  2. Short description: Let us chop cars without needing mechanics at their garages, let us do it in regular garages if we get admin perms and rp it correctly, and then the admin chops the car for u. Detailed description: If you steal a car, you should be able to take it to a regular garage and then roleplay disassembling the car. This could be a supplier or applied for to limit abuse. (If this is added as supplier, it should not follow the 1 supplier limit factions have) Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server?: Mechanics are 90% of the time strict legal rpers and will refuse to chop cars, it's hard for the average car theft rper to profit from car theft, especially compared to the risk of stealing a car and being caught due to the alarm/someone seeing, the usually expensive asf lockpicks that are like 1k each in most stores that sell them, when you add all this together it's not fair that you need to scope out some mechanic who chops cars, basically rely on them being online all the time, and (usually) pay them ontop of that to chop the car for you. This essentially results in little to no noticeable profit for the person who took ALL of the risk. Mechanics already make a crazy amount of money we as illegal rpers should not have to rely on them for this, and most of them don't chop cars anyways so we have to go on some goose chase to find a mechanic that is active and chops cars willingly. If your characters development makes sense for them to chop a car, and an admin views the rp and deams it good, and you own a regular garage (like a faction garage or a business/warehouse garage) , then I see no reason you shouldn't be able to chop the car yourself. This could be applying/supplier based. Additional information: Helpful change for illegal rpers, specifically those that RP car theft. Risk vs Reward is way out of balance currently and this would change that.

  3. The Westside Innocence Family Gangster Bloods (WSIFGB) or W/S 92 Innocence Family Gangster Bloods is a gang located on the eastside of South Los Santos in the district of North Rancho. They originated in the 1970s, originally known as the Chain Gang and feuded with the West Side Crips, a street gang founded by Stanley "Tookie" Williams. The Chain Gang had been around long before the formation of the “Crips," along with the LS Brims. Their controlled grounds stretch from N. Roy Lowenstein Blvd to Little Bighorn Avenue, they claim the 9200 block of Jamestown Street as their primary territory. The Innocence Family Gang have two primary cliques such as Flamin 90s and the Ransom Gang. Allies of the Innocence Family Gangster Bloods have a close alliance with the Avenue Piru Gang, and is identified as the Family Ru's. They also share a close alliance with the Mad Swan Bloods, known as the Family Swan Bloods. Other allies are the Carson Mafia Gangster Bloods along with the Carson Mafia Family. The Innocence Family Gang formed a truce with the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, due to their mutual rivalries with nearby street gangs under the Neighborhood Crips (especially the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips), Rollin 100 Crips, and all (Rollin Os Crips). Other rivals of the Innocence Family Gang are the Hard Time Hustler Crips, S/S Park Village Crips, and the Lowenstein Asian Boyz Crips Gang. Despite being Bloods, the Innocence Family Gang are also known for their past feuds with other blood gangs such as the Neighbor Hood Pirus along with the Queen Block Bloods as well as the Davis Lane Gangster Bloods. In 2013, a deadly war between the Innnocence Family Bloods and the Davis Lane Gangster Bloods erupted claiming the lives of respected members from both sides. In 2015, Rancho Monster, a rapper affiliated with the Innocence Family Gang released a song titled "Suppose To Be Bloods" featuring June Dawg (of the Damu Ridas) with gang ties to the Davis Lane Bloods and Redrum 781 (Avenue Piru Gang) as well as G-Nutt (Brims). The song was inspired by this feud and other blood on blood rivalries that has spiked since the 2000's. Despite the gang's involvement in the rap scene, the gang has a very prominent appearance in the streets drug scene in Los Santos and various other cities across the United States. In recent news, there was an indictment on 13 members of the Innocence Family Gangster Bloods' older members. The gang was pumping guns and drugs throughout the US to smaller subsidized cliques of the gang. This situation was duly notated on the FBI's website and took a toll on the gang's livelihood in Los Santos.

