  1. Name: Lazzaro Giuseppe Corvotti Age: Thirty-eight (38) Date of Birth: 15th of March, 1979 Place of Birth: Valentia, Calabria, Italy Nationality: White – Italian-American Criminal Convictions: Loan Sharking, Assault & Battery. Criminal Charges: Racketeering & Attempted Murder. Date of Sentence: 13th of August, 2008 Sentence began: 13th of August, 2008 Parole date: October, 2017 Lazzaro Giuseppe Corvotti was born on the 15th of March, 1979 in Italy, the city of Valentia. Both of his parents were of Italian origin, although his father worked on freighters and often traveled to America. By the time Lazzaro finished primary school in 1992, his mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, which proved to be fatal. At the age of 13, this would go on to twist Lazzaro's sense of morality at a young age. That same year, Lazzaro lost his mother. Lazzaro and his father came to the United States that year, to visit their American relatives in Chicago after the tragedy, but new opportunities rose for Lazzaro’s father. Cipriano got into contact with members of the Chicago outfit. Lazzaro's new Americanized name started to catch, people started to call him "Little Larry." Everyone knew "Little Larry" as Cirpriano's kid. His father's decision to stay in America and get involved with the criminal enterprise was for Larry's well-being. He choose to stay in the United States for a long period of time. Although he started out as a trusted accomplice to the mobsters, Cipriano became a gambling addict, and wasted most of the family’s money. This destroyed Lazzaro’s future education, and they lost so much money that they couldn’t afford to go back to the home country. Haunted by depression, his gambling addiction and fear of consequence, Cipriano committed suicide, leaving his barely adult son alone to fend for himself. "Little Larry" was now an Italian American orphan at the age of 18, in Chicago. The language barrier made Lazzaro disconnected from morality. Only 5 years into what seemed to be a new life, turned into a living breathing Hell for young Larry. And when it came time to pay the Piper, Lazzaro was staring in the eyes of the men who drove his father to commit the dastardly act of suicide. They were sympathetic, but Lazzaro did not connect with that. They were genuinely sad for Lazzaro, and many men offered to take him in as an adopted son in their family. Lazzaro refused. The cliché sorrow was short lived in Lazzaro's world, as his entire sense of security was now destroyed. He had instead made a different decision. While being faced with sorrow and sympathy, he took it upon himself at the age of 18 to demand to know who his father worked with. After making room, members of the Chicago outfit were able to get young Larry introduced to the soldier his father owed money to and earned for at the same time. Larry looked this man in the face, the embodiment of rage in the flesh. With a sneer and a sourpuss, Lazzaro demanded a job from the man, with what little English he spoke. A translator gave Lazzaro instructions translated into Italian. At the age of 18, young orphaned Larry was now an associate in the Chicago outfit. Only 3 years went by... Lazzaro turned 21. Lazzaro would collect payments from local businessmen who have been extorted around the area. He was also given money to lay beatdowns on people in the neighborhood who have wronged the family or tried the family's patience. Lazzaro developed the attitude of a withdrawn, angry young man. A very frightening and angry young adult, working for the ruthless and infamous Chicago outfit. By the time Larry turned 21, he was called upon by the soldier to do a hit. Lazzaro was told if he does this, he won't ever have to do it again. A local robber had stole drug money from his soldier, and he was tasked with making an example out of the robber. As anyone could imagine and as everyone would expect, Larry carried out that order with magnificence. Too much magnificence, while we're on the topic. Lazzaro murdered this robber so brutally and so gruesomely, when the feds found the body there was a news report that this could be the start of a new serial killer Saga, and they were convinced there was a new serial killer on the loose. Lazzaro Corvotti ripped the man's eyeballs out of his head. Lazzaro cut off the man's ears. And Lazzaro also cut out the man's tongue, after he had done his worst. Lazzaro left the man's corpse in a very open, very public area in Chicago. The Chicago Children's Museum. While the job was completed, this terrified the soldier who told Lazzaro to do the job. He paid Lazzaro for his services and instructed him to leave Chicago. It turns out that the murder was far too high profile