  1. INTERVIEW WITH DJ AOI LOLA MENDOZA Warm greetings, Los Santos! The long-awaited interview with DJ AOI is finally here. Per usual, Saints News always delivers its promises! For those who are uninformed, DJ AOI (Rina Lee) is Los Santos' resident DJ, a well-known one too! Her notable characteristics during her performances are the famous musical theme nights and fabulous cosplays that go along with it. Additionally, the music she plays portrays her excitement and commitment that she has for her audience. If you haven't had the chance to visit one of her thematic nights, now is the right time to consider it! You can also show your full support for DJ AOI by clicking on her Facebrowser profile -here-. You can check the entire interview down below, with the inclusion of DJ AOI's picture. RINA LEE (DJ AOI) ____________________ THE INTERVIEW Lola: How did it all start for you, your career as a DJ? Rina (DJ AOI): Well, it's a long story. It all started when I was fourteen. It was a bumpy road for me, as back in Seoul, where I was born and raised, I've seen the music video of my favorite band - Girls' Generation. It was called "Catch me if you can." And then, like in the cartoons, a light bulb flashed above my head and I thought "I want to be a KPop idol". So after a long debate, my parents finally agreed on it. I recorded audition tapes of me singing and dancing to this song and I got accepted by CUBE entertainment. Although the journey of becoming a KPop star is really, I dare to say, rough. There were plenty of training, dancing and singing classes. We were divided into dorms by gender, so there was no time whatsoever to meet with boys. Not even going to mention dating, because it's a big scandal automatically. I was doing good, graduating from class to class, since school was important to me. I practically lived like a robot. But things were going well for me. I was assigned for a girl group project including 3 other girls with me, I was "maknae" of the group, which means I was the youngest face and the main dancer. But during one of dance practices I did one thing I don't recommend to anyone. I jumped in the air and wanted to finish it with a split. Sounds exciting. But along with the beat of the song I've heard a cracking sound. It was my knee. I couldn't move my leg, and froze in that position. Girls and my coach immediately knew that something's wrong with me, because I didn't get up. They called for an ambulance. It turned out that I dislocated my kneecap and unfortunately, my KPop career ended with this unfortunate occurrence. After years of rehabilitation, I was still dabbling with music, recording covers on my iPhone, playing on guitar and making DJ sets. I still have everything saved on my spare hard drive. Then I came to Los Santos intending to study at ULSA. I wanted to push my musical dreams aside, to become a programmer and work for game developers, until I came to Club Fusion with my friend. And I exactly remember that DJ RoE was on decks. I was excited for this party. I loved every second of his set, then I decided to message him on FaceBrowser, letting him know that I'm a rookie artist that would look for some guidance, and maybe he would kindly help me to kickstart my DJ career. I came to the empty club, played my first ever set in front of him, his jaw dropped, and we cooperate until today. Lola: That is a touching story, Rina. I'm glad that you've shared it with us, also that you found inspiration elsewhere when you were met with difficulties in your life. Who or what was your biggest inspiration? Rina (DJ AOI): I have a lot of people who inspire me at work. First of them is John himself. He's my mentor, I treat him like my father. I know he wants the best for me and always gives me constructive criticism regarding my work whenever I ask him. Second is Kim Hyoyeon, or HYO. She belonged to Girls' Generation and started a solo career as a DJ after the band became less popular. And well, my dearest friends who always get my back. Julia, Yoona, Ari, and Chris - along with my boyfriend. Lola: How would you describe your development as an artist? Rina (DJ AOI): I can say that in my sets there's always room for improvement. After the gig, I always sit down, get my sheet mask on and think what I could've done better. Whether it's interaction with the crowd or my song choices. I never stand with my chin raised, thinking "oh yeah, I'm that bitch, no one is as good as me", because simply it's not true. We have a lot of talents in the City, and we, artists, love to cooperate and not compete with each other. Lola: What is it about DJing that makes it interesting for you? Rina (DJ AOI): That it's not boring, simple as that. Every gig is different. Different people come, every set has its main theme. I even like to push it further and even dress for an occasion, like I did with The Garden, or our themed nights at Heat, when I make an original costume idea or cosplay some of my favorite characters. So