  2. Short description: Remove Pariah Detailed description: Remove the Pariah from dealerships. Allow only lease ownership, like all other top end vehicles. Commands to add: Items to add: How would your suggestion improve the server? Super class vehicles have always been hidden away from the server. So when the Pariah was first added, all that time ago, I wonder who in the heck thought that was an intelligent idea. The Pariah is one of the fastest vehicles in GTA 5, period. So why should it be available for purchase to everyone that owners a dealership or mechanics garage for two weeks? "Oh but the Insurance is expensive" I hear you say. That doesn't stop them buying one and just, not buying insurance. The car is stupid fast and Rockstar should have never put it in GTA 5 in the way that they did, so it's an even bigger surprise that GTAW made the same mistake Rockstar did. Additional information:

  8. Overview While I don't know how far the script can be stretched I do think this will not only bring more value to car theft but also open new opportunities in the criminal market as well as a new avenue of rp for criminals and LEOs alike. Chopping vehicles at the point now within the server is not as great as I think it could be. This system idea I have if a script allows can bring life to car theft and value to RP. Chopped vehicle parts uses are based on the scale of operation. Smaller independent shops or operations will sell parts out to individuals or mechanics. Larger scale operations will see parts travel through more larger scale markets such as, salvage yards, legitimate businesses, and or the black market. This system idea is to make use of the parts themselves rather than making knives and metal items out of them. How It Works A vehicle that is chopped would be brought to the chop shot location. Through RP and script parts will be removed from the vehicle and I mean physical parts. Scenario: A Sultan Classic is stolen off the street and brought to the chop shop. The Sultan itself has for example a level 2 exhaust, turbo, and any rims other than stock. The person or persons begin to dismantle the vehicle and instead of nameless car parts they receive the actual parts I named above. What now? Well there is a few routes the group can take. They can keep the parts for their own vehicles or sell them (most likely below a legal garage price) to a buyer. Parts that can be chopped: -Tires -Bumpers -Turbos -Rims -Exhaust -Hoods -Engine -Brakes. Parts: Parts should share the VIN to the vehicle they are originally spawned into server with purchase. Parts can be inspected by Deputies or Police if need be in cases that may involve stolen cars or parts. A common task of professional and rookie choppers to remove VINs from parts is to burn them off. Your more high scale choppers will use tools to engrave falsified numbers to make parts look legitimate. I think this could also be worked in possibly working like the weapon serial removal system. Stolen parts will be put in the garages inventory upon removal from the target vehicle and at that point can be used for sale or personal use. Now for compatibility through the game's original script certain vehicles have access to parts others don't in the mechanic shop which should remain the same with this suggestion. Choppers should NOT be able to take a exhaust or engine from a van for example and slap it on a Dinka Kanjo. The use of these parts should be restricted to the compatible vehicle family that the target vehicle comes from. The Vehicle's Owner Now for this part I know a lot of people will have input and own ideas. The system as is I don't have issue with the person losing use of the vehicle for a few days and eventually they get it back. In my opinion I think for the sake of realism the person should lose their parts and have to repair their vehicle but I'm open to what staff and the server as a whole deems fair. How Would Staff Manage This? The main issue with a system like this is it becoming oversaturated and ridiculously over done. I think the permissions to have such a criminal enterprise should be regulated as ,firearms, drug and, weapon serial remover applications are. Approved by staff and a limited number of slots given to serious role-players and or factions to prevent abuse and a wave of poorly rped car thefts for the lust of money. Potential chop shop owners should have a distinct plan written out and solid background that would lead them to this lane of rp. The operation should be realistically portrayed and used with intense discreet tactics and if LEO factions do crack the operation the ability should be stripped just as it would IRL and shut the business down. In conclusion Im open to all inputs and and want to open discussion with the community on their thoughts and what could be included or taken out.

