Smart Loans Business Statistics

Smart Loans Business Statistics for 28th December 2018 - 11th February 2019.

Client Statistics

Client Status

Y2sY4Fe.png

The pie chart to the left displays the current statuses of all our clients for the above-given date.

As of right now most of our clients are under the "Novice" rank, this rank is obtained automatically as a new client of Smart Loans.

The "Trusted" rank can be obtained by simply completing a singular loan contract with Smart Loans, by acquiring this specific rank, you gain benefits and advantages.

The "Banned" status is given to clients who were untrustworthy, fraudulent, scammy, aggressive, or otherwise shady to any of our Smart Loans team members. This status is given to clients with safety in mind in order to prevent further trouble by disallowing those to use our beneficial services in the future permanently.

The "Deceased" status is given to clients who are known to have passed away ever since their first contact with our firm.

Client Gender

RwtBYJC.png

The pie chart to the right displays the current genders of all our clients for the above-given date.

As of right now, our clients are predominantly male, indicating perhaps that the female society within the state of San Andreas is more well-off than the male counterpart.

Smart Loans is very much open and looking forward to work with other genders besides the current two which we have been involved with so far.

Client Occupations

UKMfhje.png

The pie chart to the left displays the current occupations of all our clients for the above-given date.

As seen in the pie chart, we have quite a wide spread of occupations, clients sourcing from numerous different backgrounds with different levels of wealth.

Our services are for everyone seeking financial help, no matter what your position within our society.

Loan Statistics

Loan Types

I7Xs1fz.png

The pie chart to the right displays the most popular types of loans for the above-given date throughout our clientele who have signed on contracts.

The most widely chosen out of the currently available loan types are "Dealership Vehicles", followed right by "Real-Estate Property" and finally "Used Vehicles". Unfortunately, our loan type for "Business Properties" has not made an appearance just yet. We're currently looking to fund businesses which are just starting out in the attempts to support new-business owners in their most vulnerable state.

Loan Contract Statuses

iuLxsIx.png

The pie chart to the left displays the current statuses of all our signed loan contracts for the above-given date.

Any loan contracts marked as "Terminated" mean that the contract has been invalidated due to problems with the signed client failing to uphold their end of the promise. This resulted in the seizure of their collateral. Luckily, this percentage is quite small and we intend to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

Any loan contracts listed as "Complete" mark the contract's final and official end. The client has paid their debts in full and due to this they possibly acquired a new rank in our trust system.

Any loan contracts with the "Signed" status, show that the contract is currently still on-going and that the client has yet to pay their debts in full.

Financial Statistics

Loan Outflow

XcEXM5Q.png

The line graph to the right displays the loan outflow over-time.

Considering that our firm has opened up on the 26th of December 2018, we hadn't had much time to grow our loan outflow during the month of December, only managing to loan out as little as $185,000

In the month of January, we were able to quadruple this figure and then some by having money in constant circulation between clients. The money paid back by one's debts is then used for another's loan contract. This sort of method allows us to grow exponentially.

Considering we are only in our second week of February, we haven't yet reached or surpassed our January's milestone just yet, however, with our estimates and if they are correct, we'll be looking to go beyond it without any doubts. This line graph also displays a small trend line which shows the general direction in which our loan outflow is heading towards.

Loan Contract Statuses

wukG1p4.png

The line graph to the left displays the general income over-time from complete loan contracts as a source only.

Note that there are no statistics for the month of December, the reason for this being that money all signed loans during that particular month did not require any payments to be received until the following month.

The "Gross Income" line displays the amount of gross income, calculated on both the original principal amount of a loan contract + the interest rate paid back.

The "Net Income" line displays the amount of raw profit made from loan contracts after deductions from the original loan outflow.

Expected Gross Income

vmkEIoY.png

The line graph to the right displays the expected gross income over-time from on-going and still valid loan contracts as a source only.

The "Expected Gross Income" line displays the amount of expected gross income, calculated on both the original principal amount of a loan contract + the interest rate which is required to be paid back.