far I dressed up as Sailor Venus and Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill. I don't know why, I always like to pick strong female characters I'm dressing up as, and that's what makes people excited, the fact that there's always something fresh and unexpected when I play. Lola: What was your first performance as a DJ like? Rina (DJ AOI): Oh, I remember I played really safe. Most of the songs were from known artists like The Prodigy, Scooter, and ATB. I'm not saying they were bad, per se. But I was keeping myself in my comfort zone for a long time. I was afraid that people wouldn't like me if I played harder tunes, like trance or dubstep, because it's a niche - not everyone likes this type of music. But then I talked with John and Jules (owner of Bahama Mamas). They suggested that I should experiment with my sets, play harder. Blow the roof, as people like to say it. Lola: Any particularly memorable night which you're fond of as a DJ? Rina (DJ AOI): It's definitely my debut at Heat along with John, I was so shy. I barely touched the microphone, he then nudged me lightly and told me to relax. People started chanting my name, cheering up. I even teared up a little on stage. It was just out of this world. Having chills down my spine, my friends were there and they all group hugged me, telling me how great I did that night. Lola: What's your routine before the beginning of a set? Any preparations? Rina (DJ AOI): Usually it's just a normal girl routine, I lay down in a hot tub with a face mask on, get some iced tea. Patiently watching the time, then I prepare my make up, get dressed and depart. Oh, and I always get a can of cherry cola before stepping on the stage. Lola: Can you describe your state of mind during the performance? Rina (DJ AOI): I always try to remain calm. I put my heart and soul into the gig. It's like I'm trying to tell you the story with each set, how much I love doing this for my crowd. And I think it shows with my energy. If I would be, I don't know - depressed, or allow other unpleasantries to rule over me, it wouldn't be the same. Lola: Speaking of, to continue onto your next answer. The relationship with the audience is crucial for the DJ, what is your approach to it? Rina (DJ AOI): For me, it's mandatory to cooperate with the crowd. When you just stand here, without at least bopping your head to the music you're playing, the crowd would be dead as well, and that's not the point of it. When I supervise other DJs, I always try to give them as much positive energy as possible, cheer them up, give them a piece of advice. And I can see that if people see that you're enjoying yourself, they will join you in doing the same, living their life, forgetting about problems. Lola: I witnessed several of your gigs, and I do have to say that you're astonishingly engaging with your crowd! Can you name one subgenre that you think it doesn't get the attention it deserves? Further on, do you have a favorite genre? Rina (DJ AOI): Hm, I'm comfortably introducing people and getting them familiarized with trance, although they tend to express their concerns with that particular genre of music - mostly as it's something they aren't accustomed to. And I would say that's one of my favorite genres, but I'm not generalizing. I love music, it's like a band-aid for our hearts. Because it's with us for most of our lives. Lola: Do you have any nuisances when it comes to the DJ scene? Rina (DJ AOI): Well, only one. People think that I'm a jukebox. Screaming to me to play Madonna or something. It's not that easy to alter your whole set in five seconds and play the song they want to hear. There's an app for it, it's called Spotify, or YouTube. I may do a subtle request, but only if it fits the theme. Do you imagine playing an upbeat song, and then breaking it with, I don't know, Frank Sinatra? That would completely kill the mood of the party. Lola: Precisely what I was thinking, too. Rina (DJ AOI): At least you understand, that's why I love having you on my gigs. Lola: Personal opinion on Los Santos' nightlife? Rina (DJ AOI): Hm, I think that with our current DJ staff and clubs that have been opened, I think it's the renaissance of the city's club scene. Everyone has something to represent, every gig is different, everyone gives you another experience. Lola: And lastly. Any advice for the aspiring DJs? Rina (DJ AOI): Keep on trying, don't be shy to ask the DJ a few questions after the gig if you want to become a DJ yourself. We're artists, we have to understand each other, cooperate, become friends. You want to become a DJ? Sure! Everyone is different, and that's what makes the scene exciting. We're not clones. So you can't say to yourself that you're not good enough before you even try. __________ Stay tuned for more interesting articles in the future! As always, reach out to Saints News with any stories! 