  8. Farming, Hunting, Fishing and Food system Short description: A demand and supply circular economy based on food products with actual scripted effects and RP interactive jobs. The suggestion is simply to have the ability to create food products from farming, fishing, and hunting which will then be transported to restaurants and stores where these ingredients will be used to create different consumable recipes, which will satisfy the player's hunger and thirst. Detailed description: The food industry is a huge influencer in real life's economy. The fact that food doesn't have any effect pushes people away from RPing eating and impacts our economy heavily, as the only sources of depleting one's money in-game are taxes and insurance which are very little. A food system is much needed to help with the server's economy and this suggestion is especially aiming to do that while providing RP jobs that interact with each other in a circular economy. Before we get to the food system, these are the different methods to produce ingredients that will then be used to create food recipes. Farming (Fruits and vegetables): This part is pretty basic and was already explained more or less here by somebody else. This requires the addition of a farmer job and farm ownership just like a business. Farmers will have the ability to do different activities related to farming (planting grains, harvesting, picking fruits) which will end up in creating different food products, mainly fruits and vegetables. These products will be stored in the farmer's market to be sold for personal use or they will be transported by truckers to stores and restaurants. Hunting (Meat and chicken): I know there are some problems with hunting in RageMP or that's what some people say, I actually saw some servers having a working hunting system in Rage, but anyway, this suggestion is for the long term and it is not necessary for the entire food system to work. Basically, people will be hunting animals and taking meat out of them, which will also be transported by truckers to stores and restaurants. Fishing (Fish): We already have a fishing job. I have never tried it but I believe fish is being sold somewhere. These fish products will now be sold in the fish market. They will then be transported by truckers to restaurants. Food system: Basically, the food products that were produced from farming, hunting, and fishing will consist of different ingredients for different recipes. These ingredients (eg. meat, vegetables, fruits, fish) will be mainly used in restaurants to create different recipes and each recipe will satisfy the hunger and thirst of the consumer differently. Eating a steak is not the same as eating ice cream. Players will have hunger and thirst bars somewhere on the screen which will go down as time passes. The hunger and thirst bars will have four stages: STARVING -> HUNGRY -> FULL and THIRSTY -> SATISFIED. The bars should probably go down every 6 hours you play in-game. 6 hours is enough for players to finish RP situations and this will also make food a minor issue as I don't want this to become a survival game. When the bar goes down to STARVING and THIRSTY, there should be some visual effects to cause discomfort for the player which would urge him to go grab a bite. Eventually, if the hunger bar stays at "starving" for too long, perhaps this will cause stamina problems and eventually will drain the health bar. EDIT: As a lot of people have shown their concern about this being RPGish, and I agree with them completely, I decided to edit this part to be more representative of real hunger and thirst, following @DRUNKY 's excellent idea, by removing the HUNGER/THIRST BAR completely and replace it with occasional notifications similar to an SMS received message, which will appear whenever your character feels hungry or thirsty. Depending on the intensity of the hunger and the thirst, the frequency of the notifications would increase, alongside the aforementioned visual and stamina/movement inconvenience. Recipes and ingredients: There will be two types of recipes: NUTRITIOUS and UNWHOLESOME. The former will satisfy your hunger for 6 hours while the latter will only satisfy your hunger for one hour. Example: By using different combinations of the same ingredients, we create the following recipes: Ingredients: Meat, Fish, Fruits, Vegetables, Dough, Flour, Water, Wine, Pasta, Milk Recipes: Seafood Pizza (+90 hunger / +10 thirst): 1 Dough, 1 Flour, 1 Water, 1 Tomato, 1 Fish Salad (+70 hunger / +20 thirst): 2 Vegetables. Spaghetti with meatball (+90 hunger / +20 thirst):1 Meat, 1 Pasta Hamburger: (+80 hunger / +20 thirst): 1 Dough, 1 Water, 1 Meat, 1 Vegetables Milk Shake: (+0 hunger / +80 thirst): 2 Fruits, 1 Milk Water bottle: (+0 hunger / +90 thirst): 1 Water EDIT: I've given it some thoughts and I've seen how the server is progressing so I'm reshaping the recipes to fit the newest update. By using one of these ingredients, you could create customizable dishes: Alcohol: You could create any alcohol-based drink which is customizable to have a unique name to every bar/club. (e.g. Vodka, Martini...) Meat: You can create any meat-based meal with a customizable name. (Hamburger, Pork Chops...) Vegetables: You can create any vegetable-based meal with a customizable name. (Salad, some vegan food...) And the list goes on... Food in restaurants will generally be NUTRITIOUS. Restaurants should have a kitchen inventory for storing ingredients (/kinv). Only those with the "Cook" job can cook outside houses. The cook will be able to create different recipes and sell them to customers. Having nutritious food limited to restaurants will push people to visit restaurants from time to time to promote RPing with restaurant staff. Food in 24/7 stores should be limited to UNWHOLESOME food: biscuits, crackers, chocolate, etc. These products will be directly transported from the supplier to the stores. This type of food will only satisfy hunger slightly, pushing people to go to restaurants and fast-food chains. Food in houses: People should be able to buy food products from the farmer's market directly and some products from 24/7 stores also (e.g. milk..) for cooking food in their homes. Each house should have a kitchen inventory similar to those in restaurants but obviously with less space. Food carts/Food trucks: People who work at food carts will have to buy ingredients at the farmer's market, transport them in their car and store them in the "food cart kitchen" just like a restaurant. Recipes in carts and trucks will be NUTRITIOUS. Food in prison: Inmates will now also have the possibility to eat and drink in prison. Following the same system, ingredients will be transported to the prison where a prison cook will create food for the inmates. Food animations: There are a lot of eating and drinking animations that can be triggered when you /useitem a recipe. Commands to add: /cook [name]: to create recipes using ingredients from the kitchen's inventory. /kinv: to check the ingredients present in the kitchen's inventory. /recipes: to see all available recipes. Items to add: Recipes, ingredients, Farming Business, Fish Market, Farmer's Market, Kitchen inventory in restaurants, houses, prison and food carts. How would your suggestion improve the server? Realism, don't need to explain this more. Creating more RP opportunities and more RP jobs. More RP in the county. The difference in food items will now be important. Additional information:

  9. Court remands D.A. sentence appeal for local mobster The decision comes after Lawrence Zampa served only nine months in prison Lawrence Zampa is pictured above in an LSPD processing mugshot. On Tuesday, the Appellate Court of San Andreas denied a request by the District Attorney’s Office to hand down a new sentence on Lawrence Zampa, who was convicted of Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Racketeering. In an astonishing written decision, Justice William Randolph refused the request based on his opinion that Judge Eric Stanford did not sentence Zampa in a preferential spirit, but rather as an administrative error. The Justice noted that mandatory minimum sentences are not set in stone, but rather act as a guideline by which Justices base their decisions. As such, the Appeals Court remanded the case back to the Superior Court without giving an official opinion on whether the sentence was too lenient or not. District Attorney Saeko Nishijima had pursued a new sentence for Zampa, alleging that the presiding Judge Stanford had encountered “multiple legal errors” in his judgment. Among those, the D.A. had argued that Zampa did not serve the mandatory minimum sentence for his charges and that a sentence revision was necessary to ensure Justice Stanford had not fallen into a severe legal problem. It would appear to the average observer that Judge Stanford may have misinterpreted the sentencing enhancement clause for Conspiracy in the Penal Code. The clause states that a person convicted on any count of Conspiracy "Shall be charged with a quarter (25%) reduced sentence on the original charge." However, Judge Stanford decided to sentence Zampa to just 25% of the original crime, rather than deducting 25% from the Code's mandatory minimum, leading to a debate on the wording of the Code. In his decision, Justice Randolph denied that there had been a substantive legal error that would warrant his Court to hand down a revised sentence. Typically, a case involving the charges in question would see the defendant behind bars for double the time Zampa served. Had the sentence been reevaluated on the basis of a legal error, Zampa would likely have faced a significantly stricter sentence. Justice Randolph noted that for a re-trial to be considered, the D.A. would have to show that an “illegal, unconstitutional, or excessive” punishment was handed down. As Zampa's sentence falls into neither of these categories, the Court decided that there were no grounds to warrant handing down a new sentence. Prior to the decision by the Appeals Court, Assistant District Attorney William Eden expressed concern for the handling of Zampa's case, stating that the sentence handed down "may set a concerning precedent... that crime pays." Following the decision, District Attorney Saeko Nishijima added that she was "disappointed" in the Appeals Court ruling, but was not planning to escalate the case to the Supreme Court. Doing so would be unlikely to change the result of the Appeals Court's decision. Although there is no question Zampa's sentence of nine months is unusually low for his crimes, his case is unlikely to continue in the court system as he had already served his prison time and cannot be tried again for those crimes due to double jeopardy protection. Regardless, the case is likely to be a contentious topic in the San Andreas legal community for years to come and is sure to become a talking point this coming election, as candidates battle for seats in City Council. lsnn.gta.world

  11. Marcus Hadley A/K/A/ Red Eyez#2 and Daveon Rogers A/K/A Infant Hangout had plans on biking through bus routes in search for rival gang members or victims in general to potentially hurt and rob. Sheonnie Wilkes, Marcus Hadley's alleged baby mama, called his phone and texted him trying to get back together and was rejected. This is when she shown up just before Daveon did and pulled her typical bullshit. "I'll fuck yo enemy and make him yo baby's step daddy."

  17. Required cases are not going anywhere. If a criminal feels the need to CK others, rape, or other heinous acts they will enter our judicial system and they will remain in it until the judicial system has handled the matter. If people are not willing to handle the consequences of their actions, I suggest that they do not commit the crimes. A judicial system without teeth isn't a judicial system. We might as well, as I said before, be a DM server if there are no consequences for your actions. Furthermore I also find this argument to be slightly ridiculous beings how I have criminal role players in private chats with me and even on this thread that are asking for heavier consequences for their actions. JSA will be reforming how we handle criminal matters on this server. If a criminal feels the need to change their name, rather than go through the criminal justice process, that would indicate to me a subpar level of role play and I'll not base the entire justice system off those types of situations. As I've said twice now we are working to ensure that misdemeanor and nonviolent felony crimes do not punish the player for entering and not guilty plea. We are working on ways to ensure the trial process is faster and more useful, and we're also working on ways to ensure that parole and probation are active alternatives for our system. I will also go so far as to suggest that activity in the jail is also another reason why people feel disgruntled with the justice system. If I sentence you to serve a period of time in a place that is essentially inactive and provides very little role play to you, of course you would be agitated. I have nothing but hope that the new initiatives being pushed forward in the coming days will be a success and will refocus our entire justice system on making things fair and balanced for everybody involved. @liq

  19. I RP in Vespucci and the people I RP with are based there too and I've seen and interacted with multiple members of this faction and yes there has been a few scraps and a shootout or two but I've seen them after the fact and there's been no drama, It's been chill and I've even role-played with them after the fact. I really like the faction to be honest and hope it goes far! I look forward to further interactions with y'all in-game! Stay strong brothers!
