  2. Settling In "Don't ask if i'm happy, you know that i'm not. But at best I can say i'm not sad." "Dear Diary... I've been settling back into town well.. Sandy Shores, but i'll get into that later. I came back to the city thinking life would go back to how it was once upon a time. My old friends and my fiance would all just be there waiting for me and life would go back to how it was. Guess that'll never be the case again. I came back to Los Santos and spent nearly a week sleeping in my car. I posted a message on the Facebrowser saying I was looking for a roommate and lucky enough for me a man in Sandy Shores offered me a room in this place. So now i'm living back in the country with two interesting guys. They are really interesting folks.. One of them ..The one who owns the house I think works two different jobs. I don't really ask, but when I hear him talk on the phone it reminds me of Troy's old work.. Anyways. The other guy has a little pet rat which is cuter than you would think. He's head to toe in tats and a total druggie, i'm still waiting to party with him cause he seems fun. I'm real thankful for them offering a room, but I can't lie and say this isn't exactly how I was hoping things would go when I came back to San Andreas. I spend my free time these days either jogging or going around bars. Going out ain't what it used to be either.. It's a weird blend of not knowing anybody and also feeling like people know who you are. So I never know, do I enjoy myself or do I have to behave in case I see someone from my past? Maybe i'm just over thinking.. Yeah. As for boys and dating I don't think I can. I thought I was ready, but every time I began to talk to a boy I just go ghost on them the very next day, I don't know.. I feel like nothing can ever top what my life was like about 10 months ago or so. Regardless i'm off to bed. -xoxo Charlie Simpson"

  5. I was talking to an old friend of mine about returning to SAMP but both of us were hesitating. We were even discussing how far developed the GTAV MP scene is by now but couldn't find any good server. Then, pretty much completely randomly I saw @goddessoflife video on YT a couple of days later and just decided to give it a shot. ?

  6. Ever since the most recent RageMP update, I know that a lot of people have been having issues with interior music, car radios being too loud and etc. Turns out, there is a fix for this, and it's quite simple. Load directly into GTA Online from your GTA V menu (do NOT go into single player first, but load directly into GTAO). Go to Settings > Audio > Move the Music slider to 0 and close the menu. Open the original menu and go to Online and then Exit Game from there. This doesn't just mute the interior music in GTAW, but it does also mute the car radio when you start your car engines and so on. Nothing revolutionary, but it's a quick and easy fix to a problem that I know has been annoying for a lot of people. Shoutout to @Triple Seven for testing this.

  7. Going to try out a screenshot thread, it'll keep me motivated and encourage me to find the ghost of Los Santos and roleplay with them. Dorian McNamara is a twenty year old high school graduate who hails from Boston, Massachusetts but is currently living in Los Santos with his uncle working a hated roofing job that he's only involved with to keep his uncle from kicking him to the curb. He pays special attention to the fashion industry and is trying to use his tiny internet following and connections to become apart of just about any brand that would entertain having this hooligan represent them. The man lacks common sense, is funny, a genuinely kind person, but he will fight somebody for less, and also dabbles in petty crime. Underground rap culture is his life changing influence for better or worst. This guy has absolutely nothing to live for other than a bottle of fireball and the ability to forge his own "designer" clothing or spend all his money on it because he's young, dumb, and trying to impress his internet idols. Dorian is going down a dark route as of late. Trap house scumbag fashion icon drug dealing sexual deviant internet personality gun peddler?