3. Short description: Addition/Replacement of current custom female hairs as per the video's below. Detailed description: Over the past 6 months I have commissioned 30+ high quality female hairs. Most you may have seen being used in Facebrowser photos as I offered them for use in Single Player. I had previously offered the server an update to Soupiest's original pack with a selection of these hairs but at the time Rage had not been updated for easy mod/DLC pack use. I have since offered a new pack to be implemented in the server but as to my understanding there has been some hesitance in replacing any of the current hairs in use. I am suggesting that the current custom hair selection in the video below, be replaced by the custom pack pictured in the second video (or some compromised version there of). The selection I have made is a mix of the most popular free custom hairs and a variety of hairs most used on Facebrowser from the ones I've commissioned. I am hoping that feedback from the community will show support for some changes to the current hair selection so that management will consider using the pack. *Please note that at this current time the modding community has not discovered a way to add on new hairstyles. The vanilla gunrunning dlc added duplicates of the original game hairs and it is these duplicates that are replaced by the dlc packs. This gives limited amounts of hair models that can be replaced. [VIDEO] GTAW Current Female Custom Hair [VIDEO] Proposed Female Custom Hair *Please note that Menyoo doesn't show the replacements for 58 and 59 so I have added what would show up in those spots to the end at 76 and 77. If it is added to the server the vanilla hairs from the gunrunning dlc will show up in 76 and 77 as per the first video. *NEW EDIT: Soupiest has solved the add on hair problem. Here is a preview of what the new pack looks likes. These no longer replace any hairs, just add on the new ones. The link for this pack has been given to Nervous for use on GTAW. GTA V Add-on Female Hair Pack GTA V Add-on Male Hair Pack Commands to add: None, current custom DLC pack would be updated. Items to add: Current DLC pack would be replaced. How would your suggestion improve the server? I believe it would add unique customization not offered anywhere else.

  4. Short description: Bring back the visible kevlar items Detailed description: Kevlar is perfectly legal to have and use on the server, yet it was removed for what appears to be no reason and is now locked behind LSPD / LSFD walls, when realistically gun store would sell them on mass. They're useful for security, armed escorts and other events that deem it. Commands to add: Items to add: Wearable body armor How would your suggestion improve the server? Seems reasonable for security guards and civilians alike to own a kevlar vest, especially for security related events or living in a god awful area where the crime is sky high Additional information:

  6. Industrial accident at steel mill: 26 tons of slag spilled, Kayleigh missing A terrible tremor followed by flash of lights: this is what the inhabitants of El Burro could see and feel up the hill, when a terrible industrial accident took place earlier this morning. At 06:00 am, a truck full of burning slag left the steel mill but tipped over after a wrong turn, spilling its searing contents down the slopes. The LSFD quickly intervened in order to stop the molten metal from endangering the citizens, but the situation took an even more dramatic turn as it unfolded. Indeed, while most of the slag could be found and recovered, Kayleigh remained impossible to find. « She was indeed on our manifest: 26 tons of steel slag, including Kayleigh... But there is no trace of her anywhere in the spillage. ». The LSFD conducted and is still conducting an extensive research in order to find her whereabouts, but the massive amounts of steam and the scorching heat will certainly make the research extremely difficult. Regarding the safety measures taken during transport, the director of the mill asserted that « We have the best, topmost imaginable security here. This disaster came from a human mistake and bad luck, we will conduct a thorough investigation. ». When we asked about Kayleigh's disappearance and noted a better transport could have been used, he retorted: « Slag is an extremely dangerous byproduct, especially when it's still molten. We could have transported her in a normal car, but it would have been a very serious public safety problem. ». A special joint LSPD & LSFD task force will be created in order to find her. Anyone having information is strongly encouraged to contact the relevant authorities, especially since she is supposed to be carried along with a load of trumpets later today. Paints news is a news outlet, providing the most dubious information from the less reliable sources. Nothing we post should be taken as fact, unless you really have no critical sense. For more not-so-dependable information, do follow us on Facebrowser. We cannot, however, help you clean spillages.

