I forgot if I posted here before and I frankly don't care. Lemme formulate a list of people that I liked the RP off, which spans over my 8 months on this server. @Wirbelwind, @Taina, @Rushing, @Vincent, @Liv, @Monad, @jacksonfire344, @acidicfriday, @Akaya, @Heartnett, @Doosty, the entirety of Blaine County RPers, Pillbox Medical Staff, the new gen of TF13, some of the O'Hara boys, some of FD (Im still gonna burn all of you down one day, dw). If you have been mentioned, I generally liked the interactions between us. Keep it up.

I'm assuming this statement has come from knowledge and research into the matter right? I know fine well that there is a very dedicated Detective Bureau in PD that work extremely hard in investigating. I was a detective myself though part time because of the other commitments I had back then but the solid work those guys put in. If you are unaware about it then clearly they are doing a decent job. Injunctions don't come around just because someone in PD goes "Hey Judges give us an injunction on these boys please" because that would be unlawful. What happens (to the only one I have seen so far anyways... from shooting three cops at a normal traffic stop...) is a huge investigation file is put together and wrote up with evidence on investigatory work on why this group needs this injunction. You are not talking on one incident generally there will be multiple situations with one catalyst i.e Shooting a few cops because of a traffic stop. If that situation was just one guy shooting then it wouldn't of been injunction. The injunction happened because a whole gang shot and here we are with the catalyst. Add everything else that has been investigated and you have a case for the injunction. Don't assume that you are not been investigated. If you have warrants, injunctions anything. There needs to be full on investigation made with evidence to back this. Judges are incredibly strict about it as well. What I suggest is actually talk to PD I'm sure someone would be happy to explain that to you. Just give them a couple of weeks to settle after what has been a pretty crazy week for them I'm sure.

Short description: Remove license plate styles from mechanic shops, instead run them through the DMV. Detailed description: For whatever reason, mechanic garages are able to change license plate types and they're able to make $5000 per plate which is ridiculous. I suggest plate types get removed from mechanic garages and instead let people purchase plates through the DMV in Pillbox, seeing as IRL you'd be ordering plates, not just slapping the type you'd want at a mechanic garage. Mechanics shouldn't be making 5 grand per plate because they'd have no access to plate types. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A, simply remove the plates from garages and put them as part of the DMV script. How would your suggestion improve the server? Combats inflation and mechanics making mad bank on simply changing up plates. Quality of life update, less money going to mechanics since they shouldn't be getting $5000 per plate. Radio is now automatically turned off if you're in a government faction (LSPD, LSSD, SFM, FD, Coroners and Government) Added support for "LAW", "PD", "SD" and "FD" in /setdep. "LAW" broadcasts to all law enforcement factions. Fixes Fixed 2 more server crashes related to the anticheat Attempted to fix "string expected" error when using /face. Fixed a bug where /pants, /shirt, /bra and /shoes would place all your clothing items back on instead of the individual item. Fixed a bug where properties would not be loaded on server start.

Short description: Allow the naming of radio frequencies Detailed description: Add a command that allows you to name radio frequencies for easier use. Example: Instead of: **[S: 1 | CH: 123] Firstname Lastname says: Hello. After doing a command like /radioalias [frequency] [name] or /freqname [frequency] [name] It would show: **[S: 1 | CH: MAIN] Firstname Lastname says: Hello. Also, when using [/setslot 1] it would show: You are now speaking and listening to slot 1, frequency MAIN. Commands to add: /freqname [frequency] [name] Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? Would be really useful for people who use a LOT of radio channels. Short description: When a player is in the "injured" or "dead" state, the player will automatically drop all the items in their inventory upon disconnect or changing character in the same manner the items would drop if the player used the command: /acceptdeath Detailed Description: I'd first like to preface that I am not a developer so I have no concept of if/how this could be implemented, or how difficult that undertaking would be. This suggestion is made in the hopes that it is both possible, and straightforward to implement. If you're like me and occasionally look at the forum's report section, you'll notice a very common theme of players abusing the game's disconnect and the /changechar function in order to "keep" their items. These players will log on at a later date and /acceptdeath for their friends to pick these items up off their bodies. This is classic Non-RP and Play-to-Win behavior. Usually the players in question are punished for this behavior, but it remains a mainstay of the report section. It's inconvenient to the parties involved, and it perpetuates a "PUBG" mentality in which "loot" is held in a higher esteem then roleplay. Overall, the suggestion is simple: players who are in the dead/injured state will drop all their items upon attempting to disconnect from the server or /changechar in the same manner items are dropped upon using the /acceptdeath command. Players who crash instead of intentionally disconnect will of course be subject to dropping their items since the process will be automatic. Commands to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server?: You cannot stop players from disconnecting to avoid roleplay, but you can minimalize the incentive to do so, and the effect this has on the roleplay itself. By forcing players to drop their items, you remove the incentive of disconnecting in the first place: I.E to keep their "loot". If players do disconnect, it is easier to continue the roleplay in their absence. This should marginally improve the workload administrators face, since many reports are made to account for exactly this kind of situation (see addition information). Additional information: Here are a series of reports I've pulled that account for players either disconnecting, changing character, or crashing after being put into the injured/dead state:

@InsertDisplayNameHere Literally the best, most literate, and most experienced character builder/RPrr I have ever met. The use of onomatopoeia in his /me’s, his willful CK of characters in his own choice, and more all the more are reasons why I have always used or examined how he roleplays to improve my own. @JackMiller07 Coming in number two, you are one of the best criminal roleplayers I’ve ever met. Whether it be HLRP, GTAW, or other servers, you never fail to disappoint. Even if something doesn’t go your way IC, you never bring it outside and always change the situation for the better, or more. Both of you guys are awesome, hope to have more years of a good friendship!

Dying after being wounded/downed in fist fights seems way too easy to do accidentally now?

@DjoleKfor being an amazing inspiration on this server for the past one and a half years. Learned a lot from the Tianjin Circle, and my brief period of RPing within Khangpae and "The Shower Posse". He has inspired me to be creative with my R.P., on all fields. @Browneboys & @Dr.Gonzo for being one of the greatest duos that I've ever seen. Both of these players have been by my side for over a year, whether it involved white collar crime or blue collar crime. Their R.P. is phenomenal, always ensuring that our characters develop beyond mere "crime". P.S. Nobody forgets about the "Yoska Makula & Daniel Bandini Duo" or "The Bad Day Goods Crew"... greatest scammers on the island. Many even OOCly begged us to return as a duo on our new characters. @Pabshas only been around for a month or two. However, they have developed EXTREMELY DEEP emotional and personal R.P. scenes to assist in the development of my characters. Whether RPing as a girlfriend, sister, or childhood friend, they have really presented the emotional and personal sides of my characters, beyond the criminal element. It adds more inter-personal development and drama to my characters. This person always makes my characters feel human beyond belief. The minor details really matter, such as when we'd sit on the steps of a house in Blaine and converse for hours on end over the pettiest of things. Really makes my characters seem human. @madison96Same situation as Pabs... RP'd with this person for around four months within Tongva Nation. They were always phenomenal when it came to developing my character's emotions and inter-personal development. Even after her inactivity, my character continues to mention her, due to the close blond that they had. Very good roleplayer. @AlexionBy far, the greatest mobster white collar criminal that I've ever RP'd with, and one of the only effective and entertaining extortionists on this server. Had a long-term bond with John Capra, on Yoska Makula, when he had extorted Yoska's pawn shop in Davis. It was an honor to be voluntarily CK'd by this man after around 4 months of interacting with each other. On a side note, he has also inspired me to become creative and imaginative with my crime. Learned a lot through him. On a LAST NOTE, all of the "Seaside ABZ" members during the end of 2019... these were the ones that taught me how to development my character and engage in deep passive R.P., ensuring that proper character development and roleplay quality is maintained to it's highest standards. Tony Minh was one of my most well-developed characters in 2019. I wouldn't be able to regulate my own faction, as effectively, without the assistance of THIS faction. They taught me how to produce screenshots etc...

There's many other ways to gain money or control over a business other than telling them to pay you ten grand a week or there's gonna be damage done to the owner or the business. This is the most lazy, short-termed and boring way I can ever think of when it comes to extortion. It is also the best way to attract unwanted attention from law enforcement. Let's say it's a bar, which is the most typical business on the server. Instead of getting paid ten grand a week for doing fuck all and provide zero roleplay for anyone else than the guy picking up a few wads every friday, you could start befriending the owner, familiarize yourself with the business and the people coming in and out before anything. This bar requires a few things to operate, which any organization could offer to cover. Anything from supplying a bar with stolen liquor or bouncers, dancers, whatever your organization has to offer can be a potential win-win situation and will create roleplay for more characters. All of a sudden there's multiple links involved around this bar, that could generate weeks or even months of roleplay and development. If we keep ourselves trapped in the mindset that extortion is "pay me or this.. and this..- will happen" mentality, anyone should be embarrased to call themselves an organized crime group.
