LEVIATHAN is a Los Santos based security consultant that employs experts in the field of adaptable, multi-level threat security and response capability. Employing nearly exclusively from former military and law enforcement, LEVIATHAN maintains a high standard of force continuum capabilities as well as best in-field tactics for personal security details and site based security operations.

A LEVIATHAN operator is expected to live by our creed, "Murum Aries Attigit". This is a latin phrase coined in the Roman empire during the conquest of Gaul. Literally meaning "The ram has touched the wall", referring to Caesar's policy of only accepting surrender before -- and not after they began to assault the fortifications of their enemies. In our context today, we live by this phrase and understand it to mean a policy of total commitment to our mission, and seeing tasking carried out no matter the level of personal risk assumed by our operators, and utter loyalty to our client's desired end state and well-being.

  • LEVIATHAN is trained to operate in a multitude of environments with different operating procedures depending on threat expectancy and risk.   • One of LEVIATHAN's core specialties is providing close hold protection to individuals in high-risk positions and environments. Trained in threat identification, site reconnaissance and security, as well as rapid VIP extraction and 'alamo' procedures, our personal security details embody our creed with total commitment to their VIP's well-being and the utmost professionalism.

 

 

 

 

• SITE BASED SECURITY
  • Another specialty of our company is the securing of static positions, controlling access to restricted spaces and physical asset retention. Clients can expect to tailor the level of site access to their standard of security. Operators are trained in VBIED detection and clearance of vehicles, active surveillance measures, and the searching of persons.

 

 

 

• TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • LEVIATHAN uses an 'Aliveness' principle when applying training to our operators. While drilling a shoot-house for CQB might be the extent of the training for some firms and agencies, LEVIATHAN builds lethal operators by teaching the fundamentals first, and gradually adding layers of challenge, complexity, and introducing real-world, dynamic conditions to our exercises to ensure that our operators continue to grow and strive for their peak efficiency. In the near future, we hope to open our training facility's doors to share this level of excellence with local law enforcement agencies, and other Los Santos based security firms.

TODAY IN HISTORY - 18OCT2018

Eleven years ago today, former prime minister Benazir Bhutto was being welcomed back into Pakistan on a motorcade route being attended by thousands. Bhutto was a controversial figure in Pakistan due to her cooperation with the United Nations, and being the first woman to ever hold office as a leader of a democratic government in a primarily muslim nation.

During her route, tragedy and horror struck as two suicide bombers detonated massive blasts at the front of the motorcade. Three police vehicles were destroyed, and twenty policemen were among the 180 dead, and more among the more than 500 wounded.
 

In this tragic incident, Bhutto was lucky to have a well-equipped security team, as she remained unharmed in an uparmored SUV when the blast rocked her motorcade. In an investigation that occurred, it was determined that the street lights were shut off prior to the attack. Bhutto personally blamed this for her security team's inability to identify the threat before it occurred.

This is why security advances and protective intelligence are a big part of what we do in LEVIATHAN. It is our professional opinion that, should the motorcade route have been well cordoned off, cleared before and during the event with counter-explosive trained K9 units, and finally if there were THOR ECM packages embedded in her motorcade, this tragedy may have been prevented from ever occurring. One thing is for certain though -- Bhutto owed her life to her security team's posture and precautions in their maintenance of vehicle armor packages.

It's only a shame that two months later she would be assassinated when on motorcade once again, this time shot in the head after exposing herself outside of the SUV during the attack.

CADRE SHOWCASE, LIVE TRAINING EXERCISE -

Today LEVIATHAN picked up yet more local talent in the form of a retired SEAL. To protect the identity of our operators, their families, and even our clients, we will be using an alias to talk about our new team member. Readers must understand that this is a precautionary measure, as it's very common for security teams to be blackmailed into harming or betraying their clients by the client's enemies, usually through threats against the team member's family.

This is why in today's showcase we will be referring to our new team member as 'Operator J'. Operator J was interviewed and, right after he was hired he was immediately put to the test in a training event, with a paid, undisclosed actress on close hold team personal security tactics!

Afterwards, we interviewed Operator J to get his thoughts on this line of work, and what his first impressions were after working with his new colleagues for the first time.

Interviewer: Hey J, glad you could join us.

J: Glad to be here.

Interviewer: So, I want to get right down into the meat and potatoes, you might have noticed that's what we're about here. I want to ask you, what do you think is the most important part about being a security contractor?

J: Having a good vision of what's happening. You need to be able to scan and read dangerous situations.

Interviewer: So like, situational awareness, perception, that sort of thing?

J: Yes, you need to be alert all the time. If you're working a party, you can't just go and have fun, that's not how it works. Shit can turn around real quick.

Interviewer: That's something I can definitely agree with. A kind of personal question - does it ever bother you that your job requires you to put your life secondary to someone else's? Like about taking a bullet for a client, do you ever think "What makes his life more important than mine,"?

