  2. Clique History: According to aforementioned information, the gang's structure was changed along with the cliques of the set. The South Side Carson Crip gang has always had 2 cliques within it known as the 5100 Dirty Davis Crips (1985 - 2003) on Brouge Avenue and the 5500 Tiny Bully Crips (1985 - 2002) on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. 5500 Low Life Mafia / Roy Bullies The 5500 block clique of the gang went defunct up until 2012 when Darnell Brim & Delmar "Ducc Low" Wallace decided to bring it back with a fresh name, the 5500 Low Life Mafia Crips (still under Davis Crip car). The clique 5500 Low Life Mafia was formed by: - Darnell "Big Brim" Brim - Delmar "Ducc Locc" Wallace - Lamarcus "Crazy Lane" Wilkins (SSIP) - Wendell "Baby Xplosive#5" Henley Delmar "Ducc Loc" Wallace - OG 5500 member, was apart of 55 Bully Avenues / 55 Roy Bullies as one of the last members, later formed 55 Low Life Mafia after prison release. Roland “Mafia Frogg” Webb - OG 5500 member, was apart of the 55 Bully Avenues / 55 Roy Bullies as one of the last members, later formed 55 Low Life Mafia with Delmar “Ducc Low” Wallace. Downfall of the 55LLM clique, circa 2020. 1: Javaris “S Face” Stewart, a very influential 55LLM figure, is on the run for the murder of 3 LSPD police officers. Himself, Carson “Five Time” Polk, and Keenon “S Maniac” Love all were involved in the slaying of the law enforcement officers. 2: Zariyah “S Sane” Stewart, another prominent frontline 55LLM member, was caught & killed in a drive-by shooting by members of Kelly Park Crips, she was a key member of the 55 clique, and this sparked multiple shootings over the span of a weekend, resulting in deaths from both sides. 3: Joseph “Bkad Time” Gilbert, another influencer from the 55LLM clique was shot & killed by LSPD in the midst of leaving his house. Joseph was another innocent death cause by the LSPD, and members of SSCC came together/ marched for the unjustified death of Joseph Gilbert. (5500 Slang) Bully Crip / Roy Bully Crip / Roy Bully Mafia / 55 Mafia / 55 Bully Crip / 55 Low Bully Crip / 55 Low Life Bullies / 55 Bully Blocc - alternative names for the 55 Bully Loc clique Bully Locsta / Bully Oso - a member of the 55 Low Life Mafia / 55 Roy Bullies Davis Bully Loc Crip / Carson Bully Loc Crip / Carson Mafia Bullies / Low Life Carson Crip / Davis Bully Crips / Carson Bully Crips - South Side Carson Crip name mixed /w 5500 Bullies in shorter form. On South Bully Loc / On 55 / On Bully Blocc / On Bully Mafia / On double L-M / On Low Life Bullies / Double L-BC Crip / On Bully Gang - swearing on the 55 Mafia clique (This slang is not often used by the younger generations of the gang but the message is still alive when one says so) Young Bull - a young recruit to the clique Carson Bull - a known fighter of the clique Mafioso - any member of the 55LLM Low Life Oso - a known robber in the clique Bully Oso - a known shooter / killer in the clique. Javaris “S Face” Stewart, Zariyah “S Sane” Stewart, H55D Day, circa 2020. Javaris “S Face” Stewart on the left, Roland “Frogg” Webb in the middle, Kaeja “Five Extraz” Crawley on the far right, H55D Day, circa 2020. Clique Information: I’d like to give @Balifornia credits for making all the information above. With that being said, we aren’t aiming to make this a faction. We’d just like to continue our daily RP, and showcase the RP after the gang going defunct. Anybody is allowed to RP with us as long as you are in Carson, that is where we mainly will be at. To all the admins, we are “NOT” a faction. Feel free to PM myself @Trap-Money Scooby @Swaii.Capolat, or @Crooks for a discord invite.

  3. my character transferred from the LSPD in gta: san andreas to the LSPD in GTA 5's san andreas (i roleplay GTA san andreas' san andreas as being on an island to the west of GTA 5#s san andreas). this is because they both look different in a lot of ways, including streets, land sizes, and graphics, so they're two separate places. sometimes my character might say he's "going back to san andreas to visit family in blueberry" and this normally creates some confusion with other characters, but then my character will just explain IC that there is a second san andreas on a different island nearby.

