Add Tornado Convertible and/or Tornado Custom

Add in Tornado Convertible because we already have the Tornado, and this would just be another version that has a working convertible roof that can go up and down, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be added.

Also add in Tornado Custom and maybe the rusty variations, more info on those here.

P.S. There is a "Forwarded Vehicle List" made by Orcaninja and some of those cars and trucks were already added, but others weren't, please look over them as well.