J: No, I honestly don't. I didn't ask to be who I am. God made me this way, I wouldn't be doing this if it wasn't his will.

Interviewer: It has never been uncommon for men at arms to act with courage and faith in a higher power. God bless on that.

Interviewer: Next question -- what's the hardest thing about being a security contractor for you?

J: Well, the hardest thing is when you have a principle that doesn't want to be protected. Of course I get that, they don't want me to be on their ass. But yeah, I'm still working with a method, which I need to use to keep them safe. In that kinda moment I know I'm gonna have a long night.

Interviewer: Yeah, those are the rough ones. Last question, how was your first training exercise with LEVIATHAN? Did anything impress you?

J: The training of today? Damn, I gotta say it was way more than I expected, we jumped right into the action. If my first training was this exciting, I can't wait for the next!

CLOSE HOLD TEAM PROTECTION DRILLS -
21OCT2018

Today, LEVIATHAN had nearly a full member turn out for the day's training.  Expanding on the last training's coverage of the roles of detail leader and close hold team, we were able to do an exercise with a full close-hold team and detail leader, as well as motorcade formations and work in a 3 vehicle motorcade.

The team is progressing well, the beginnings of a true personal security team are starting to take shape with each exercise.

The LEVIATHAN marches onwards! Numerous contractors from the company were in force today at Los Santos City Hall on active protection detail for the Mayor & other leading government officials as they conducted legislative hearings. The company utilized just under a dozen men to form an active protection & patrol detail comprising a series of security cordons and layers of adaptive control measures.

 INTERNATIONAL OPERATIONS EXPANDED-

LEVIATHAN Ops contractors conduct a training exercise under the supervision of a senior manager.

 

LEVIATHAN has announced a major expansion of it's 'Operations' branch, hiring hundreds of carefully selected veterans with a wide variety of service records with the Armed Services. This move comes at the heels of LEVIATHAN's publicized contract signings with top oil conglomerates RON as well as Terroil, the latter being particularly notable for it's presence abroad. Not only does LEVIATHAN provide training and assistance to the Afghan National Army as well as the Iraqi Army but the company also serves a variety of domestic roles through it's series of training centers the largest of which being the American Training Center(ATC) in North Carolina. Initial details are hazy but it's expected LEVIATHAN will be filling the gap left by the withdrawal of American troops as well as it's allies by securing public infrastructure deemed 'nationally critical' by the State Department.

 

With proceeds and greater funding it's expected the Operations branch will hire hundreds if not thousands of new contractors to man several roles in the organization from checkpoint guards, intelligence analysts all the way to truck drivers and barracks cooks. The company will likely utilize traditional means for relaying the offer but is also expected to lodge several job listings on it's website. The expansion hardly stops at manpower, however, for the tasks ahead LEVIATHAN has also acquired a wide variety of vehicles, helicopters and planes intended to provide support for it's ground forces. Whilst certain outlets have labeled the acquisitions a 'dangerous' trend the companies CEO Jeffery Stone has responded that such allegations are hardly worth the effort, reiterating that no company policy exists to utilize it's array of combat vehicles on US soil.

 

Nonetheless, the move exists as a microcosm of the significant shift of US presence in the region as troops withdraw and native governments move to replace their number with a score of contractors intended to maintain stability within the region which remains shaky despite the fall of ISIS in Iraq. Some are worried, but others remain hopeful that this indicates a return to a natural way of life for locals who have been effected by war for the past decade.

LEVIATHAN Convoy returning to base after counter narcotic raids

04 NOV 18 - LEVIATHAN Conducts Lethal Advise and Assist, Undisclosed Location, South America

In the early morning hours on 04 November 2018, LEVIATHAN OTM, and host nation forces of an unnamed government assaulted and seized multiple cocaine production and storage locations of a large international criminal organization. LEVIATHAN contractors were only in an advise and assist capacity to ensure host nation forces were properly trained and able to execute operations on the ground.

 

Over 30 tons of cocaine was seized in the near simultaneous raids across fourteen different locations spread throughout the country’s jungles and mountain sides. LEVIATHAN contractors employed multiple tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) to ensure host nation success in their mission to rid the country of large scale criminal enterprise. Some of the TTPs utilized were convoy operations, air assaults, long range patrols, and others that are not able to be mentioned due to operational security.

 

Local news outlets reported that over 32.1 tons of cocaine were seized and that LEVIATHAN or the host nation forces are skimming off the top of their seizures. LEVIATHAN Public Relations Officer, Wilson Barnes stated that the local news agencies’ figures are not correct and that the public, international community, and the United States government does not have to worry about their contractors abroad conducting illegal activities as it is “...unlawful, unsafe, and unsavory. LEVIATHAN OTM has a no tolerance drug policy for their contractors.” However, local agencies and subcontractors report the recreational drug use of LEVIATHAN OTM employees run rampant when the company's contractors are abroad. LEVIATHAN OTM PR continues to deny these claims.