  5. Short description: Currently, if you say "no" to the people who came to extort you? They can kill you and burn down your business. Like really, they can do that. That is really unfair towards the other party. They cannot do such damage to the extorting party. The business party should be ABLE to CK the people who are coming up to extort them. Detailed description: Right, so we all know how "Extorting" works on GTAW right now. The extorters always have upper advantage on you. If you say yes? They get free cash from you every week or every day. It depends on them? Anyway, if you say no? They can kill you / burn down your place. BUT.. the question is.. what shit you can do to them? Nothing, you can just PK them or snitch them to cop (Which rarely works) The business party should be able to CK the extorters so this create more FEAR in their faction. Right now? The extorting RP is not really the best. You say no, they burn down your business. If you kill them? They come back after a few days with more people. The people who you killed? They will be back too, eventually. The same circle again. So.. that's why we need something to do the same damage. Commands to add: N/A Items to add: N/A How would your suggestion improve the server? This would make the things more fair for both parties. The extorting PARTY is really OP right now with only advantages.. Additional information: This is just common sense and fair play for both sides. If you hate this? You're probably part of illegal faction and you don't want any risks for your character when they approach business owners to extort their ass off. Some highlighted points from the thread.

  8. It just makes no sense to have California as a state alongside San Andreas. Why would there be two identical states? Rockstar quite clearly used California as their influence for San Andreas, it makes no sense for someone to fly from LSX to LAX to visit the sights in LA that are the exact same as they are in LS. Everything we portray is based off of California, except our laws weirdly enough.

  9. "The Mafia is the expert when it comes to killing guys like Gulino -- meaning, guys who know they are to be killed, but know how to defend themselves anyway. And are fearless. The mob did with Gulino what it always does with that kind of hard case. They got the only guys in the world he trusted to shoot him in the back of the head."

  11. NaQuian Mathis, a/k/a TG Mafia S Strike, is a African-American teenager from Roy Lowestein Blvd. He is one of the youngest TG’s from the freshly recreated 55LLM, and has always been a noticeable standout to his G-Homies. NaQuian’s big homie, S Maniac took NaQuian under his wing at a early age, helping him out with basic essentials like backpacks, school clothes, and occasionally pocket money. S Maniac quickly took a liking to NaQuian, and mentored him on the way of the streets, teaching young NaQuian how to hustle, provide, rob, and eventually kill. After being underneath S Maniac for awhile, it was time for him to get courted onto the set, also know as jumped in. NaQuian wasn’t a /killer/ yet, but was encouraged to ride on a gang related attack also know as a “mission” to prove his loyalty to the hood & members in it. The tables were set, and it was time to carry out the assault, all noticeable up and coming members of the 55LLM clique, Javaris “S-Face” Stewart, Zariah “S Sane” Stewart, Joseph “Bkad Time” Gilbert, and Keenon “S Maniac” Love showed up. NaQuian got high with the members before loading into 2 black sedans, and patrolling rival gang territories late at night. The main block they patrolled that night was the “Rollin 20 Outlaw Bloods” also known as the /twinkies/ as commonly referred too. S Maniac pointed out a single individual posted on Covenant Avenue, the main hub for the Outlaw Bloods. S Face immediately hit the lights, and all the individuals tugged on their flags to hide their facial identity, then S Maniac handed NaQuian a XD-40. The group proceeded to ask the man where he was from, but before he could answer gunshots rang out, NaQuian seen all his older G-Homies shooting and started to shoot as well. They all dashed off after killing the man, retreating back to their home turf. The next day, NaQuian was jumped into 55LLM and given the nickname YTG Mafia S Strike.

  12. I think roleplaying fear goes both ways. The point that so many people in the community have concurred on is that many criminal roleplayers are failing to roleplay any sort of fear of consequences for their extortion. I have never once heard of a business owner in Los Angeles outside of an immigrant ghetto being extorted by anyone, especially a mafia family. I challenge you to find 3 news articles discussing extortions or attempted extortions happening in Los Angeles, and I further challenge you to find one which doesn't end in "and has been arrested," "is under indictment," or "has been sentenced to." As it stands, many criminal roleplayers on our server are taking full advantage of the OOC limitations of our PD's ability to investigate and build casefiles against RICO violations. They know the odds of any consequences befalling their character are really slim, so their character feels free to brazenly walk into any business, threaten indiscriminately, and make bones with any random shop owner even though this does not happen at all in modern day American metropolises. It just doesn't. Currently, all IC and OOC consequences for extortion fall on legal roleplayers, and many criminal roleplayers are just treating this like a passive money farm.

  13. Coming from LSRP, I can tell you that I love how the legal business features are handled in GTA World, I really like that the employees get a paycheck and the entrance earnings aren't that much considering the server's economy. Also most people don't open on a daily basis and a lot of businesses need to pay security, staff and all. Back in LSRP was almost impossible to open a nightclub without loosing money. Very low income from the "V.I.P." fees was usually the earning factor. That is the reason of why there's so many different kinds of businesses in GTA World and I love it. The script supports creativity and legal roleplay which enforces the community to also have civilian characters, something that always lacked in LSRP or the people handling the legal side factions tried to be monopoly cringe moguls. With that said, the main point is that this form of extortion does NOT happen in this day and age in nice areas of any big American city where the FBI can easily react and ID a whole organization. Mobs don't expose themselves for small things like that in this time era. They generate way more money in drug deals, weapon deals, prostitution rackets, illegal gambling and so on in real life. As many have stated, this may happen in low income neighborhoods where immigrants or just poor families are extorted by a local criminal group (even street gangs). And it's most of the times done amongst people from the same ethnicity. Many say "but this is so good RP" while the real victims of this in game are creating these topics because it's NOT so good for them. People should roleplay fear to the FBI whether a faction exists or not, it's just realistic modern American roleplay.

