The behavior is unbecoming of any serious person who is interested in pursuing elected office. President Joe Biden has called on the country to heal, and for Republicans and Democrats to work together. Desmond's foster family back home are the first to know, and Auntie Celeste, the person who made it possible can't contain her tears over the phone as Desmond's stepbrothers and stepsisters celebrate.

Short description: Rename all iphone 3's on the server and in stores to iphone 6. Detailed description: Majority of people in 2021 have ever even held an iphone 3 before. IRL i've never even seen one. Might be seen as a small change but when you're talking about your phone IC it's just retarded. There are many issues that the illegal community faces. However, nothing will annoy illegal RPers more, and has been more of an issue, than ineffective management and partisianship on the part of administration. It is no secret that the staff team is dominated by people who, to those in the illegal rp community, aren't knowledgeable about the issues that illegal rpers face, and who will routinely make decisions that many feel are ridiculous. PD of course, is another bane of our existence. There have been countless, and valid, reports made against members of the PD that effectively result in no punishment. Most notably a member of the PD conspired in discord DMs to try and kill someone IC, even discussing price in those DMs. Of course, they were slapped on the wrist because of their "Good work in the PD" which begs the question why the PD wouldn't expell a member of their faction that will stoop so far as to metagaming and OOC deals to their way. Any other member of the illegal community would be banned for an incredibly long time over something like that. Most notably, Vulcar was banned for a period of 3 months for even discussing the possibility of guns. The support network in place for shitty LEO RPers is truly amazing; it is comparable to the effectiveness of real police unions. What illegal RPers should do, in the great words of Joe Hill, is organize. The more and more the illegal RP community can band together, and antagonize against the systems at play that work to keep us unappreciated and unsupported, the better. Much of the current issues are caused because us, as illegal rpers, do not stand together in solidarity the same way PD, and other types of roleplayers do. But if we all banded together, we could shake the server to its core!

Short description: A script that would allow the Supervisors and above in the script to give property keys to the tenants. Detailed description: Implement a script similar to all other business scripts that would allow lease agents (Supervisors) to grant property keys of the properties in the business to the tenants without having to contact the owner of the property to get in game and do the job. Granting the Lease Agents (Supervisors) power of giving property keys will allow the tenant to directly rent the property from them, thus making the job more functional. Commands to add: Depends on how the development of the script would work. How would your suggestion improve the server? Currently real estate and lease agents in general highly depend on the owner to get in game to do the script portion of the deals. In our case at MyHome, the property owners have to get in game to give the tenants the keys. We are currently adding our tenants to the business script as Supervisors to grant them access to the property itself and property inventory as we wait for the actual owner to get in game and give the keys to the tenant (Very hard times, specially when they have different timezones). Meanwhile, the tenants can't spawn at the property nor see the property on their map. Allowing the agents to give keys, would be realistic and make the process of running a real estate rental company smoother and make the real estate/lease agent job significant and of value to the property owners using the service. Additional information: We're not too sure on how the development of this would be so we didn't clarify what the commands would be.

LOS SANTOS FIRE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE - A LIFEGUARDS FIRST SHIFT ⠀ ⠀⠀A Lifeguards First Shift ⠀ Written by: Alex Jorgensen Published: 16/02/2021 For years, I had been on the frontline as a Firefighter and for a short while, behind the desk investigating arsons with the State Fire Marshals. Never once thinking of a career based around the beach. Until my departure from the State Fire Marshals and my enrollment in the Los Santos County Lifeguards of Vespucci Beach.My first shift started off wholesome enough with my induction by Lilith Seong. Or as she's known in to other Firefighters and Lifeguards alike, Lilypad. Gives me a tour Tower One, showing me the locker room, the kitchen, the sleeping quarters and introducing me to one of the Section Chiefs, Lifeguard Iglesias. Lilypad explains that while she's a Lifeguard first, she also splits her time to Station Seven as a Firefighter Three. Though, she originally started in the department as a Lifeguard and she'll always see the beaches of Los Santos as her home as she continues in her studies of the local marine life.My induction finished with an exclaimed; "Welcome aboard the Los Santos County Lifeguards!". A warm welcome as a small crowd gathered in the recreation room of Tower one, Chief Inglesias and a few of the other Lifeguards.While I had never thought of a home being the Lifeguard tower, it soon grows to feel like a second home. My first being oh so close to the beach in a small Del Perro apartment. But, with Lilypad it's down to business as she takes me on my first patrol around Vespucci Beach, showing me what to look out for as we drive down onto Del Perro's beach and down to the Rock pool. Where we find a lonesome chap sat in his car, as we quickly assist him and he's on his way. I take the moment to take in the views of the beach. As a member of the public, you see a different side to the beach than a Lifeguard. But, it's the beauty of Los Santos no matter how you look at it.Other than that, the Los Santos beaches are on their off-season with the winter. Though, it's nearly at its end. This seems to usually be the quietest time of the year with likely beach-goers, swimmers, surfers and the like waiting until the weather warms up. But, the Life of a Lifeguard never rests when it comes to looking after the beach as if it was our own backyard. Tending to it and making sure it's ready for the summer when the citizens of Los Santos are expected to come back in their droves, looking for a slice of the summer beach time fun to be had. ⠀

How do people only consider losing items/arrests a valuable punishment? If you are a good RPer the punishment for getting PKed is you are removed from a RP situation that may have been extremely dear to you and your development. PKs in their current form are extremely important to the flow of RP on this server and basically any successful server that came before gtaw. Yes they can be exploited but that doesnt negate them being a staple of what keeps the clock ticking here.

It's dumb to go and hunt down a civilian who just did what any civilian would do after having a crime committed against them (call the police). Probably should re-think your character if you rob someone and then after finding out they went to the police to report the crime you go back and kill them. It's poor roleplay and you're putting your character in a way worse situation than they were in previously. The police already got the information they needed out of them, what does your character get out of killing them? Nothing. Escalation is something that definitely needs to be worked on in this server, primarily in the illegal community and gangs. There are far too many groups that find any small reason to go and try and conduct block wipes over a disagreement about a shoelace. Players are also far too quick to associate the actions of an individual with a group/gang/organization. One kid from Grove Street hustling your character and running off with your money does not mean you can just go and shoot up the gang that resides on Grove Street. This sounds ridiculous but it's exactly what happens far too much as it goes back to my main point: everyone wants to find the smallest of reasons to shoot at as many people as they can.

To try and provide some clarity/context since you're not the first person to express concern about this screenshot: GED had been tipped off about a gang-related gathering taking place. A group of six Gang Officers met up, briefed about the intel they had been given, and then responded to the location to investigate. Upon arriving, they were met with far more people than they had expected - all of whom were in attendance for what appeared to be a 1v1 boxing event between members of at least two known street gangs. Instead of calling in airships/swat/beanbag shotguns for runners (not to mention the lack of LSPD resources/personnel at the time), my character decided to take this as an opportunity to "turn a blind eye" to the fight (which was taking place in a secluded location away from residential areas) - ask the gangs to keep this peaceful - and do so with a witty one liner about keeping the boxing match clean, no hustling on bets, et al. What you've been seeing in the screenshots re: the roleplay that took place is a select few pictures and few lines from everything I just mentioned above, so I can understand how it may look unrealistic. Hopefully the context I've provided helps a little bit to understand all that took place for you and for others who have expressed concern about that situation.