for his liking, and he will not punish Lazzaro for his sick gruesome kill. But instead, he referred him to an old contact that went by the name of Martin Langella, a captain in the Luppino Crime Organization in Nebraska. Lazzaro understood and made his way down to Nebraska to be officially taken in, by reference. When he got there, it was the year 2000. Lazzaro was able to meet Martin Langella. He was introduced to Leonard Cicciarello when he was a soldier, and was told that he will be reporting to Leonard for the next coming years. That very same year, Martin Langella was struck and killed by an intoxicated driver on methamphetamine. The ranks were reformed and Leonard was promoted to "captain" on behalf of the recent news. Lazzaro treated Leonard with a passive aggressive attitude, and Leonard paid it no mind. Without learning his story he expected his kick up every week and sort of treated Lazzaro like a lesser being. Lazzaro was already clouded with too much anger of his own to let something that petty bother him. So after being redirected to a new soldier who occupied Leonard's new crew, Lazzaro got back to work. 8 years under the Cicciarello crew. Lazzaro would attempt to forget his life in Italy and his life in Chicago, and all it would do is turn him into an even sourer person. Lazzaro began to engage in Loansharking in 2000, and made a serious name for himself over the course of 8 years. He turned the $3,000 his father left behind in 1997, into a solid $340k by the end of that quarter in 2008. As a result of this, Lazzaro was inducted at a young age into the Luppino Crime Family, 29 years old. It was a good eight years, for Lazzaro, until one day a man under Larry's thumb decided to tell him to go fuck himself because he had some newfound Irish friends in Omaha. Federal authorities caught onto Lazzaro's antics and it wasn't long before they had ears on him. Lazzaro was caught on wiretaps threatening to kill the man on his landline phone. A few weeks into the feds jotting down charges on Lazzaro, they get a call from the local police department, informing them that they have just arrested Lazzaro Corvotti at the victim's house. The man's face was burned to a second degree and was a victim of a horrible facial beatdown. Investigators and medical professionals say that the beating was so bad, it would certainly earn the man a court settlement. During the trial, it has been uncovered that Lazzaro held the man's head in his own sink, filled with hot water, nearly drowning and killing the man. The victim would go on to explain how Lazzaro was a member of the Italian Mafia in Omaha, and has been giving people loans with the mafia's money for years now, since he's arrived. New charges were filed during the court case, attempted murder & racketeering. Lazzaro's life seemed over at this very point in time, he was facing up to 65 years in prison if all the charges stuck, which is essentially a life sentence. Even then, the look on his face remained the same. After the trial, Lazzaro was given one last offer by the district attorneys. One last chance to surrender and come clean. He was offered a plea deal on attempted murder and racketeering charges if he plead guilty to Assault and Battery in the first degree and loansharking. He accepted the offer and was convicted on both charges. He was sentenced to 9 years in prison and hauled off to Nebraska State Penitentiary where he'd go on to spend the next 9 years of his life. In 2012, Leonard Cicciarello was reunited with Lazzaro in Nebraska State Penitentiary, after Leonard was convicted on Money Laundering and Fraud charges. Though Nebraska State was a medium to low level security prison, there was still drama. By this time, Larry had already spent 4 years inside, and had established a name for himself as a bad man. But on the bright side, Lazzaro picked up the Bible and started to morally rebuild himself as a man in a rehabilitative correctional facility. Lazzaro swore an oath to protect all members of the family before he was put away, and Leonard was no exception although he was his superior. But now, Lazzaro took the reigns. Lazzaro welcomed Leonard with open arms but there were rules. Lazzaro told Cici that while they were "inside," he was the one who ran the show. Larry stared into Leonard's eyes, with that old, shark eyed gaze he's been known to have. Without any argument, Leonard agreed. Leonard became his old associate's "bitch" for lack of a better term for the next five years, but was extended the courtesy any made man would deserve. Lazzaro did not ever hurt Leonard or encroach on Leonard's personal space or endeavors. Although Leonard was considered an inferior to Lazzaro on the inside, they