  2. Think you might be exaggerating this too much. It's mostly just randoms with stolen permit guns or unofficial deathmatch cliques engaging in this type of roleplay. If your salty one of them robbed you during a heavy e-rp session just say that...😒

  3. POR VIDA ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Almost seven months of incredibly enjoyable RP and OOC fun... It's been a great pleasure to weave stories with each of you - old and new. This faction will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for all the good times. ❤️ Now, carry on new gen. You're all in for a great ride!

  4. I think this is a pretty fair point, yes you can take precautions when you do business via ads just as you would irl but in the enclosed environment of a game that should be enjoyable for everyone, you have to ask if it should even be a thing if it's as frequent an issue as players are claiming it to be. To the point where they're paranoid about even making ads? I don't think that's right. Whilst using ads in this way to meet potential victims isn't technically against the rules, we as admins frown very sternly upon it and would expect such robberies to be very well roleplayed (though I highly doubt they are). It does show very poor character portrayal and a lack of creative roleplay by pulling something like this, they might think it's big brain moves, but it's really not. It happens in real life, sure but it's just unrealistic in this context imho. So I'd encourage players encountering these types of robberies to report them (even if they haven't broken a rule in your case) so that we can observe them and make sure they're not doing shit like chain robbing, using low effort /mes and rushing roleplay which we can certainly take action on, if not it can help us build potential roleplay quality cases.

  5. I am struggling to understand this new initiative of handling every new criminal antic purely from an IC angle, even now as it is basically changing the rules for a large portion of the community. According to criminals, the only way for legal roleplayers to solve this, is to become criminals? Why is this suddenly mandatory? Why must my character become Mad Max to enjoy peace in what should be a civilized modern day America?

  6. Let me just throw realism out the window to take a trip up to bumfuck nowhere that'd take a few hours in real life, waste my time and gas, just so I can steal a phone, a few fish, and $300 dollars from someone just trying to roleplay outside the city "Yeah homie let's drive to the Salton Sea to rob somebody who lives in an even lower-income neighborhood than ours, yeah man let's go"

  7. That was a crazy run. Despite how things turned out IC, I just want to say how much of a pleasure and privilege it was for me to be part of this group since the very beginning. I have enjoyed every moment that I've had with you all, and I'll sure as hell miss it. There is only but love from my side. ❤️ Until we meet again.

  10. What Taylor's tryna say is that most of the time (atleast 70% of the time, I can guarantee you that) the people doing these things are doing it against their fac leader's wishes, or aren't even actual members of a faction. Which is why Taylor says they're loners, cause most of the time that's what they are. And if there's a faction that actually endorses their members doing these things, not to come off as a dick, but it's a trash faction and nothing more.

  11. The day that a Yakuza faction is accepted within the server should be the day that The Shower Posse exists within the server. The Shower Posse was rejected since it doesn't supposedly possess a powerful presence within Southern California, despite the FBI and CIA maps suggesting otherside:

  12. Love the screens & thread! 🙂 I would suggest you to go in the blending options of your text and then enabling stroke to either 1-2-3 which would really highlight the text 😄 - other than that. It's apppeallliiiing.

  13. There are people who haven't received a response to their report for over 2 weeks. I don't mind having to wait a bit. I don't think people should be responding with militancy. But if each report is going to sit for weeks before it even BEGINS to be handled, then the issue is going to continue to persist, because the rules aren't being enforced enthusiastically, and people will be less likely to report, because they know it won't change anything any time soon. If staff don't address this issue with vigor, it will continue to persist until they do, and thus, RP quality will continue to diminish. We already see Sandy RPers on this thread talking about "shooting first" because of this. It's a dumb idea that will get them punish, but people feel the need to do so because there isn't an administrative regulation of RP quality in the area.

  14. Are you going to handle the reports if they come, or will they continue to pile onto the massive pile of unanswered reports?
