Can you post the URL you are trying to access that gives you this error message? Is it https://ucp.gta.world/register ?

Oh, sorry, I forgot to check this thread. The link mentioned by @Franelli is the link which fails to work.

What exactly are you doing? Just accessing the page? What browser and version are you using? 

 

Try to use a different browser to register!

I had the same issue in all my desktop browsers, it's because captcha isn't prompting you to verify via images. I tried on chrome for android and it worked fine.

I'm just trying to register like a normal person would do, i.e filling out the form and verifying that I'm not a robot. I'm using Chrome 71 on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