  17. I guess the same could be said for any "legal" business. You're guaranteed your 20k per opening should you attract numbers, on top of that, most places charge a door fee. Now, most extortions are roughly between 4-10k a Week. Meanwhile those who actually run these businesses, risk free, are making anywhere between 20 to 100k per week (assuming they open atleast 5 times a week, and only collect the 20k government fee). I find it a bit silly how clubs and bars are willing to pay upwards of 10-15k a night for security but aren't willing to fork out 5-10k a week for extortion. I find the amount of money you can make from an opening silly as it is.

  18. Yup. In LS, you open a business with an expectation that you're gonna be extorted. It's just a matter of when and by who. I fail to see how that's realistic in any sense. In terms of the RP that can be generated, sure. But how many factions who are extorting several businesses actually RP with the businesses beyond coming to collect money? Is it really to generate RP, or to make easy cash?

  20. ^ This, and in my opinion: - We need a turf map to have ethnicities and faction lores properly displayed as it would be of common knowledge IC if X place is a predominant (race) neighborhood at the time. - We need OOC regulations for allowing extortion only to be performed at those turfs by the predominant local faction. - We need OOC regulations for NOT allowing extortion to be performed on areas under logical modern 2020 surveillance (cameras and police reaction virtually everywhere). This is based in Los Angeles in the modern day with modern laws, there's no need for IC movements about these laws, the server just needs to keep up with irl California laws. I was shocked yesterday that cops arrested a friend of mine for carrying 10 grams of marihuana when irl you can carry a full ounce of weed in L.A. legally. Hell even in Mexico you can carry 5 grams. - There should be a CCTV script that works similar to the wire script. A script that captures everything (/me's included since it's a camera and can record actions). These implementations would allow players to, according to them, enjoy the hell out of being extorted and making friends with crime organizations to let their shop owning civilian characters mix with the mob in order to get weaponry on a regular basis (as someone mentioned) or whatever other shady operations they might want to get involved into with the edgy mid-aged guys in tracksuits that sit at their place acting as if they own it while scaring the normal customers away. And for those who want to RP normal business owners from the 2020 in a huge metropolis based in L.A. without having anything to do with Italian/Russian/Mexican/Albanian/Chinese or whatever other organized crime group individuals, to do so in peace as the majority of business owners from L.A. do in real life as @Ink has said so. - Adjust the business land price according to the area that they at as it's also done with houses. This translates to IC common sense; Would you, in real life, place your business in a known dangerous neighborhood? Or would you choose a nice area to prosper? In real life the land price of a safer and nicer area is way higher than those in dangerous areas, therefore the poor immigrants tend to buy what they can which usually is located at those criminal infested ghetto districts. Well, those are the characters that can be realistically extorted. In no real case a victim of extortion does it because they want to, people get extorted because they have no other choice or money to establish in a better place. - When it comes to more severe laws, extortion and murder sentences should be VERY long. The server is a heavy text-based roleplay community, deathmatch and weapons should be barely used or at least the actions involving them should be VERY well planned. There should be more life sentences too and the server's CK rule of not NC'ing or CK'ing and immediately creating a similar character to avoid consequences should be really enforced. - If many members of a faction get arrested from these charges, they should face a faction shutdown.

  22. Speaking personally, I don't see a version of this that means that California can exist. Los Santos was based off of Los Angeles, LSPD/LSSD are both based directly on LAPD/LASD, our faction and city culture and subcultures are based off of LA. I understand why people are hesitant about this, but honestly it's better to simulate California as replaced by San Andreas state. If we're sticking to Rockstar lore, California does not exist.

  23. @RoryR you stated it to be a genuine interest in getting to learn why a traffic stop could take that long. Whether you buy it or not should not matter. It's clear this is not the case but more a shaming on the so called officers from the pd who conducted the stop on you and are looking for sympathizers. Nothing more nothing less, otherwise the so called "learning" would have stopped from the moment @xanx told you the reason. This isn't a friendly topic nor has it ever been. Having that said, you having learned the reason behind the 26m stop, what are you trying to gain now at this point?

  24. Honestly dude it's very difficult to tell the difference between a cop baiter, someone lagging horribly, general desync on the road, and someone legitimately roleplaying a DUI unless you're hammering out the /me's about your activity. Make sure the people you're trying to RP with know you're actually RP'ing something and you'll get a more definitive reaction, is my recommendation.