  7. what does armor clothing item have to do with this? I full support, and FYI: The female armor wasn't removed, only the male one. It is very useful for airsoft, milsims, paintball, security, etc. I see no reason to be removed, the PD uses a different model one as well. A few duty belt options were removed as well for an unknown reason

  8. Howling Relic: Great Chaparral Mine Shaft Emilia Russo The last time I recounted my exploring was at the Baytree Canyon View. From there the entire scope of Blaine County like a theme park; the peaks of the San Chianski Mountains, the sway of the Alamo Sea and the winding dirt paths that intersect with long stretches of tarmac. Here on a snaking path that splits Galileo Road from the Route 68 end of Mount Vinewood Drive is where an abandoned mine shaft dwells behind valley oak and pine trees. The mine was set up to bleed ancient gold-bearing quartz veins dry as a part of the 19th Century Gold Rush that dominated territories dotted around the Sacramento River to the far Northwest. The industrial surge quickly swept down towards Southern areas such as San Andreas to attract immigrant drifters seeking their fortune as gold became increasingly rare. This is one of over 25,000 sites on the West Coast left behind by the boom when it was closed in the 1940s; what was once a bustling nook of a flourishing industry for over half a century just sits in a crumbling state of disrepair in the hands of the Bureau of Land Management. The boarded entrance to the drift mine. Drift mines have entry points or access indented into a slope and carve a horizontal path inside, all above sea level. Outside is what appears to be a deliberate display of old tools and mining equipment. What looks like a rusted bench weight for Arnold Schwarzenegger is in fact a set of cart wheels dumped next to a pile of gravel. Now as exciting as trudging deeper into the unknown can be, there are risks. The warning sign nailed to the creaking wooden barrier is not a tourist-baiting party piece, it’s a warning for the potential collapse or subsistence of the mine, deceptive vertical drops hidden in the darkness, a choking build-up of toxic or combustible gases and a potential lack of essential oxygen. So it’s with a sturdy helmet and a strong LED headlamp that I pass through the flimsy entrance to set foot inside. Stepping from earth to gravel crusted mining rails marks the first step of a journey into the dank recesses of the shaft, your first decision since stepping in comes with a split in the rails leading to equally ominous paths. The first fork in the rails littered with old barrels, antique pots, mine hoses and tubing that runs through the entire shaft. The tubes might have helped ventilate the shaft back in simpler times. Down to the left is another fork, the right hand side barricaded against what looks like an intentional rock wall. More relics show the way to an access tunnel likely used by miners to step between the rolling carts winding up and down the main tunnels. Heading left here takes you down a long curving path that straightens out into another barricade. Heading right is a brisk walk that ends in the only way it can, a barricade. This surprise access tunnel ends in another boarded up path found throughout the mine to discourage people from digging further. An unmistakable barricade ends the far-left path of the shaft. Stumbling back up to the first split, I decided to head down to the right into the shortest route in the entire shaft. A familiar sight looms out of the black: The shaft today is a literal shell of its heyday, lurking deeper is the thought that this dusty, eerie splinter of the earth’s bones were once manned by men dead set on excavating their livelihood and overburdening local city and rural accommodation. Rickety floor slats creak beneath your feet, rotting wooden beams and moth riddled tarps can be perceived as spectral cloaks. I ponder how years ago people bashed at the walls here for minerals and ores worth more than the essentials to survive, I couldn’t help thinking of the small chance of the ageing support beams splintering apart under the weight. From there you have no way back and you are at the mercy of history; rocks crash down, dirt cascades down to choke you, split wood pokes your skin and you’re lost in a black void. It’s not a pleasant idea but some people thrive from this constant danger. The mine's location and its underground layout. Exploring mine shafts is dangerous and should only be done with due care and caution to your environment and personal safety. Always inform somebody where you are and how long you expect to be gone, take the appropriate equipment and don’t take the structure for granted. ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ More From Saints The Perception Of Gangs DRESS TO IMPRESS (Businesswear) Body Found On Beach Onohara Murder, Yakuza & Aurora Siliciano Saints Travel #ForSaintsBySaints