got along like equals. For the first time in his life, Lazzaro started to know Leonard as a humble man. He didn't fight over rank on the inside, and Lazzaro truly respected the passiveness. Over the course of the next 5 years, they would go on to survive Nebraska State Penitentiary and leave unscathed thanks to Lazzaro's leadership. They were released just a month apart from each other in 2017. After Lazzaro was finally released in October, he was a free man, back on the streets of Omaha. While they were on the inside, rumors of their bosses and board members have been that they are withering away, and losing a very serious covert war with the Biase organization. He came home to nothing, couldn't even find Leonard. After asking old friends and following breadcrumbs for a short week, Larry learned that Leonard had moved to Los Santos to start a new life. What Larry learned when he got to Los Santos was, what Leonard was actually up to. He got in contact with Leonard and they met up in a local bar around the way in Mirror Park. He would come to learn that while he was inside, the people who accepted Lazzaro into the family have been incarcerated for life. He would not be inside to protect them and he will be forced to start a new life. Until Leonard made clear that there was a new boss in town. Sure enough, Lazzaro's protectorate was now the boss of the Luppino Crime Family. He was immediately praised for his hospitality in Nebraska State Penitentiary and was immediately offered a job as captain. Leonard promised to have Lazzaro's back on the outside as he would've before the prison issues. But this time, Larry's much higher up on the food chain. "The Luppino Family will rise once more" he said, in his broken English dialect. The duo shook hands and took to the streets as partners once more. Today, Lazzaro Corvotti is a captain in the broken down Luppino Crime Family, helping Leonard Cicciarello reorganize and re-established in Los Santos. Lazzaro has a less angry and more mysterious behavior now, after 9 years in prison. And nobody knows him as the man he once was. He goes on to live his life with his demons, but has decided to keep them silent for now in the most crucial time for the family. The new beginning.

  2. The tentacles of the east coast based crime syndicates have always played a part within the criminal underworld of the west coast. Generally a place where wiseguys and their criminal associates go to lay-low and stay out of the limelight as a result of their criminal actions, the west coast families have since become dormant and near extinct as a result of law enforcement indictments and internal turmoil. As a result of these unfortunate circumstances the east coast based organizations have sought to take over the leaderless rackets and make sure they remain in the hands of the Italian-American crime syndicates. Dominic Montemarano, or known to criminal associates and law enforcement as “Donnie Shacks”, is currently positioned as a Captain, or Caporegime, within the east coast based Italian-American organized crime syndicate, The Colombo Crime Family. As Captain within the organization Donnie Shacks has been tasked with leading the charge for the family on the west coast, having set up operations in Arizona and Nevada to name a few states. Law Enforcement Agencies recently stated that Donnie Shacks has been slid into the position of Acting Underboss as a result of John “Sonny” Franzese being put on the shelf. Montemarano still resides on the west coast, but makes routine flights back to the east to maintain Family cooperation and operations. As a result of Montemarano’s promotion to the position of Acting Underboss and Captain within the Colombo Crime Family, additional pressure put on Montemarano was deemed unnecessary and it was stated that a new crew be based within the State of San Andreas and was to be headed by long time Colombo Family Soldier Carmine Profeta. With Profeta’s ascension to Captain of the newly formed crew based out of Los Santos, San Andreas, it was deemed also necessary that an additional soldier be transferred along with Profeta to Los Santos, Roy Masi respectfully. With the transfer of both Profeta and Masi, a pre-established soldier, Gregory Manno, who has been active in San Andreas since the late-2000’s was also to join the crew. With all three now setting up shop within the state of San Andreas they began their consolidation of state wide rackets. Weeks after starting their takeover of rackets throughout the city of Los Santos and the State of San Andreas, the newly appointed Captain of the crew, Carmine Profeta was murdered. Law enforcement officials claim that Profeta was alone at his place of business located