  6. Playboys 13 is a prominent and extremely violent Sureño gang based out of Los Santos, San Andreas. The gang is made up of dozens of cliques, that operate completely separate of each other, throughout the city. Playboys 13 cliques have even been to known to war with each other. The Westside Playboys originated during the 1950's in the Pico-Union area of central Los Santos, the Eastside Playboys began during the early 1970's in South Central, and the Southside Playboys began during the early 1980's. The gang is known to operate in the areas of drug trafficking, fraud, extortion, armed robbery and various other illegal activities. The gang is made up of primarily youth and young adults with one of their reported affiliates being only eleven years old. The gang is known to war with various other gangs including Mara Salvatrucha 13, Florencia 13, 38th Street, and the 18th Street gang. Their rivals have been known to refer to them as "Peanutbutters." One prominent member of the gang was Calvin "Spanky" Hastings, a Chicano rapper from the South Gate Playboys who was murdered on Father's Day (2016). Krazy Lowks Clique The Krazy Lowks clique of the Playboys 13 gang was founded sometime in the mid 1990's and affiliates with the Southside Playboy's sub-set of the gang. The clique is known to operate along Brouge Avenue in Davis. Prominent members of the clique include Roberto "Freak" Ordonez, Daniel "Chunky" Fierro, and Richard "Stoner" Valencia. Ordonez was gunned down by the LSPD on September 29th of 2019 after engaging in a shootout with police. Valencia is currently serving life in Bolingbroke State Penitentiary for the 1st Degree Murder of two Norteño gang members, and Fierro was also gunned down by police after engaging in a shootout with them following the armed robbery of a Vinewood gas station and the murder of a civilian who was in the gas station at the time. This clique of the Playboys 13 gang is known for extreme violence. Their rivals include the Jamestown Mafia street gang and various cliques of the Mara Salvatrucha street gang. This clique of the gang is alleged to have close ties to The Mexican Mafia prison gang with several of their members serving time in state prisons. The Mexican Mafia is believed to have notable influence over this clique often ordering them to commit murders and various other atrocities on behalf of them. The Krazy Lowks clique is believed to have as many as a hundred members with as many as twenty of them currently serving time in prison.

  7. "Rexdale in the York Region. It's not home to any public type gangs, but there are little groups here and there. A lot of students that attend college/university in Toronto usually stay around here. I wouldn't say this is necessarily the "hood", but as I stated above there are multiple groups in this location that might escalate things. If you're trying to roleplay like you're from this particular area I'd throw something about my character having a rough path on the streets but a decent home-life." Rexdale is literally regulated by one of the largest Crip gangs in the city. They regulate not only Rexdale, as a whole, but regions surrounding Rexdale such as Willowridge, Westway, Martingrove, Black Friar etc... They're predominantly known as "DOOMZTOWN [Crip]. Jane and Finch is no longer the most "hardest" or "roughest" regions of Toronto, any more, as the increase in Law enforcement and social assistance programs have decreased crime within the region. In reality, Rexdale region and Dixon possesses a higher crime rate within The Greater Toronto Area, within the past decade. In this case, Dixon, which only consists of six buildings, possesses the highest crime-rate within the entire GTA, with millions of dollars worth of narcotics and firearms being ceased during the Robert Ford-escalated raids in the region. Source: Raised with people from Rexdale for over a decade (Specifically with the person in the second video). However, I tend to refrain from utilizing Toronto slang, haha Dixon:

  8. . Fire Chief Frank Osborne (left), Acting Chief of Police Charles Hughes (center) and Mayor Vincent Rockford (right). Joint Press Conference Announces Tactical Medics - September 9th, 2019 On the 8th of September Mayor of Los Santos Vincent Rockford, Acting Chief of Police Charles Hughes and Fire Chief Frank Osborne got together to hold a joint press conference on the introduction of a new Tactical Medic program. After an introduction by Rockford both chiefs introduced the program and what it would mean for their respective agencies. The Tactical Medics will be individuals trained to provide medical aid while operating in the high stress environments officers of the Metropolitan Division operate in. Sometimes a situation is too dangerous for regular LSFD personnel to operate in due to active shooters and other hazards. These are the situations that warrant the deployment of Tactical Medics as both professionals in safely managing these hazardous environments and saving anyone who may get injured in these environments. As of current medics of the Tactical Medic team will be medically trained Los Santos Police Department officers, although the possibility of embedding Los Santos Fire Department EMTs is being discussed and possibly something that may be done in the future.Fire Chief Frank Osborne had the following to say about the new program:"A couple of months ago Chief Hughes and Captain McGill approached me with their idea of the (tactical EMT) team. We started working on it as both departments understood the importance this team has for the city. There are situations that prevent our department from responding and being able to have a capable team to assist was needed a long time ago. Thanks to our training division, being led by our Lieutenant Hough, who collaborated with Captain McGill, we were able to set up the documentation and training required to make the team a reality. This is the first time our department certified another medically certified another department, and it is a honor for us to make the LSPD the first department we certify. This co-operation between both departments can only ensure a better and safer city for all of us. We are going to rise and shine together and will make this city a better place together."Detective Kenji Hamasaki, one of the new Tactical Medics, had the following to say:"During my time in the program, we were not only treated well but also trained hard. We need to be ready to do whatever we can to save those who we serve alongside with. We're expected to be in the best possible shape in order to complete our goals. The training comes down to working under fire getting down to the nitty and gritty of medical care. Captain McGill skipped no details when going through this. This was done to allow us to perform to the best of our ability. We plan to continue this effort to not only keep those who we work with safe, but also to work with the Los Santos Fire Department."After the introduction the present members of various press agencies got the chance to ask questions.Police Officer III Megan Rutledge MRCAD Officer Media Relations and Community Affairs Division