  9. Your Guide to Businesswear Learn To Look Good, And Look Professional. Lola Mendoza Good day, Los Santos! Have you ever struggled with the selection of your outfits, more so with the decision about which clothing style is the most suitable for the fitting occasion? Saints News is bringing a refreshing subject for our dear readers, one which will hopefully lighten your regular day-to-day inconveniences - a fashion blog! Today we'll be covering business attires for ladies! Soon enough we'll publish more fashion blogs for other events too (male audience included), so stay tuned! "In order to be irreplaceable, one must always be different." Now you may wonder, what is business attire? Business attire is the clothing you wear in professional settings. You might decide how to dress depending on the type of office you work in, for an interview or for a meeting. There are varying levels of business attire ranging from “casual” to “business formal.” Based on the setting, you can decide which kind of business attire is appropriate. Our focus will remain on "business professional" and "business casual" styles, but you can find a full list of business attires down below: Casual Smart casual Business casual Business professional Business formal Gender-neutral "Style is a reflection of your attitude and your personality." BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL Business professional is a traditional form of attire used in more conservative settings or companies with strict dress codes. You might wear business-professional in industries like accounting, banking, finance, government or law. Business professional clothes should be well-fitted and may be tailored to fit you specifically. Model: Lola Mendoza Photographer: Marques King BUSINESS CASUAL Business casual is a common form of dress worn in many offices. While many classic business staples are used in business casual wear, there are casual elements included like khakis. Business casual is appropriate for many interviews, client meetings, and office settings. Because it is not very casual and also not very formal, this is usually an appropriate way to dress if you’re unsure about the setting. Model: Lola Mendoza Photographer: Marques King BUSINESS ATTIRE TIPS You might use different styles of business attire for different settings or occasions. Pay attention to the dress code, if applicable. If not, look to other people’s style of dress or ask around if needed. Dressing appropriately can help you be seen as a professional employee who cares about their success in the role. DISCLAIMER As it stands, tastes can be disputed, and I certainly do not claim to be all-knowledgable when it comes to fashion. My aim here was to provide a swift and easy solution to those that cannot seem to trigger their fashion senses. For deeper research, I strongly advise that you check actual modeling and fashion websites. ___________________________________ More From Saints Body Found On Beach Onohara Murder, Yakuza & Aurora Siliciano Glow Night 19' - HEAT NIGHTCLUB Saints News #ForSaintsBySaints

  10. The Property Requests panel on the UCP enables you to gain and alter properties on GTA World. The most common use of this panel is requesting a new property on the server, which gives you far more control over buying a property on the server as you get to choose where a property will be, what its name will be, what the property will be and what it looks like inside. Additionally, you can submit requests in ways to alter properties you currently have, such as changing the interior, or adding back doors to them. This thread will break down the property requesting system and provide information on the different types of requests you can do, as well as how to do them GTA World is unique among roleplaying servers as requests are handled via our UCP and allow the process of requesting to be more automated and easier to do. Every type of request, aside from smart teleports, can be made on our UCP via this link. This page can also be accessed by clicking the 'Property Requests' panel on the UCP's toolbar. The link will take you to a page that looks like this: As you can see, there are many different options to choose from on this page which can be quite confusing, they break down as follows: 1. Request a Property This is the most essential and common type of request. A property is a building on the server that you press Y to enter into. Properties on the server are divided into three types: residential, commercial and garages. This option is solely for commercial properties. Houses cannot be requested while the House Garage option allows you to apply for garages. This option is therefore there if you wish to create a new property of a commercial type, this can range from night clubs to warehouses and everything in between. You can also use this option to request a property inside an existing one, such as toilets or an office. When you click the request a property option, you will be met by this screen: The instructions you need to follow are fairly straight forward. The simplest part is the first options which give us basic information about your request You select which character you want to do the request