Cobra
Description Add a feature to allow admins of a Facebrowser page to schedule posts, so that they publish at a specific time. Below is seen an example of a post I had open for a few hours, and I was waiting for 00:00 before I published it. I think it'd be a nice idea if pages were able to schedule their posts to be published at a specific time. Advantages This would allow posts related to events to be published at the right times It'd allow people to schedule posts over a period of time so that the page can remain a level of activity (as oppose to having periods where there's no posts, and then a few days where there may be several posts) Posts would be published at times people are not able to manually post (e.g. sleeping, at work, on vacation...etc.) Disadvantages Spam - some people may schedule multiple posts to be published over a period of time, flooding people's pages Solution to disadvantages Limit the amount of posts that can be scheduled for one day, for example 5 People who feel as if a page is spamming, would simply unfollow it Real life examples Facebrowser's real life counterpart, Facebook, uses this feature Link to comment
Cobra
Bump. Would be interested in feedback from other members. Finding the LSFD Facebrowser page goes through dips and highs in activity, I'd like to maintain a more regular posting schedule. Edited December 12, 2018 by Cobra Link to comment
