Hey, hi! So this is something I've wanted to do for a loooooong time but haven't really gotten around to it. With the Los Santos County Lifeguards thriving under the Los Santos Fire Department, I thought now would be a good time to show the story of my oldest, nearest and dearest character, Ami McKenna. Ami has been my most played character and has a long history on GTA:W - filled with failures and dreams who has finally found her calling in life - by pure chance of an accidental rescue one day down on Vespucci Beach. Ami means a heck of a lot to me. There was a brief period of time where I put her aside to start afresh after a major setback in her development - and I RPly sent her away to Alaska to continue her veterinary medicine studies as I had lost all ambition to play her. I brought her back around January to try and dig her out of the hole she was in and have fallen completely in love with playing her again and I don't see that changing. This will follow the development of Ami, from her escape to Alaska, to her return due to her husbands suicide - and how she managed to find hope through her conception and development of the Los Santos County Lifeguards. It'll take a little time to catch up to the present day, but I have so much content of her present day that I felt it's important to show how the Lifeguards came to fruition. I hope you enjoy ❤️

Short description: Allow people to apply for liquor supplier Detailed description: I personally have brought this up but it got buried deep in the pages of this section, but with the Supplier Program Applications being open once again, I thought I give it another go. Most of the server runs around liquor with almost 3 drinking establishments and liquor stores in just one street. It'd make sense to have liquor suppliers, and considering the fact that alcohol consumption and it's roleplay rate is significantly higher than tobacco, it'll make the liquor related roleplay significantly more diverse. The Raton Canyon Race Callie Palencia The second season kicked off at the Raton Canyon! 10 racers took part in the new season The San Andreas Motorsport Association, initially called Rush in Automotive was founded back in 2019 by L. Miller and E. Coleman. Rush in Automotive eventually met up with the then mayor Vincent Rockford, and evolved into R-Motorsport Federation and it organised it's own championships, ever since the company has evolved into San Andreas Motorsport Association, they give out FIA and IMSA approved racing licenses as well. The Miller Racing team claimed victory in the R5 Group, hitting a 02:16.04 with a solid performance in his Flash GT. The Autoholics team scored a victory in the H5 Group with a 02:08.71 in their Sultan Classic, and finally Chris Rae, the independent driver won H3 Group with a 02:26.94 in his Savestra. Rogue Motorbike disrupting proceedings for about five minutes. The Fire Department and Los Santos Police was on site at the event conducting medical and road barriers. There was a brief incident on the track into the event, where LSPD had to escort a rogue motorbike from the track which was disrupting proceedings. There was no other incidents. Born and raised in Sandy Shores, his family moved out to Los Santos and settled down on the beach after his father pissed hot and lost his job in the oil field. Blaine spent most of his early years in Vespucci Beach defending himself from other whites who saw him as an outsider. Blaine rarely avoided scraps due to the "locals only" mentality, eventually leading to him being absorbed into Dogtown's surf & skate scene. Blaine did a complete 180 in this regard, before moving to Vespucci Beach from Sandy Shores, he was your typical kid. He went to church on Sunday with his family, even attending mass as an altar boy. The Catholic church that Blaine frequently served as an altar boy had a Catholic priest charged with seven counts of child molestation in 2012. Due to privacy laws, it cannot be confirmed whether Blaine was one of the children affected by this. What's for sure is, Blaine displays extreme disdain towards older men that hold positions of power. Blaine's walk down the path of violence culminated in the July stabbing of an elderly man in front of his workplace. Blaine discovered the older man speaking to a younger teen, Luke Campbell, who informed Blaine of the prior trying to get him to get into the car. Blaine stabbed the 80 year old man to death, taking out on him the frustration from potential past abuses. Older friends Evan "Stomper" Ward and Kyle "Lucky" Brock helped Blaine dispose of evidence after the murder, earning Blaine's loyalty. He continues on a crash course with destiny by way of violence and narcotics trafficking, with a bit of extreme sports in between.