  8. Info: Name: Christopher Jackson Turner Date of Birth: Tuesday, March 3rd, 1998 (Pisces) Birthplace: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Appearence: Height: 6’0ft/182.88cm Weight: 164 lbs Build: Skinny Eye color: Brown Accent: Southern Louisiana/New Orleans Story: Christopher Jackson Turner was born on March 3rd, 1998 in Baton Rouge Louisiana. He grew up in the public housing projects on Gardere Lane (known as G-Lane), a neighborhood with a high poverty rate, along with a very high crime rate. Growing up in a single parent household, his mother – Caroline Turner gave birth to her only son at the age of sixteen, when she was just a sophomore in high school. Her longtime boyfriend at the time, and Christopher's father, Jordan Williams was eighteen when he found out he was going to have a son. Jordan at the time was a high-school dropout, and making a decent amount of money for only being eighteen years old, by working as a pimp in a prostitution ring spread out across the neighborhood. Since Baton Rouge has one of the highest STD ratings in the country, Jordan was only adding to this percentile. It was Jordan’s idea to name his son Chris, after his favorite NBA player at the time, power forward Chris Webber who played on the Washington Bullets, however Caroline didn’t approve of this name, and wanted a more full name – so the two argued about naming their son for weeks, until they were both willing to settle with Christopher, which has the definition of “carrier of Christ.” (The following map shows the area of Baton Rouge Christopher grew up in, Gardere Lane, or as the locals call it “G-Lane”.) After celebrating only his son’s second birthday, on March 19th, 2001 Jordan’s life would be taken in a homicide that was committed by his own friend, Torrance Booker. The police explain the event to have been the cause of the two former friends arguing over a card game, in which Torrance lost, and refused to pay his debt. After a fight broke out Torrance reached for a pistol and gunned Jordan down. Caroline took her longtime boyfriend and baby daddy’s loss very hard, and began to pursue Church every Sunday, at a Lutheran traditional church. Since she found the path of god, she finally got her two year old son at the time baptized, and would enroll him in Sunday school classes for toddlers. (The newspaper article that was published by Baton Rouge Daily, the day after Jordan was murdered.) (A mugshot from 2000 of Christopher’s father – Jordan Williams after being arrested for possession of narcotics.) Growing up, Chris was always driven by his mother to be the best he possibly could, and was always kept busy and involved, between Church, sports and school. As a child, his elementary school teachers described him as bright, energetic, and enthusiastic about learning, causing his mother to be very proud of her son from an early age. She even would call him “Smiley” because he was always seen smiling and happy as a toddler, and it was rare to see him upset or crying. Throughout middle school he kept his focus on extra circular activities, and played on the Cougars – Bailey Middle School’s basketball team. By the end of eighth grade, and the summer going into high school however, things began to spiral downhill. During the summer, because of the immense free time he had on his hands, without having priorities such as team sports and school, a large window of opportunity opened up for him and his friends to get in trouble, especially since he was home alone five days a week for seven hours while his mother was at work. At the age of fourteen, Chris had tried smoking weed for the first time out of a home-made aluminum pipe, and after taking the first toke he fell in love. It was a match made in heaven he thought. Every day of the 2011-2012 summer vacation that year, he’d go to his friend Brandon’s house whose father sold dope and would do nothing except play Xbox 360, get high and munch out on junk food. His mother, who knew her son like the back of her own hand, knew something was up, and one night caught him at three in the morning in their backyard smoking pot out of an apple. As soon as she caught him, she instantly took off her belt and laid down the beats on him, attempting to scare him to stop smoking. However, the marijuana usage didn’t come to a halt, and despite being a strong believer in Christianity, his mother seemed to grow tired of arguing with her son, as it was starting to put a strain on their relationship, and thought to herself that as long as it’s just pot, he’ll be alright, and allowed him to smoke it care-free. By the time his freshman year came around, lots of the kids he grew up with and went to grade school with were tatted up, gang-affiliated, or not even going to school anymore, being drop-outs and the girls were beginning to walk around school with babies in their stomachs, it was a truly toxic learning environment. High school was a rude educational awakening for Chris, as he started the school year, he was out of shape from doing nothing for three months during summer vacation, so he didn’t try out for any school sports, and he lacked motivation to do well in school, since nine out of ten times, he’d be showing up to school baked anyway. Despite all of this, Chris was still a pretty smart kid compared to his peers, and steered clear of gang-banging, and never took home a failing grade during his freshman year, averaging a C+ in his classes. Finishing his freshman year at the age of fifteen, his marijuana habit was beginning to get more and more expensive, and to support