with. If that character belongs to a faction, enter the faction name. It's recommend that if your faction is currently in the process of being reviewed by Faction Management that you wait until it has been accepted in case they raise concerns. Including your Discord name is helpful as Discord is a really useful way to get in touch with you with any quick questions we may have. The Property Name is simply what you want the property to be called. The next boxes give us information about where you want the property. The first option is dimensions. The server is divided into dimensions with each property having its own - you can find out the dimension of a property you own with /pinfo. Generally you will want to put 0 here, which is the server's main dimension, however, if you want a backroom or something similar put inside of your property, then put the dimension of your property. Finally, in terms of locating the property, you write down the coordinates of the property. These can be gained from doing /getcoords at the place where you want the door. Please give the coordinates of where you want the door, not the rough area of the property. We normally check, but things can slip through the cracks and can cause issues for you when the property is added. The final boxes are for you to tell us about what you are requesting. In request reason, you should write at least two paragraphs explaining what you want requested. You should cover what the business is, how it will be used, what it will be like, why your character would want to request such a property and how it suits your character. In additional notes, leave any small comments that you might want to, such as how you may use an interior. From this point the request becomes straightforward as you select your interior and confirm your request. If you want to use an area or interior not covered by the interior list, feel free to reach out to a member of PM to ask about and/or leave a note in the additional notes box. If you want to map a whole brand new custom interior, 39 and 216 and 200 are the best options. For 200, your property simply has a large space to expand from. We recommend doing your ID 200 mapping in the airport hanger due to its size and the fact it prevents weather from entering your interior. Rules: If your requests are genuinely not serious, it can result in administrative punishment. This request system is meant for serious requests in order to improve a player’s RP. You must have gone through FM before posting a request for your faction to own a business or lease. Property requests can take up to a week before response, please do not message an admin in order to speed up the process. Things to bare in mind when requesting: Your request must be serious and be made with the intention of getting the property. Property Requests should not be made to gauge prices given it takes multiple people to price a property. If your request is for something deeply tied to a faction, such as an MC Clubhouse, you must have your faction approved by Faction Management and your thread up, otherwise your request will be denied. Property requests can take up to a week before response, please do not message an admin in order to speed up the process. We review requests collectively and require a minimum of three people to provide their input on a request before it is handled for fairness and maintaining consistency. You should not make a request for the sake of a request. A requested property should fit your character and their background. If you appear to just be requesting things to make money, rather than for roleplay reasons, your request may be rejected. You cannot request part of a building, such as a floor from a skyscraper. You must request the whole property and any pricing will reflect that. You should go into depth, explain your character, their background, why they are suited to the property you have requested and why they would want what you are requesting. You should also explain what the business is, what it will be used for, what may be unique about it and any plans you have for it. 2. Interior Change Interior changes are straight forward and swap out your existing interior for a new one. These can be requested on all types of properties. The most important aspect of this request is ensuring the interior you choose matches with the exterior of your property. With this request, you only need to select your character and interior from the drop down menus on screen: If you intend to only use an aspect of an interior and map the rest off, make sure this is included in the additional notes section. For example, the interior 29 that has been selected in the screenshot can be used for solely the individual offices or toilets within the interior. Typically, if you just want a room from an interior, we can offer it at a lower price. 