in the america they experienced the same racism as the Cambodians & Other SEA's by Mexican and black and even Cacuasian gangs in Vespucci. OBC gained the name "Bandit" after a news article was published about a pawn shop robbery, the victim of the robbery called the group of SEA teenagers "Bandits" which stuck by the group till this day. Later on in the 1990's the gang adopted the Crip Card after gaining an alliance and heavy friendship with the W/S Vespucci Shoreline Crips. MODERN W/S ORIENTAL BANDIT CRIP (OBC Gang Members, 2021) The W/S Oriental Bandit Crip Gang also known as Oriental Bandit Crip 152223, (OBC 152223), Canals Boyz (CB), is a predominantly Southeast Asian crime syndicate based in Vespucci which still keeps it's street-gang culture. The group is known across certain parts of the United States (Mainly; Seattle, Houston, Salt Lake City) as one of the most successful and ruthless criminal Asian organizations in the history of the country aside from Asian Boyz & Wah Ching Groups (respectfully), with connections to several known organized crime syndicates across the states. The notorious Vespucci-based street gang has a variety of members and affiliates, ranging from Vietnamese, Korean and Cambodian, as the Canal Boyz clique is a gang based in one of most heavily asian communities in the city of Los Santos coming 2nd to K-Town. Recruiting for the gang starts young as affiliates of W/S OBC gang target youthful members as early as ten years old and affilitates will often pressure them into being a member of the W/S Oriental Bandit Crip gang. MISC The Baltimore Orioles & Toronto Blue Jays Logo and sports team attire are both sported by the W/S Oriental Bandit Crip gang as a sign of affliation. The Orioles was adapted due to the first initial in the gang's name "O" and the Toronto Blue Jays logo is also used by the gang; mostly by the "Canal Boyz" the only active clique OBC Clique in Vespucci as of 2021. 4. Short description: Unlock Walking Styles for everybody! Detailed description: Remove the pay to use feature for walking styles. It's un-nessesary as the server has other features to generate income like dogs, properties, name changes and other such things. Limiting this feature has no need to be locked away and should be available for everybody to use! Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? By making it less pay-to-play by unlocking a basic feature that shouldn't have even become donator only in the first place. Additional information: N/A

  7. Short description: Add the BF Weevil. Detailed description: Add the BF Weevil to Downtown Autos. Maybe even remove the Furzen. It's not the best mod out there. Commands to add: None Items to add: BF Weevil, a vehicle How would your suggestion improve the server? It'd improve vehicle roleplay, really. Additional information: The Cayo Perico vehicles were added to the server a couple of months ago for 'testing reasons' but only one's actually given to the playerbase to my knowledge (The Verus, given to FD). The Weevil basically the Furzen, but much better and created by Rockstar themselves. The Weevil has a plethora of different modification options, including Baja Bug builds, surf rides, and rat rods. I don't really see a logical reason for the vehicle to not be on the server months later.

  8. Black P Stones Background The Black P Stones(BPS) are a street gang in the East Side of South Los Santos. They are mostly made up of African-Americans. While they're currently operating in Los Santos, they were really founded in Chicago by, Jeff Fort in the late 1960s, under Blackstone Rangers. In 1983 Jeff was arrested and is currently serving a 168 year sentence. OG T-Rodgers lived in Chicago but moved to Los Santos at the age of 12 with his family. Rodgers moved to a pretty bad area (Rancho) , since a young age he was involved in criminal activities like selling drugs, robberies and everything of that sort. After some time of living in that environment Rodgers got permission from "Main 21"(21 high ranking leaders of the Blackstone Rangers.) to make a street gang under the same umbrella, which Rodger's then turned into the Black P Stones. P Stones in Los Santos identify themselves as bloods. OG T Rodgers retired from gang banging, while OG Rodgers retired the set kept going like nothing happened. Black P Stones are made up of 2 subsets. "The Jungles" and "The City AKA The Bity". Locations & Subsets "The Bity" is located in the Rancho, South Los Santos. The streets it runs through are; Roy Lowenstein Blvd, between Innocence and Little Bighorn Avenue. The Santa Monica Freeway runs thru the center of their neighborhood some of their cliques are 21st Street, 25th Street, 27th Street, and 29th Street. Allies & Rivals Since Black P Stones identify themselves as a Blood set they have good relationship with most blood gangs in Los Santos. One of their best truces is with Fruit Town Brims and Rolling 20s Neighborhood Bloods aka "The Rolling Stones". They have many beefs with gangs like Rolling 30's Harlem Crips and Rolling 40s Crips. P Stones also beef with one of the biggest Hispanic street sets in the whole city, they're known as 18th Street. OOC INFORMATION 1. This faction will not accept any trolling or anything of the sort. Trolling will result in a ban from the faction. 2. This faction will help you as we set up guides and more for you to follow as it is based off the real LA gang Black P Stones we hope you use the knowledge listed to help. 3. If you have any questions about the faction you can contact bop#4949/ @Truly_Bop or @cxshyy

  9. i think instead of reducing response times, we should lower the crime rate in those areas so the police dont need to arrive as much.