  9. The West Side (W/S) 52 Hoover Gangster Crips (also referred to as the "5-Deuce Hoover Gangster Crips") are a long standing Hoover set located in the western district of South Los Santos. Originating in the 1970s, this gang is a subset of the larger Hoover Criminals umbrella. They are the only Hoover Criminals set still holding the Gangster Crip moniker, due to their alliances with the 52 Broadway Gangster Crips, and 53 Avalon Gangster Crips. Their closest alliances outside of the Hoover card is with the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, forming 512GC. The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips neighborhood sits directly next to the 59 Hoover Criminal Gang; arguably, their closest ally. The 52 Hoovers control an area east of the nearby 59 Hoover Criminals, dominating South Brouge Avenue, and East Grove Street (referred to as Groove Street and Dead End by members). Due to their large list of enemies and dwindling turf, it's very common to see 52 Hoover Gangster Crips and 59 Hoover Criminals in each other's neighborhoods. Due to many rivalries with Rollin 0s Crips, Neighborhood Crips, Mafia Crips, Blocc Crips, Menlo Crips, Brims, Bloods, as well as a long standing hostility towards some Sureño gangs, Hoover Criminals adopted the "EBK" (Everybody Killer) or "ABK" (Anybody Killer) slogans, along with "CK" (Crip Killer), "OK" (Rollin 00s Killer) and "BK" (Blood Killer) slogans which is ever present in their graffitis. The 52 Hoover Gangster Crips are long-term rivals of East Coast Neighborhood Crips, Main Street Mafia Crips, Rollin' 30s Harlem Crips, Rollin' 40s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 50s Neighborhood Crips, and Fruit Town Brims. Throughout their history and recent days, the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips have come to ceasefires with rival gangs such as the 62 Brims (also referred to as Six-Deuce Brims, or BJ Smith Park Brims). The Hoover Gangster Crips adopted its blue and orange colors due to its history with the Crips, later adopting orange in the 1990s to proudly represent their allegiance to the Hoover moniker, taking on the Houston Astros baseball team’s colors and branding of a blue star within orange outlines with a bolded orange 'H’. You should not be approaching the gang as an outsider with the intent of joining. Realistically, your character should have been raised or a local to Brouge Avenue or Covenant Avenue. Roleplay living in the area with an age between 12 to 16 if you want to develop your character and eventually join the faction. Under no circumstances, should those who are above the age of 17, approach the gang, having "moved into the area from New York". This type of roleplay will get you removed from the area in-character. If you are roleplaying living in the area, you should roleplay using the proper slang and culture associated with the area. If you have any questions regarding the slang and culture, we highly recommend you join our faction Discord and read all guides in depth. 10. Short description: Add a lockpicking skill system similar to the weed growing skill system. Detailed description: As of right now, lockpicking a car is based purely on luck, you get random percentages every time that don't take into consideration how skilled your character is in the lockpicking process, which in my opinion, can be improved. Weed growing has a leveling system where the more you plant seeds and grow weed, the higher your level, therefore the higher the chance of you getting a seed back, etc. I believe we should have a system where if you successfully break into X amount of cars, your level increases by one, which boosts your percentages of breaking into a car by 5-10%, and so on, for a maximum of 3 levels, with the highest level giving a 50% (Numbers are only an example, they can be altered) increase in chance, but obviously it would take a long long time for someone to get to that level, and your average carjacker would've been arrested or caught long before, so only the truly skilled and 'good' roleplayers would ever reach the highest level. Commands to add: No commands, only a leveling system. Items to add: None How would your suggestion improve the server? It would give more value to the car jacking scene and would make it more fair to people who spend hours and hours of development into low level criminals who do petty crime such as breaking into cars, etc. Additional information: I don't think there's any real disadvantages to this, and in my opinion, it should've been implemented a long time ago.

  11. Short description: Make it so you own the item you buy, until you NC/CK. Properties have wardrobes too. Detailed description: To explain it in debt, so nobody misunderstands what I'm getting at. What I'm saying is; you buy a clothing item, but you don't have to buy it again on another outfit, it stays in your property wardrobe until you either NC or CK. Meaning, you could one a black textured hoodie, you'd own that specific hoodie on that character until you make a new one. Now, you might have a question or two; wardrobes? Pricing? Wardrobes would be scripted into properties, and whatnot whilst pricing would be revamped and be priced to match the GTA: World economy. Maybe a hoodie costs $2,000; per texture, depending if it's designer or not. Maybe designer heels cost $5,000 per texture? This adds more realism, and actually stops the economy from being inflated. Plus, with the clothing mods being added in 1.1 I don't see any downsides. If you have a counterargument; what if someone buys everything? Well with how the clothing would be priced it'd stop that as that might run someone $900,000 in total... I doubt anyone would do that. Not to mention you can own literally up to 999 outfits now if you buy that many slots, so this is all +'s. Commands to add: /wardrobe. Items to add: A property wardrobe and clothing menu revamp. How would your suggestion improve the server? It'd improve the server because you would have actual realism, when you buy something on that character, you actually own it. Plus, when someone NCs or CKs? Their clothing ownership resets and maybe they could own what's in the first 3 outfits and the rest must be bought again; a/k/a stopping an inflated economy. Additional information: N/A. I think this is actually pretty logical, in-fact quite surprised it isn't suggested already; not to be confused with the clothing inv item suggestion.

  14. Short description: Make it so whenever you do /createitem, it charges you a set %, which goes into your business' bank. Detailed description: So, imagine I have my employee cut set on 40% ( which is already a thing in /b manager, but doesn't really work with custom shops) of each sale, and my employee sells a chicken sandwich at 100, what I'm suggesting is that the /createitem recipe Chicken Sandwich 100 ( or however the new command with value is ) costs him 60 bucks, which is the 60% my business keeps from that sale, which goes into the business' bank, he then makes his 40% by selling the chicken sandwich at its 100 dollar price. ALSO MAKE THIS TOGGABLE FOR BUSINESSES WHICH OPERATE DIFFERENTLY. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It would help me and many other business owners MASSIVELY, since employee commission is a pain in the ass to manage. Additional information:

  17. - Buying clothes, it's tedious to start from ID0 to 150 and there are like 380IDs in Shirts category. - The makeup script doesn't update in real time. - The barbershop script, the zoom is very close to your character and even if you zoom out it is still close. - Mechanic script, you cannot go back when you are looking at one of the options. - The barbershop, when you choose a color or type of texture, it doesn't show you which ID you are choosing, when you want to use those IDs again, you don't remember and it's a bummer. - The car spawning on top of you and causing your death. - Having to pay with money from your hand for things like anti-thefts, makeup or clothes. - Nokia, when you receive a call or SMS it doesn't show you who is calling or sending you a message, this bug has existed since Smartphones were added. - When the insurance of your vehicle expires when having it spawned it doesn't notify you.
