Useful hotlines on /call

Short description:  Give some useful hotlines numbers such as the police, the non-emergency number, taxi number and mechanics number from /call.

Detailed description: Pretty much as said.

Commands to add:  /call

Items to add: Showing us numbers for things like the non-emergency number, taxi number, mechanics, etc.

How would your suggestion improve the server? I'd be way easier to find the number for the mechanics, non-emergency or taxi number, increasing people using those services with basically no downsides

I recall seeing it in-game not long ago when trying to use the /call command (maybe followed by a whitespace). Either way, this should be a thing so new players know what services the server has to offer.

Inputting an invalid input (such as 123_ or hello) will show you the hotlines. I believe it would spam too much if it displayed every time you got a number wrong considering it'd be outputting 3 lines each time.

Maybe display the list only in case no input is provided at all? @Westen

For instance: /call would make the list of services show up, whilst /call 123 or /call 5512441 won't.

Done. Will commit it tomorrow morning.

Due to the way RageMP handles its commands, if no arguments are provided it returns the usage syntax so this will not be possible @Franelli.

That'll teach me to post before testing!