Short description: Make advertisements be queued instead of the way they are, which turns into an advertisement war. Detailed description: Okay so, right now advertisements need to be fought over just to be posted, and most of the times you're left mashing your keyboard to get an advertisement up. What I suggest is queuing the advertisements and having them go for example: 3 people post advertisement queues, one ad is posted after 120 seconds, then another after 120 seconds, so on so forth. This avoids spamming, and also allows for other people/businesses to steadily post advertisements. One of the most irritating things is also when a business has their /bad marker on the map, but keeps on posting /bads instead of /cads which stops other unmarked businesses from posting /bads. What I suggest to do here, is to either only allow a /bad to be posted once the marker is out, or once every 20 minutes. This way it's fair on everyone, and stops an overall advertisement war. It would stop the non-stop constant keyboard mashing advertisement fights that take place, which result in most businesses barely getting 2 advertisements up within 3 hours of opening. I'll do my best to summarize what happened but there's quite a lot to get through. To quickly touch on ban appeals being hidden, what Notbond said is correct. Ever since we moved faction applications to the forums where only the poster can see their thread, it's been a lot easier to handle on the staff side of things. We've been discussing doing it with ban appeals for a while. We'll likely do it with refund requests and asset transfers too. Staff applications have been moved to a similar system which you'll see when we open staff applications next. Ban appeals are something we wanted to keep public but the thing that changed my mind is the fact that we had staff members spending more time removing irrelevant posts from unrelated players than handling the appeals themselves. I'll consider making them public again sometime in the future but for now, they'll be staying hidden. The players themselves can choose what's made public. There's already screenshots being shared of the existing ban appeals across several Discords. The Executive Security Discord wasn't raided. With Legal FM now more active than it has ever been, it now has the capacity to deal with the smaller legal factions rather than ignoring them like was done previously. Members of Legal FM were in regular contact with every approved faction. It has been standard practice since the first few months of the community to have the Head of Legal FM and the faction's handler in DIscords relating to approved legal factions. Legal FM is given full administrator rights so they can see every channel. Someone in Legal FM found that this was not the case. They contacted every faction leader and requested access to every Discord to be in line with every other faction. Upon joining the Executive Security Discord, the following activities were discovered: attempted doxing of community members and staff members, including Nervous himself; frequent usage of racist and homophobic slurs used in a manner that can be deemed offensive; antisemitic behavior, which mostly consisted of members of the Discord using Jew as an insult; banned players admitting to ban evading but not being reported by anyone in the Discord. Nobody in the Discord seemed to have an issue with anything that was being said. In fact, there was even a group that were laughing about the amount of times (almost 300) the hard R was used in the Discord. Here's part of the logs that were copied prior to Legal FM taking screenshots: Unfortunately the people in that Discord felt that was acceptable so they were issued bans. It's really a lot worse than they're making it out to be. It occurred on a Discord for a faction that has been RPing here for quite some time. It had nothing but GTA World players. Those that made unban appeals are trying to claim that it's not a GTA World platform or there's no evidence. That tells me they really don't give a shit and/or think racism is acceptable. It's not in this community. Nervous was the one that approved the bans in the first place. He was involved from the moment we discovered that there was a group attempting to dox players. So no, none of this was done behind his back. Nervous was consulted from the start to the finish when he approved the bans. For those that actually want to get unbanned, own up to it. Finding excuses and trying to make the ban seem invalid isn't going to get you anywhere. Justifying racism is just going to get you permanently banned.

This thread documents the development and background of Jasper "Jas" Copeland. A misunderstood and hollow individual who stands on weary legs with a heavy heart. I hope you die. Jasper Copeland was born in The Peach State to Thomas Copeland and Abigail Copeland. Growing up, Jasper was surrounded in the rut of physical and psychological abuse brought on by his parents, both of which lashed out on his siblings just as much as him. Jasper's family was a traditional one. The savior Jesus Almighty was praised and worshiped in the household daily, a sort of staple of this all-American family. A modest home with a seemingly normal family laid out the red curtains to the public, hiding the house of horrors Jasper and his siblings were born into. It's somewhat similar to a religious cult, the only difference is your father and mother are the ones lashing you for making a mistake, saying something wrong, wearing something sinful, thinking the wrong way. Thomas Copeland was a pious, preachy man standing at a towering height with a hunch-back stance, lurking around his local Georgian town as an assistant to a minister at a church. Thomas showed up through hail, snow, sleet, rain, and storms in the name of God. He was devoted, and through time and study he rose to the head minister of the church after working there for several years. As he rose to the head of the ark, his flock grew, and he eventually had a congregation of easily a couple hundred weekly. During one of his masses, he met a lovely protestant girl named Abigail and they struck it off. The couple had three kids, two daughters and one boy. First came the boy, born in the frosty December of '97, a joyful and chubby child. Growing up, Jasper