  2. Short description: Adding a hair style that would allow hats to be overlayed Detailed description: Figured this issue was already bought up but sadly not. Current issue is that all long hair styles (female) currently on the server cannot properly fit hats without hairstyle overlapping though the object. The mod listed below is an alterative to one of the current hairstyles in the game that allows hats to be worn without overlapping etc. Commands to add: Items to add: https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/long-haircut-for-mp-female How would your suggestion improve the server? This would bring a lot verity into female character customization which wasn't available before and would unrestrict the use of hats with long hairstyles. Additional information:

Along with him, many more Tianjin Circle/K-Town OGs are people I respect and appreciate what they have created on this sever. He has great wisdom. @Gargam3i for being a homie and welcoming me into his community with open arms, also for his wisdom. Along with him, the entirety of the Hop Sing Tong and 23 P/S Wah Ching. @Shekh and Javic for roleplaying with me as the Shen family and later on being with me in many factions. @Wirbelwind for some top cybercrime RP earlier and now being a homie. Everyone at the Hawaiian Snow team for what they're doing. And many more that I can't think of right now because I have a full ass night of zero sleep behind me and my Polish teacher is yapping in the background on MS Teams, making me distracted. I do not appreciate that bitch though, bad teacher portrayal and shit personality.

  7. Preface As of currently, drug sales on GTA World are structured like that of a Ponzi scheme. Starting from the hierarchy of a supplier, the drugs are exchanged between other parties for what seems like an eternity; as if in limbo. The underlying issue for this endless sale of drugs between parties is that the market is not there. This is coming from someone who has moved kilos of weight on the server. As it currently stands, I feel like the drug market feels a bit worthless and inauthentic. What I am proposing is that we add a support system that will help establish and simulate this market. Issues with the Market To dissect the issue at hand, I’ll go in depth a bit more with a theoretical example: A supplier will sell party A drugs of a certain amount. Those drugs will then be sold to party B who will then sell to party C and so forth. For drugs like cocaine and marijuana, which provide a very practical benefit, this problem might not necessarily be as prevalent. This is because there are people interested in using it for said benefits like increased health and don’t mind roleplaying its drawbacks. However, for much more strong and stigmatized drugs like heroin and meth, they find little to no use. This is not in par with what it’s like real life. Just look at the percentage spread of drug trafficking cases in 2016(https://drugabuse.com/statistics-data/drug-trafficking/) A large majority of GTA World roleplayers portray characters whose socioeconomic are not at the level of poverty where you’d find such drug users. This creates a wide gap between supply and demand which of course leads to bottleneck symptoms that we are seeing right now. This is an issue that is no stranger to roleplay servers like GTA World so what I’m asking is we all try out something new. Possible Solution What am I proposing? Allow official factions, specifically street gangs or non-supplier factions to establish a drug sale hotspot that simulates drug sales to ‘NPCs’. Before you all try to burn me at the stake for uttering the sinful thought concept of ‘NPCs’? Hear me out.. This could essentially be thought of as a drug den, crack house, drug corners, etc. Faction members would be required to actively roleplay around the area. Every hour or day, a certain amount of drugs would be ‘sold’ from the stash and converted into cash. Another way to go about it is requiring the corner boys to have the drugs on them and then report to a sale hotspot where the drugs will be taken from their inventory. This time restriction would help regulate how much cash is being generated and essentially prevent these ‘hotspots’ from turning into money printers. The amount of money that you get from each product would also depend on the overall market for each type of drug. To balance against this new flow of cash into the economy, there could be harsher fines and punishments for those caught with drugs and drug sales. There would also be the overall ‘market’, which regulates prices for each drug type, making it so that somebody cannot just sell kilos of product without taking a hit in how much return they are getting. For instance, if someone were to try to sell a kilo of heroin, they would get five hundred each for the first hundred grams but then find that the new price was four hundred as the demand was reached for that time. This leaves room for all sorts of balance and tweaks and overall experimentation. Something I am certain of also is that this sort of drug territory system would generate an insurmountable amount of content. Factions would essentially fight for each other’s turfs. Rather than simply just beefing each other for the sake of it, there would be actual monetary reasons to go to into mutual conflict. Conclusion I understand that we’re all playing a game and that everything cannot be necessarily 1:1. I also get that this fake ‘NPC’ solution comes across as RPG esque. However, I think those sorts of mentalities are short sighted and do not aim to tackle the issue.   8. I get there's a whole balance thing going but it's so unrealistic. IRL, in a place such as LA, you can find weed within minutes of asking. It makes no sense to limit it so much. As the post above said, there's a reason weed is dirt cheap (even cheaper where I'm from, can get it for $4 USD a gram). We gotta stop limiting criminal RP, which is already hard enough to benefit from if you don't have a dedicated supplier. Truth is, I want to grow weed, mostly for the roleplay, profits come second. But now I won't even be able to do that without having to fork hundreds of thousands of dollars at seeds which I may or may not get scammed on, and lose most of them after a couple weeks of growing. It's ridiculous. I've grown weed outside of the game before, and you don't just "have a chance" to get a single seed back from it, that's just ridiculous. You grow different types of plants, some which don't make much or at all smokeable weed, but make tons of seeds, and some which yield a good amount of smokeable, but little seeds. That's simplifying a ton but it's the general gist of it. Bring back /harvest seed damnit. If anything, if you're that worried about balance > realism, increase the amount of time it takes to grow seed focused plants. Edit, cause I forgot to add another important point; Weed is absolutely abundant IRL. It's the cops' job to crack down on growers and distributors, not the admins'. If anything, if the cops wanna pull a big brain play? They'll let the market overflow with it so the price of it goes down a by a lot, and criminal organizations don't fund their more illegal activities with it. It's absolutely stupid in my opinion that big brain plays like that are stopped by OOC actions limiting roleplay because "muh balance more important than yuh realism".

  12. It's been a hell of a ride, but the time has come to archive this for a little while. Nothing but a test of undying true loyalty and strength. For this, I say thank you to everybody who was involved with this faction so far in some way, shape, or form. Make no mistake, we have full intentions of returning, so please let the record show that we'd like to make a comeback at some stage in the future, however we've collectively decided to temporarily put this to rest for the time being. I mean I really don't care anymore about the issue but I am the guy who got seed harvesting added, I just want to point out that my suggestion hinged on the idea that staff would intervene if someone tried to destroy the market for their own short term gain. That didn't happen and now we are where we are. I still think seeds should be harvestable, but I think in general what everyone's focus needs to be on is pushing for a full revamp of the drug system from top to bottom. Everything else is just a band aid. -1.