near Mirror Park. Sources from within law enforcement claim that nothing was taken from the scene, but they still remain adamant that Profeta was a victim of a robbery gone awry. Days after Profeta’s death, his body was sent back to New York and a large funeral procession consisting of family, friends and mob associates lined the streets. Local journalists interviewed Profeta’s eldest daughter who stated that attending the funeral "felt like something out of the Godfather." With Profeta gone, the leadership of the Colombo satellite was thrown into question. As a result of their quick consolidation of rackets on the west coast, the Profeta crew, as it was known to the media, retained most of it's power when their leader was slain. Whomever was appointed to the position of Captain would have said power and the ability to control the Colombo's interests in the state of San Andreas. Los Santos law enforcement recently revealed that the more senior Gregory Manno has likely been given the reigns of the San Andreas based Colombo Crew. Gregory Manno’s journey to the helm of the San Andreas based Colombo crew started more than 18 years ago. Born in the Brooklyn borough of New York City, Manno began his criminal career early in life. Throughout his teenage years Manno acted as a burglar and stick-up artist. As a result of various crimes throughout Brooklyn, Manno became close associates with known wiseguys in the James “Jimmy Green Eyes” Clemenza crew which dominated parts of Brooklyn. After years of associating with the crew it’s believed that Manno was officially inducted in the Colombo Crime Family sometime in the year of 1999. From his induction to the year of 2007, little is known of Manno’s movements and actions, but it is known that in the year of 2007 that Manno was charged with heading west to San Andreas to set the family’s stake in the state. Officially now under Montemarano, Manno was suspected to be the original Captain of the San Andreas crew, but this was deemed wrong after it was made clear that Profeta was in charge. Since the death of Profeta and the accession of Manno, the crew has not seen any sort of turmoil. Roy Masi, law enforcement believe, has taken a more hands on approach since his mentor’s rise to the top. A United States Army Veteran, Roy Masi served during the United Nations Bosnian intervention. Originally listed under the 11bravo military occupation speciality, infantryman in laymen’s terms, Masi opted to go the 12bravo route, combat engineer. After serving his required term as per the contract of his enlistment, Masi was discharged honorably from the United States Army. Returning to his roots of criminal mischief, Roy would eventually be inducted into the Colombo Crime Family in 2006, law enforcement speculate. Since the start of 2018 the organization has stepped back into the shadows of Los Santos’ criminal underworld. Recent speculations perceive this as a move to maintain a minimal street presence with less attention from media outlets after the shooting death of Carmine Profeta and a number of criminal associates. In early 2019 Carmine “The Snake” Persico passed away while serving his 139 year sentence in a federal prison, he was 85. With Carmine’s son Alphonse “Little Allie Boy” Persico also serving a life sentence the Brooklyn faction was in a state of disarray. It is presumed by law enforcement that recently released veterans such as John “Sonny” Franzese and Andrew “Andy Mush” Russo are currently at the helm of the Colombo organization alongside Montemarano and Benjamin “The Claw” Castellazzo.

  3. Pretty straightforward! A lot of people don't realize /attributes and /examine were added, and it's a little annoying to have to find the ID of the player you want to look at every time. Engines and locks for cars are bound to y and l, could we get some other key that isn't used to be bound to examine whoever you're looking at directly? That way instead of having to constantly type out /dos or /mes or /mys of appearance when first entering scene with characters who have yet to meet yours, people can just look around and push the button a few times.

  4. Hey guys. So, I noticed that regular players are not allowed to use the command /frisk and there is no /mug. Well, what I'm suggesting here is to give players the ability to /frisk someone while they have their hands up so you can actually see their inventory and so they don't play you to void being robbed. Also, the implementation of /mug that would allow you to take the other player's money till the maximum of $5,000 (as it is the max amount when robbing someone) and this would only be possible if the other player has his hands up or dead. (well, injured after a fight).