was a devote protestant and worked alongside his father at his church, worshiping his father as much as he did God, which lead to a strange obsession with his father. Jasper dressed, talked, and walked like his father, he did everything he could in his power to be approved in his fathers eyes. His sisters were more or less the same, however, Abigail passed along the same mental diseases she was suffering from that lead her to believe in God so devotedly, the major disease out of the batch Schizophrenia. As his age progressed, his voices and mental pain grew, he prayed to God to be healed, to be saved, to make the "demons" go away, as his father coined it, but alas, they only grew louder, angrier, crueler. His adolescence arrived and with that came a new Jasper, a wide-eyed, doubtful and depressed boy with no friends and nobodies should to cry on. He went to a private school but began failing, causing him to be booted to the curb of public schooling, there, he learned what real anguish was. Though the school had many students, Jasper had no-one who thought of him as a person, his outbursts and strange behavior causing people to label him a freak, a weirdo, strange. He started to fall out of touch with God around the age of fourteen and began dressing darker, talking in a more deadpan voice, his joyous laughter being replaced with a dreaded look of pain, of torture. The troubled youth was disciplined day in and out by his once idolized father, beaten, starved, and ridiculed by his own blood. At seventeen he had enough of the abuse and packed up whatever his schoolbag could carry, the voices tearing at him every morning, afternoon and night to end it, to stop the pain that his beloved father brought upon him. He refused it, and opted to escape, to run away, to become someone somewhere else. He left his family in the middle of Summer, on a particularly quiet night and walked several miles away from his home, glad to be out. With the little money he had, he bought a ride on a bus and traveled his home state of Georgia for another decade, his family thinking he was dead mourned their loss, and the church received a wide array of donations, truthfully, his parents never cared about their "failure" of a son, but when you act genuine and spread a faith, you certainly get what you need when you need it. While in Georgia, he spent a majority of his time working low-income jobs, never graduating high-school because he had no motivation to finish it. After another pointless day of existing in a one room apartment on the bad side of town he figured he was gonna end his life, which he prepared to do for the world to see. If he was gonna go, the people around him will know, and with some of his savings, he bought himself a handgun, a video camera, and some painkillers off a local drug dealer. He downed the painkillers with a shot of gin, and began rolling the video, he went on a long rant out how religion was a sham, for if God truly existed, why was he cursed with the voices that drown out his thoughts and imagination? He broke down, crying, defeated, angry, alone. He pressed the gun to his head but decided against it, stopping his attempt on his life. With a broken spirit, he decided to go scour the internet to see how his family was, as much as he hated them, they're all he ever had. To his surprise he found his sister on a social media website in a sunny state full of sand, new horizons and a colorful mix of people. He messaged her and received a reply, two weeks into their conversation he was convinced of heading to Los Santos, in search to a meaning to his miserable existence.

Vespucci is a residential, commercial, and recreational beachfront neighborhood of the City of Los Santos, San Andreas. This urban region of coastal Los Santos County is known locally as the Westside. Vespucci is known for its canals, beach, and Ocean Front Walk, a two-and-a-half-mile (4.0 km) pedestrian promenade that features performers, fortune-tellers, artists, and vendors. Vespucci Beach, which receives millions of visitors a year, has been labeled "a cultural hub known for its eccentricities" and a "global tourist destination." It includes the promenade that runs parallel to the beach (also the "Ocean Front Walk" or just "the boardwalk"), Muscle Beach, and the Vespucci Beach Recreation Center with handball courts, paddle tennis courts, a Skate Dancing plaza, and numerous beach volleyball courts. It also includes a bike trail and many businesses on the Ocean Front Walk. Roaming Vespucci Beach's rows of boutique shops and artisanal brunch spots, it's inconceivable that the neighborhood once belonged to low-income suburbia, where mom-and-pop shops thrived, and meals served à la food cart. Locals knew this area as "Dogtown", the focal point of West Coast skate culture that would inspire media representation for decades. Crazy White Boys. Crazy White Boys (CWB) also known as C.W.B or Dubbs is widely known from their sub sets such as Insane White Boys (IWB) or Vicious White Boys(VWB), Crazy White Boys is an extremely ruthless, brutal and highly organized Peckerwood street gang located throughout the street of Southern California. Crazy White Boys was originally formed as a punk gang in California during the late 1980s, due to the high rise in black street gangs, rioting and white people being attacked and victimized in the streets of Southern California the gang was formed together in order to protect their members from the larger and very well known black street gangs that frequent in the same areas.Territory - The gang is well known for showing and representing themselves as well as committing various crimes around the streets of Vespucci Beach which is where the gang seems to primarily operate out of, however the Crazy White Boys Gang is also known to frequent throughout the county and is linked to various crimes in the county of Los Santos. Membership - The gang is mostly formed of young Caucasian males who's ages can vary but the gang is known to target new recruits who's ages usually range from 14-21 years old, the gang also accepts female members who's ages may vary, majority of members come from very low income families with parents who are abusing drugs, the gang is always looking for new members and is continuing to grow stronger day by day. Allies -White prison