it, he knew he had to get a job somewhere to finally make some money on his own. So he applied at every fast-food restaurant close to him, and ended up getting hired at a local fried chicken restaurant. Chris hated his job, but he loved and looked forward to pay-day every Friday, so he stuck with it for about three months before he was fired for failing a surprise pop-up drug test given by the store’s branch manager. With all of the money he had earned during his three month fried chicken venture, he was left with two dollars in his savings. He loved the feeling of earning money, and loved smoking weed, so the idea finally dawned on him – why not start selling it? So this is what he did, he began by purchasing an ounce of some dro off of his friend Brandon, who was now fully fledged in the dope game, and started flipping them to double his profit. Chris finally had some motivation and drive in his life once again and loved what he did, he was great at it. He was able to tell himself no, when he wanted to smoke some of his product, because the only thing he loved more than weed was money. (A photo taken of Christopher Turner (left), and best friend Brandon Peterson (right) during their sophomore year at Catholic High, in Baton Rouge during their 2013 school year, both aged 16 in the photograph.) Going into his sophomore school year, he had moved up from flipping half ounces and ounces, to flipping quarter pounds and eventually half pounds. He was making more money than he ever thought he could be just by selling weed, and his job as a drug-dealer took priority in his life, over attending school, even though he was just sixteen at the time. During his second year in high school, he would skip full weeks at a time, only rarely attending three days a week at tops – but even for those few days he showed up, he would go home early to get high. When he was at school, he was one of the freshest dressing kids to attend, now that he was getting money, he was cashing out on expensive brand clothing, such as Ralph Lauren t-shirts, True Religion jeans, Rock Revival jeans and Nike Air Force Ones and Jordan basketball sneakers. By the time the second semester of his tenth grade year rolled around, he just stopped showing up altogether, and eventually dropped out. By the time he was nineteen, he decided to purchase a pure bred American Rottweiler puppy. Giving the dog the name Bear, he spent lots of time training it to respect and listen to him, he would be very hard on the dog, and would often have to get physical with the dog to get it to obey him and to assort his dominance as the true alpha male. He trained it to be a guard dog, and would leave it chained up outside of his mother and his house to act as a security system, and that’s exactly what Bear did. The dog chased off trespassers coming onto their property, and would alert his owners if anybody was coming inside, barking and growling extremely loud. Chris became very attached to his dog over the years, and is waiting until Bear’s fully grown to bet on it in a dog fight, to earn some extra side cash. (Christopher’s Rottweiler, Bear at the age of six months, photo taken in Baton Rouge.) At the age of twenty, Chris’ girlfriend at the time – Briana Farris announced that she was pregnant with his daughter. Chris was offended when she told him, and they got into a very big screaming match, which led up to getting physical. He didn’t want to accept the responsibility of fatherhood, as he wasn’t mature enough to step up to the plate. By the time his daughter was born, his baby mama named the baby Mariah, and he had come to terms with being a father, and accepted responsibility. However, he still didn’t want to help raise her child. He and his baby mama still were on terrible terms, and the two couldn’t stand each other, but Chris helped financially, with providing diapers and visiting his daughter once or twice a week, bringing toys every time he saw her. Briana didn’t think this was enough though, and soon filed suit against Christopher for child support, and the suit ended in her favor – she’d be getting $500 a month from Chris. Outraged, Chris soon stopped showing up to see his daughter, as he couldn’t stomach being in the same room as his baby mama, and his visitation with his daughter turned from a few times a week, to once or twice a month. Not knowing what else to do, Chris wanted a clean slate, a fresh start - so he made a fast decision, giving it no second thought to move out of the state. He decided on the west coast, as his younger cousin Keyante Banks, his grandmother and aunt, all lived out there. However, the child support was burning a hole in his pocket, so he decided to settle on moving to Blaine County, as it was much cheaper, and he preferred the country lifestyle anyway, given he spent his whole life in the dirty South. So, on February 20th 2019, he packed up all of his belongings, as well as his Rottweiler Bear (who is now two years old, and 105 pounds) and made the 30 hour road trip from Louisiana to Blaine County to make a new life for himself. When he first arrived, he was hired at the local grocery store to workas a cashier, but lasted about a week before quitting. He hadn’t worked a real job since he was fifteen and couldn’t stand it, so he went back to what he did best. With a few ounces of drugs in his position from home, he began selling out of Blaine County, and even started to break into cars and sell them to chop shops for instant profits. Christopher’s main drive is money, and doesn’t let anything get in the way of getting it.