3. Lease Request The lease system allows for players to take on existing properties for a monthly fee. This basically allows players to get into business roleplay without necessarily having to spend a large amount of money. This does however mean that the player would need to follow a specific set of guidelines when it comes to roleplay and activity to make sure that it stays fair for everyone. You’ll start by selecting your character and the property you’re looking to lease. If a property you’re interested isn’t on the list and you’d like it to be a lease, contact the head of leasing. It will tell you below what the property details are like ID, name, and fee. The fee is something you will need to pay per month in order to lease it and run it under your name. Once that is done, you will be prompted for the IC portion of your lease, as it’s all IC. You will need to provide your character’s name, birth date, home, and so on. Below that, you’ll be prompted to write the reason why you want this request and what you plan to do with this leased property. Finally, you’ll come to the OOC section. From there you’ll have to submit your discord name, faction name (If you have one). If it will be used for your faction, check off the box. And any additional notes can go below before going to the confirmation stage. 4. Property Move The property move system allows you to move an existing property from one building to another. This is generally allows players to expand or open something close to their business in a different location. This does not allow you to transform your business into something radically different, for example, a restaurant into a mechanic garage, but would allow someone with a smaller restaurant to upgrade or move across the city if there was good reasoning for such a move. The request page looks like this: You need to select your character and then write down the coordinates of the property. These can be gained from doing /getcoords at the place where you want the door. Please give the coordinates of where you want the door, not the rough area of the property. You can then write the reasoning for the move and any additional information you have about the move request in the boxes below. 5. Shop Menu Shops are scripts that allow players to interact with businesses in interesting ways, there are numerous shops that have different functions, such as 24/7s that allow players to buy products or mechanic shops that allow players to edit their vehicle. Shops can be used to compliment your business and result in the players that visit of script-wise services or items. A full list of the available shops can be seen on the UCP drop down menu that says Shop Type. Start by selecting your character and the business property you’re wanting to use for it. Then proceed by selecting the business shop type that will compliment your business. From there, it’s up to you to name your business’ name, and it should be the same as your property’s. Once that is down, you have to provide a blip and color for when the system scripts it in. It links you to where the blip icon number and blip icon color numbers can be found. Note, these have to be numbers, not names. You can get the coordinates by using the /coords command ingame where you need your business script needs to be set up. Once that is done, you just need to explain the reasoning of why you need the script within your business and why it’d be that certain shop type. 6. Interior Change Interior changes is a system that allows players to change the interiors of their garages, business, or homes. This gives the player a personal choice for their own insight on a property, and how they’d want it to look on the inside. However, be wary of your property. Not all interiors can fit the exterior, and it will take a moment for Property Management to get to these. These do cost money, and it will be displayed when selecting the interior. Start by selecting your character and the property you would like to change the interior of. Once that is done, you can select the interior you’d like to change your property to. Below, it will tell you the interior ID, name, and the price. Do remember, you need to have this money on your character, else you simply can’t purchase it. Finally, just post the justifiable reason in the Additional Notes for why your property would have this interior, and why you want it. 7. Property Move Tired of your business at one location? With Property Move, you can request your business to be relocated to a new building. With this, you’ll have to find an appropriate building for your interior, unless you’re changing that with the move. Note: You cannot move a house or lease property. Start by selecting your character and the property you wish to move. Once that is done, you can use /coords Ingame to get the coordinates for the new location. Finally, go into detail about why you want to move your property. This will need detail and good reason why your property is picking up and moving all of a sudden. Additional notes or mini-details that you want to stick out. 8. House Garage When you purchase a home or a business, it may have a garage attached to it. You can request it here fairly easily, and for free. A garage is used for vehicle and item storage, or possibly a mini-den. These are not to be used for absurd ideas and insane reasons. Note: If the garage already exists, you can make a report in-game to receive it. Start by selecting your character and property, and find the location of your garage Ingame. You can use /coords to get the coordinates for the UCP Location of Property Entrance. Once you have done that, please provide reasons and details of why you should have this garage implemented for you. Once you have done that, you will be prompted to select an interior. Keep in mind that this interior must compliment the exterior. Once you select the interior, it will tell you the ID and the name of the interior. Pictures will be provided in order to help size the interior. 