and street gangs.Rivals - Most black streets gangs.Crazy White Boys is known for their heavy ties within the white power movement as well as their ties to various Hispanic street gangs and Cartels and tends to only deal with these specific groups. Crazy White Boys generally tend to surround themselves with other Peckerwood and Skinhead gangs. The gang is known to be in very large groups of white men whose affiliations vary and are also known to be armed at all times.Criminal Activity - Crazy White Boys are involved in an extremely wide variety of criminal activity such as being engaged in drug trafficking, vehicle theft, armed robberies, burglaries, identity theft, home invasion, murder, credit card fraud and many other crimes to provide for themselves and their lifestyle, According to the CGTF (California Gang Task Force) the gang has ties to white supremacist prison groups who operate in facilities across the West Coast of the United Sates. The gang is known for dealing in large amounts of various drugs and carrying firearms. There are many rumors of Crazy White Boys being connected with underground fights and being involved in some of the most notorious drug trafficking operations. The higher ranking members are known to be very stealth about their movements and operations and are known to usually send lower ranking members out on the streets to handle business before showing their own faces on the street.Identifying CWB - As with most white street gangs, the Crazy White boys usually express their gang affiliations in various ways, the gang is known to throw up gang signs with their hands such as throwing up a C and W or A upside down C to represent Crazy White Boys the gang also uses symbols and tattoos such as the initials C.W.B and swastikas along with various other tattoos in order to help promote white supremacy throughout the area. Peckerwoods are heavily influenced by punk rock and metal culture and are well known for their use of drugs and partying.Crazy White Boys are usually known to associate themselves with the color white by doing thing such as driving white cars or wearing white clothes however this is not mandatory and this information is only known because the members like to wear their favorite color "White".Modern Day CWB - Today, the gang Crazy White Boys is a very dangerous up and coming gang operating out of Vespucci, members were originally Insane White Boys and gained enough rank in order to become Crazy White Boys. Crazy White Boys only have intentions to get money and get high, they are known as some of the grimiest, most savage White boys on the streets and are a very large threat to black gangs that attempt to intrude on their territory or interfere with their business, the gang is suspected to be involved in various shootings and multiple members have large criminal records, the gang is known to be very vicious, brutal, and unforgiving to anyone who they feel are standing in their way. OOC Information -This gang is not formed to promote any OOC hate towards other races. Members who join the faction must be willing to follow ALL SERVER RULES and accept the fact that they may be CK'd at any time with proper reasoning from leadership.1.) Joining the faction is done all IC and the process will require you to plan and create a unique character that adheres to the faction requirements. Short description: Add the ability to go back a page in the mechanic garage menu. Detailed description: Add the option to go back a page in the mechanic garage menu when customizing your vehicle, as things are now when buying a let's say a spoiler, if we choose not to buy one we have to close the menu and make another order which requires a mechanic to accept the order every single time we want to try something new. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? It would make the whole process of customizing your vehicle a whole lot easier and faster as we could try more things on the vehicle without making a bunch of orders, especially if there is a number of vehicles in the shop at the same time as it would make the mechanic's life easier. Before I start off; don’t come into this thread woth “dont’t ERP at all go to pornsites” or similar. People have sex. Characters have sex. Some tend to roleplay it fully, some partially, some fade to black. All three should be respected. You dont get to see it against your will so dont bother about it? Onto the topic; recently a new ruleset was put in place to ensure protection against predatory behaviour. However, me and other community members have already established these rules can be easily exploited by underaged children playing in GTA World. To avoid these exploitations, some clarification is always welcome, primairly to the enforcement of the new rules. Lets say for exemple, my character starts engaging in sexual intercourse with a different character. I make sure to ask; “/b According to the rules you must be 18+ for this, are you?” and the person answers with “Yes” or similar. Then later down the line I suddenly find a report against me for breaching these new rules and with the person now providing evidence he or she is infact a minor. Would I be as fucked as I would be in the american justice system, or would I have myself covered? Would the person be punished for consciously trying to set an other community member up? Lets say for exemple, a player thats OOCly a minor, but ICly above 18, enter a stripclub / gentlemen’s club. All kinds of sexual roleplay is being performed here. Should everyone leave? Should the underaged leave? Would the stripper/prostitute be punished if people find out the customer is a minor? Would the minor be forced to leave? And if he/she doesnt want to, what punishment is issued and to who? Lets say for exemple the porn industry. Should players send in their actual IRL ID to have their characters work here? How does GTA World does its age verification? And most importantly; what falls under sexual conduct in these new rules? Is kissing already a no-go (as it is by law)? Or a slap on the butt would be okay? Where is the line between normal flirting and sexual conduct? We really need more clarification on this. Right now these rules are exploitable to the point where minors can literally just get anyone banned if they want to, which is not okay.

