Since the early 1980s when the gang was founded by a collection of local teenage delinquents with the lead of OG Bobby Ray-Ray, the gang made its debute in a massively numbers of members to fight off other rivals from different hoods surrounding theirs.. Going from a gang of petty criminals to notable and fearsome figures in the underworld. The notorious Rancho based set of the bloods consists of african american members, however the gang is not racially explicit, as the gang recruits White Americans and Caucasians. The gang preys on the foolish minds of the young and brainwashes the youth of Rancho at an early age, primarily recruiting from middle schools, the VTPs are known to have recruited kids as young as nine year olds to their ranks. However, even though a large percentage of the faction consists of young individuals, that does not stop the gang from being viewed as extremely violent and dangerous. These youngsters are not the same as your average teen hooligans, these kids have seen death up close. They are only on the streets to chase money, and they will do anything to get it.