  9. Short description: I want that the citations that the LSPD gives out to be paid at either the city hall or any other official government building. Detailed description: Right now, whenever the LSPD gives a citation to a player, they get the see the citations but they are also able to pay it instantly at the spot, which is kinda NON-RP at all. Me myself, I gave a person 2 citations and after checking, I saw they instantly were gone on the spot ( he paid them instantly) Commands to add: /payfines ( at the City Hall or official governmental building) Items to add: Nothing special to add. How would your suggestion improve the server? This would improve the realism of fines being paid to a next level, this is also a countermeasure for people that get pulled over for failure to pay a fine, just for him to "pay" the fines on spot and making your traffic stop useless to support. Additional information: The issue I have is the fact that when people get pulled over for openstanding fines, they can simple do / payfine or whatever the command is to pay the fines on the spot. This is really abusive of the system to avoid the charge "failure to pay a fine". PS: Excuse me if this already been suggested.

  11. The Ballad of Mark Winterfield Prologue Marcus J. Winterfield was born on August 9th, 1996. He is currently 22 years old. Born and raised in the busy city of St. Louis, Missouri, his entire life centered around his father's successful business operations and his sister's successful law enforcement career. Growing up the youngest of two alongside his sister Megan, Mark was the least favorable. His sister was the over-achiever who set high standards for Mark growing up. Megan would often look down on Mark as he felt that he was living in her shadow, and this would be a major cause in the strain in their relationship from day one. Chapter I: Childhood Mark lived in St. Louis, Missouri, partially because of his father's successful business endeavors which led their family to be extremely wealthy. Because of this, Mark would often receive material things that he would not have to work very hard for. Consequently, this poorly illustrated core values and he developed a poor work-ethic that would come to show as he aged. His grades in school suffered, although only being in elementary, he wasn't showing the same signs of progressing as his sister Megan, whom he was often compared to which led to his building resentment towards her. After his sister graduated, she would be the first to depart from the household in 2006. Her adventures would lead her to serve for the Los Santos Police Department which left Mark alone with his parents. Only 10 years old, his parents turned their attention and focus on shaping Mark to become better at his academics and pressured him to play in school sporting events. Now entering junior high, Mark was showing signs of general disinterest in school and therefor spent more time bettering his grades than actually learning anything. This skill would drive him through the rest of his provided academic career. His lack of core qualities were duly noted by his parents at an early age and somewhere along the way they gave up trying to change them. In the city of St. Louis, it is no secret that religion is a huge practice among the residents. Although Mark never attended any private religious schools, his parents still encouraged religious beliefs that would surprisingly not be adopted by Mark at all. This would ultimately build more resentment between him and mother & father as he was growing up as their household took religion very seriously. His parents resentment would grow for him over the next several years, and although they would never admit it, Mark noticed it. He was nothing like his sister who was currently serving for the Los Santos Police Department and therefor was not a success in his parents eyes. Aforementioned, Mark played sports while in high school. He was actually fairly decent at Football and was quarterback for his team for three years in a row. This was one of the few activities that he enjoyed playing growing up not only because he was decent at it, but because his parents would actually spend time with him at his games and praise him after his games. This motivated Mark to get better grades in school so he could keep playing, and ultimately gave him something to work for. He noticed that his parents responded to hard work more than anything else. Being a star football player in a busy city, he developed some not-so-legal habits that would have him end up with a Possession charge at the age of 17. This would ultimately be the final straw for his parents. Having enough credits in high school to graduate, his parents opted for early graduation so he could stop attending school and he was forced to pack his bags and go live with his sister in Los Santos in early 2013. Chapter II: Los Santos As of this point, his sister was already serving in the Federal Bureau of Investigations at the young age of 26. His new life with her would be heavily debated amongst the both of them as they have never really had a decent relationship growing up. He would be placed on a one-year juvenile probation that would end on the day he turned 18, which would be the day that his juvenile record was sealed by the Court of St. Louis and when he could rehabilitate his life with his sister. The first month of living with his sister was - awkward - to say the least. It was like living with a total stranger for Mark and the two really didn't know much about each other. Megan was strict on her curfew rules for Mark however he didn't listen to her, having no real consequences anymore there was no reason to continue to listen to any sort of authority. He was forced to become his own person by his own self-destructive actions. During this time, he would meet his long-time and current best friend Ryan Bando at a club. Ryan would become Mark's partner in his hoodlum activities. Megan and Mark's relationship actually