9. Smart Teleport In Development - For the time being, you will have to request Smart Teleports on the forum. Please do not make a report ingame for these, as it will not be answered. Smart Teleports, unlike the other requests on this list, are requested on the forums. You should not report for them in game or over Discord. These requests allow for teleportation two points that would be realistically acceptable. This could mean backdoors, balconies, getting into an area you couldn’t work, such as a bar. This GIF demonstrates what’s possible with smart teleporting. You can only request a teleport for a property that you own. To make a smart teleport request, create a thread in this forum section with the title [Teleport request - YourInGameName]. You should then paste in the format at the bottom of the guide before filling in the details. You must include your character name and UCP name, however, your Discord name is optional. We recommend you include it so that a member of PM is able to quickly reach out to you to ask any questions they may need to about the request and speed it up for you. The other sections of the request are straight forward. You can get your Property ID by doing /pinfo either inside or at your property’s door. You should then provide pictures that show what you want either by uploading it to the forums or an image hosting site such as imgur. Finally, state what sort of teleport you want, such as a balcony that informs the handling staff member what you want from the request.

  11. Both Unidad Uno Doce, and La eMe are very secretive factions that tend to avoid posting screens that give people to much info.

  13. Shelby Diaz is originally from Liberty City and came to Los Santos on September 2nd, 2019. She grew up in a family that was a rather upper-middle class. Shelby enjoyed the city life in Liberty City for many years. However, she always had an inner burning passion to become an entrepreneur. At eighteen, she had offers to attend Liberty City University. However, she shocked her family and friends by deciding to go to a trade school and pursue certifications. This did not sit well with her father, in particular, as he was a prominent banking executive and wanted his only daughter to follow in his footsteps. However, Shelby did not want any of that. Over three years, she obtained certifications in welding, machine tool technology, and plumbing. Shelby gradually started to gain her father's respect and approval of going on an unconventional path. Instead of her peers who went to college and majored in various fields and getting into 50k+ debt, Shelby was working as a plumber making in roughly $38,000 per year. By the age of 23, Shelby had saved up ~$128,000 from working in the trades. She also got to keep all of this money as she lived with her parents and did not have rent to pay. Sadly, around June of 2019, she started to get irritated and tired of living in Liberty City. She had heard about Los Santos for many years. She was afraid to tell her parents about her plans of moving. However, it turned out they were very supportive of this decision. On September 1st, 2019, she said goodbye to her parents and her beloved German shepherd. She would take an 8-hour overnight flight and arrive at Los Santos International Airport early the next morning. Shelby has many ambitions in the city. She does not want to work for anyone anymore and hopes to start her own business in the trades field. She also has a warm heart and is eager to help the people around her by providing them with jobs and helping to get individuals out of poverty by learning about the amazing opportunity in the trade fields.

  14. Damn bro go easy its just a discussion on implementing an idea; no need to go crazy. People who play on this server reside outside the United States where they don't support civilian vest ownership so they may not be as informed. All that aside i agree with you; licensing for a vest isn't needed, i should be able to go buy one off the shelf like I already can.

  15. A functioning Los Santos Bank faction with account managing (suspicious deposits) and financial help for players who are excessive spenders. Perhaps even dipping toes in stocks of different companies. Or something like a sport organisation with multiple teams to compete over scripted/role played games. (Just an idea)
