Vasquez & Cross Law is a law firm dedicated to providing easy to understand legal advice and services to the citizens of San Andreas. We understand that the law is complex and confusing so we make sure you understand everything before taking any action on your behalf. Our main policy with clients is to be as transparent as possible so you have all the information before any decisions are made.

 

PRICING

 

While we do our best to be as affordable as possible, the amount of hours we put into each case requires us to be compensated. While initial fees are fixed, fees for any action taken beyond that can be negotiated if you think you may not be able to afford them.

 

In-person meetings cost $1,000. These meetings are usually to provide legal advice or to bring your case to us so we can provide you with your legal options. Do note that the cost is for the attorney's time away from other work. The attorney may have to cancel the meeting to attend other business that is more urgent. Another meeting may be arranged without cost if this happens, however.

 

Requesting an attorney when detained by law enforcement for questioning costs $2,000 no matter the outcome. This only includes formal questioning. Detainment that law enforcement perform on a daily basis, like traffic stops, do not require an attorney.
 

Any other fees are not fixed and will be discussed with the client after the first in-person meeting.

 

Vasquez & Cross Law reserve the right to pick the cases they work on and individuals they assist. While we make every effort to provide legal services to everyone that requests it, it is not always possible to do so due to the workload. Attorneys within the firm may also use their discretion when deciding to respond to requests or take on cases.

 

RETAINER FEES

We also provide our services on retainer for businesses and individuals. This is a way of saving money should you or your business require legal services on a regular basis. We get the benefit of regular monthly income. You get the benefit of lower costs and two attorneys available to you. Once the retainer fee is paid, you also get access to phone contact for any questions you may have at no extra cost. The retainer fee can be paid every two weeks or thirty days and can be negotiated.