improved after meeting Ryan, simply because Mark applied for a job at a local burger shot which taught him real-world responsibilities. In a few short weeks, Mark and his sister would actually develop more of a sibling bond than they had ever had before. Mark would go on to enroll in a community college at the advice of his sister whom at this point was extremely proud of the progress Mark had made since departing from his mother & father in St. Louis. It was amazing to her what a little love and responsibility could do to Mark as he began to grow into more of a civil human being. This would all come to an end on May 21st, 2014 when Megan was tragically killed in the line of duty. The news would come as a total shock to Mark as this would be the first family death he would experience. His parents would take the death even harsher, and went as far as to blame Mark for the death of his sister, claiming that if he never moved out there she would have never died. With little precedence for this, his parents apologized to him and bought him his own apartment in Vespucci Beach. Chapter III: Adulthood His parents resentment would ultimately lead Mark to distance himself from them. He moved his friend Ryan Bando into his apartment where they would split the bills each month. Confused with who he is as a person and who he wants to be, he quit his only job and did not go through with his college plans. This led him and Ryan to start gaining money through illegal means which ultimately were easier for Mark. This included stealing and chopping cars, which would remain their main source of income. For the next few years, Mark would try to find ways to impress his parents and earn their love back again, which is all he's wanted since he's move to L.S with his sister. The year is 2019, and this is where Mark's story begins. His adventures in Los Santos will be logged here. Follow the story of Marcus J. Winterfield and his journey through the streets of Los Santos. Engage in his battle with crime, drugs, sex & women as he struggles to stay on top. After all, he can't disappoint his family. Character Development Character Stories

Possibly have changing the skin be only available through command (which would allow for the warning.) /Changeskin /changeskin confirm. 15. Alright, so what do you suggest? Coke make players run faster, because that isn't realistic. Coke just acts as a stimulate and increases adrenaline (Adrenaline doesn't suddenly turn you into world class sprinter or even allow you to run faster than you already could before. Adrenaline is merely a boost of energy so allowing a drug to make you run faster script-wise would be ridiculous). Maybe another drug heals players health to 100%? Instead, we should try and think of other ideas that doesn't provide player advantages which can be easily abused. Either way, if this were to be implemented since 'useless drugs' is something everyone always complains about in every RP server ever, then the disadvantages should outweigh the advantages. E.G: If X drug increases a players HP by X amount immediately (or better, small increments over time), the addiction from X drug (we're talking hard drugs, not for example weed) should not be easily curable by going to a medical facility and taking a magical pill that makes you feel better again within a few seconds. Point being - you shouldn't only be rewarded for using drugs (meth, heroin, coke for example). On the contrary, addictions caused by a script is an annoyance but there's solutions to make it less annoying (as subtle as possible while still influencing the health of your character) instead of turning your world into the Matrix when addiction kicks in. Also, addiction shouldn't immediately happen after using a drug for the first time, instead over time. It should be based on frequency / time using. I do agree a decent, sophisticated drug system is needed, but adding advantageous elements isn't always the route to take imo. Instead of making a drug system the same as every other server and only making drugs a player choice, think of something more innovative. Potentially an injury script that is in depth in the sense where it's possible to injure yourself and need specific narcotics for pain relief. Not exactly this, but something along that route. This would indirectly be a buff and potential solution for those saying that drugs are useless and nobody buys them because they provide no advantage and are a waste of money. Lets be real, majority of all drugs are a waste of money in real life as well unless needing it for valid reasons. Also other drug alternatives instead of the most common meth, crack, such as LSD & Mushrooms (and other psychs) would be a cool implementation if it were possible to closely mimic the effects of being under the influence of said tryptamines and for a set duration of real time (1 hour, maybe less, maybe more. The effects should also be based off the amount taken, (back to it being sophisticated) so a small amount would cause subtle effects compared to higher dosages. These also wouldn't cause addictions.) for any of the hippy / psych fans who may RP this currently or those who join and RP it in the future. You can already run infinite in GTA V I believe, it's not like San Andreas where you can only run a specific distance before tiring out.

  18. Blaine County is a geologically diverse county, featuring a large desert region, dense forest, and several mountains. Blaine County is the single largest rural area in San Andreas. Blaine County contains the towns of Grapeseed, Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay, as well as several other smaller settlements. Blaine County is separated from Los Santos County by Route 68. Despite being a separate county, its policing remains under the jurisdiction of Los Santos, with Los Santos County Sheriff officers patrolling the county's highways. This page is for people who roleplay in Blaine County while showing the scenery which is out there.