Scuba diving and camping for those of an adventurous spirit Dante Rosenberg Adventurers and those who wanna become one, had an opportunity to experience scuba diving like they never did before, guided by scuba diving expert. This Saturday, adventurers had a chance to participate in a interesting event organized by Mr. David Torres which took place somewhere around Paleto Bay shore. All interested met up at a parking lot near 'Hang Ten Adventures' store, work place of Mr. Torres, where they could buy tents, scuba diving gear, and other equipment necessary for this journey. Participants followed their guide to the Paleto Bay shore, where they set up their gear and camping tents. We've talked with Mr. Torres about this event, and why he chose this location: "I love outdoors activities, so I thought scuba diving and camping would be relaxing for people. I am experienced and licensed scuba diver. Those who want can go dive and others can stay on shore, relax and camp. Plan is to go scuba dive first , because I want them to see all the beautiful fauna under the sea and then to camp until the morning. I hope it will be fun for people and it's a great opportunity to meet new people" - says Torres. Divers followed Torres in pairs so there was no danger of someone getting lost. What's interesting is that divers could see amazing sights under water and one of them was a giant UFO that seams to be crashed underwater. It's not known why it is down there but it's assumed that it is a prop from local movie company that used it for one of their movie scene. David Torres gives gear preparation instruction before diving This is not first event organized by Torres and certainly not the last. "This is our fourth event. In the first one we did same as today but with fewer people, around twelve. Today we have around thirty people. Second event was hiking and camping in Mount Gordo and on third we went hiking on mt. Chiliad. On our next event we might be going to Mount Gordo again, who knows. It would be great to meet more people with boats, I know a great place but it's easier to get there by boat." - adds Torres. These events are free and safe even for first comers, Torres says that lifeguards were informed about event and were ready to help if needed. We spoke with few participants who were amazed with this trip, some of them also attended previous events hosted by Torres. "I think they are pretty fun, changes from all the monotony of the city. I attended last event where we hiked all the way up to Chiliad's summit, but this is first time I'm going scuba diving" - Victoria "It's my first time scuba diving. It was a real nice experience, instructor is really great and showed us lots of exciting things under water. Great people, great atmosphere. Interview with Sheriff's Department Luciana Saenz, Elizabeth Rankin A short introduction The recent riots have shaken Los Santos and it sparked multiple events to happen. It all started when a 911 call came from Covenant Avenue, Davis. On the scene the subjects seemed to be around 20 civilians standing by, moment when a Deputy Sergeant used a racial slur, which provoked a chain of events all around Los Santos. The approach of the deputies not only was unprofessional but also created so much unnecessary chaos. Could this be similar to the riots that happened in '90s Los Santos? Sergeant Nathan Tavares was the one responsible for the whole situation. Tavares used a racial slur and his unprofessional conduct provoked the group of people in Davis. What seemed to be just a simple 911 call escalated pretty quick during the evening and got worse throughout the night. Sgt. Tavaras was terminated within 48 hours as a result of Internal Affairs investigation. Another deputy used illegal force when it was not needed at all. For those who are not aware of the five levels of force, you can’t used lethal force on a person that is unarmed. Deputy Ellis Kane shot an unarmed person that approached under the assumption that the person had something in their hand. He was terminated and charged with criminal negligence and gross misconduct. Deputy Kane is currently awaiting to be transfered to a state prison. Interview A detailed official statement from the Sheriff's Department regarding the incident can be found on their website. We've got the chance to interview Sheriff Patrick Machado himself along with one of the Assistant Sheriffs, Dale Kelly. They summed up the aftermath of the events and explained the future plans they are working on. Sheriff Patrick Machado mentioned that bad actors exist and they can't catch them all but once they do, immediate action is taken which was proven with the internal investigations they've made. Moreover, his office will implement soon a Freedom of Information system which will have the role of assisting citizens to address the unfair treatment and unprofessional behavior. At the moment the department is trying hard to repair the damages done and improve the community relationship, however, any form of unlawful act will be toned down accordingly. While trying to improve the community, acting like we live in an anarchist society is not the way to go and although physical violence is used as a last resort, sometimes it’s necessary to uphold the law and maintain order, said Assistant Sheriff Dale Kelly.