  6. Armed Robbery at The Vault By Jake Leon NOV. 26, 2017 Imagine going to a club after a long day of work, and getting a drink just to chill out. Then out of no where, armed men wearing masks show up and rob the place! That's exactly what happened on the 21st of November at The Vault, Witnesses say that around five masked individuals went into The Vault that night. There were two heavily injured, one of the armed robbers and one customer at The Vault. When speaking to management at The Vault management said, "We were out numbered and outgunned, the security is not armed yet." The robbers entered in through the entrance in the picture below, armed with pistols and a shotgun, telling people to get on the ground. Entrance from which the armed robbers entered. Jake Leon for Weazel News It was said that, when the robbers came into The Vault, one robber went into the dance floor asking for wallets, and then took fire on the manager in the building, hitting him twice in the vest. Not confirmed, but supposedly, The manager then returned fire, downing one of the masked robbers. Below we have a picture of the manager at The Vault, he was taking cover behind the wall while he was being shot upon. We digitally recreated the robber as seen below in the picture. Note: This digital creation is in no way accurate and its just meant to display the scene of the crime. Manager of the Vault, showing where he took cover. Jake Leon for Weazel News Said to be where the robber was shot down. Jake Leon for Weazel News Meanwhile, supposedly a bystander tried to take the matter into their own hands, and attempted to take down an armed robber. Which in return they were shot and severely wounded. We do not have clearance on where said person was shot, so we do not have a picture to show. Later that day, people present during the event posted about The robbery on FaceBrowser, one of the post as seen below is from a woman named Sandra, and she had to say this: Sandra's post about the robbery. 11. Basically replicating a system similar to RL by allowing any character without a felony record to purchase a limited quantity (maybe just 1) gun evey 24hrs or so, with a "waiting period" of 4-8hrs to collect the gun after purchase. Characters with felony convictions automatically cant purchase guns. This basically means you cant insta-buy guns to do dumb shit, losing a gun means at least 5-15hrs IG without being able to get 1 back right away on your own, and gun dealers emerge naturally who focus on avoiding felonies and stockpiling guns. If there's a serial system then it means cops can investigate/track who purchases guns they seize and learn who the straw buyers are and convict them and someone rping a dedicated criminal will have strong motive to avoid felony convictions. Taken from KaylaSpace's conversation in the Covenant Block Piru chat.

  15. Unlike other communities, Faction Management will monitor the usage of the warehouses closely and we will make sure that there won't be only one faction to deliver for the gun market, in order to keep a balance, a realistic price according to the economy. That also means every other faction will have the chance to interract with an official faction in order to create enjoyable roleplay scenes and be supplied.

  17. West Grove Mafia Crips It has been known in East Grove for there to be lot of gang activity around the Grove Street area, mainly on the corner what is called 'Front Street'. A group of African Americans, who have seemingly appeared to be around their late teens, which have been noticed as affiliates of the gang called the Mafia Crips (MC), controlling the majority of the drug trade in East Grove as well for being responsible for several violent crimes in the area. The notorious gang expands in population and territory throughout the years and have a strict way of running things. The first set was originally started on the South Side of Los Santos, and they were called South Side Mafia Crips (SSMC). More towards the late 90's the West Grove Mafia Crips (WGMC) were formed to set the stone on the other side of Los Santos, with this being the case more members were attracted to the other side of town to weigh things out. With this happening it caused alot of tension between the rival gangs on the West Side and the South Side of Los Santos. As time went on some members were sent to populate other neighborhood's on their side of town and they formed their own Mafia Crip sets. The Mafia Crips were started in the early 90's and later branched off into multiple sets. The founders of the first set are still not mentioned till this day, the argument between many gang members and Original Gangsters (OG's) continues to make things unclear. The Mafia Crips have many rivals and their mainly from "Blood or Piru" sets. The reason for this is mainly because before many of these sets were formed they were ran to not like the opposite color for many reasons. Some of the main sets that are /rivals/ to the Mafia Crips are Denver Lane Bloods, Mad Swan Bloods, Bounty Hunter Bloods, Grape Street Crips, East Coast Crips, and the Hoover Criminal Gangs.
