Roll down Windows

Detailed description: Add a command for rolling down your windows, and add the feature to /Vmenu.

I would suggest to make it like, if your windows are up you can barely hear what people are saying on the outside and vice versa.

Rolling up and down windows, yes ? as long as its synced and other people actually see them down or up

Nothing much to say, we need this for so may reasones. But as stated above, synced them out.

I seem to recall Red County Roleplay from SAMP had/has a window system such as this, although a bit more trivial back then without the hearing feature.

 

Seeing as I often find myself in awkward situations where either party don't know if the windows are up or not, I support this. It will help smooth out those initial meetings and yet again add to the complexity of the script towards the more realistic approach.

This could be done mechanically in my opinion by making car whisper default when using normal chat in a closed vehicle. By using /t this would be circumvented and it would be audible to people outside.

I agree. My very first traffic stop I ended up asking in OOC if there was a way to do this because I got pulled over for having the darkest shade of tint. And it looked kind of dumb for the officers to be talking to me with my windows up.

 

I also like the idea of it affecting chat visibility, but I guess it doesn't need to be that complex.

I was going to post about this as well. Instead of putting all the windows down at once, it will be by side just like how they have the doors.

I believe script wise there is a state on vehicles were the window is open but you do not see the broken glass.
